Experiencia fantástica: You won’t find a better dentist office. I’ve been a patient here for a few years and have had cleanings, fillings, and Invisalign. Sylvia is a great dental hygienist. She really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect, and she teaches you a lot of helpful tips while she’s doing the cleaning. Dr. Jon is patient, listens to your concerns, and takes the time to explain everything without making you feel rushed. There’s a reason this place has 5 stars. If you’re looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Jon and his team!

Experiencia fantástica: I was having severe pain in one of rear teeth. I came here and they performed a root canal and a new crown for my tooth. The dentists were very upfront about the process and explained in detail what the plan was to save my tooth. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very assured about the whole process. As scary as it sounded to get a root canal it was actually very painless and they made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. Their whole staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. They answer promptly when needing to reschedule and work around your schedule. After all is said and done I’m happy with the work that was done and I am no longer in pain. My tooth feels greats and I will be trusting them with all my dental needs in the future!

(If your dental hygienist didn’t tell you to floss you went to the wrong dentist) She started with x-rays prior to cleaning for the safest possible approach, because I hadn’t been to a dental cleaning in over a decade. Cleaning was as expected, scraping, polishing, gum health checkup etc… Payment was straightforward, pay CASH, CHECK, or HSA/FSA! Also, had Root Canal and a Crown. Even something as simple as being offered a numbing gel during cleanings to help ease pain - without any judgment or having to repeatedly ask - was a breath of fresh air. The office staff are all communicative and knowledgeable about insurance & billing, and work with you to answer questions to better understand your benefits. Dr. Jon is also patient in taking the time to understand your concerns, and calmly work with you - even on what would seem like minor details - to ensure that you leave satisfied & well-informed. I was there this past Thursday for a last minute issue with a cracked tooth that needed repair. They were able to fit me in and that night repair the tooth. I went to the office and everything went right on schedule, where I didn't wait long and went through the repair procedure. The staff were thorough in providing me the information on what was going to happen with the repair the time involved, and the costs. The price was fair and reasonable. Because I was also on a service plan, it was with an additional discount, which I also appreciated. All in all, this is a great dental office to go to for the friendliness of the staff, promptness of service, and overall treatment of the patients that they see. I've been a customer at this location since they started and am looking forward to having them take care of me for my future dental care and needs!

They also don’t try to upsell you on any fancy treatments or procedures. They meet you where you are at and educate & enable oral heath as if you were a family member. Such a positive environment especially for most of us who are afraid to go to the dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed with the way this clinic handles appointments. My visit scheduled for December 8th — booked weeks in advance — was cancelled by the clinic without any explanation. I had arranged my travel specifically around this appointment and even purchased earlier return tickets at additional cost just to make it on time. After cancelling on me, the clinic only offered an appointment today (December 1st), or on December 4th, or to put me on a waitlist, or to schedule me for February. These options do not take into account the plans and commitments I had already made. And now, if I try to move my return trip by one more day, I would have to pay additional fees again to change my ticket. What feels especially unfair is that the clinic charges patients a $50 fee for cancelling less than 48 hours before an appointment, yet they cancelled my pre-scheduled visit six days before, with no compensation and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience and financial impact this caused. Patients’ time also costs money — we have jobs, responsibilities, and businesses, and rescheduling comes with real expenses. This experience feels very unprofessional and disrespectful to patients’ time.

The hygienist cleaned my teeth well, had great attention to detail, and overall was a kind person. The assistant who took x-rays was very careful and gentle when taking each image. Dr Murphy was an active listener, smart, attentive, articulate, and explained the x-ray results and we discussed the plan of care. The receptionist calculated the estimated cost of the needed treatment and answered my questions with ease. This is a top notch practice that provides high quality care from start to finish. I said to myself, self this must be a good sign for me to call and schedule an appointment. So I called and the receptionist made my appointment. Now, I’m scared because I know I have to go for my 6 month cleaning. I had a visit with the young Gentleman who took my X-ray’s, he was so nice and gentle I was surprised! Still expecting pain! Dr. Jon comes in and explains everything to me and I was happy to hear good things then what I was waiting for was the bad news AND here it comes! Not surprised! So I was moved to get my cleaning and man this young lady CLEANED my teeth! She made sure the tartar that I thought I didn’t have I had was gone! But, she kept asking me if I was okay! I was very happy she kept checking on me while doing the cleaning. I HIGHLY APPRECIATED THE WHOLE STAFF! Everyone was AWESOME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SCHAUMBURG DENTISTRY!

They fixed the work completely free of charge, even though my insurance no longer covered their office! Dr. John was incredible, eased all of my fears, and made me comfortable. Never had a dental office explain the bill as detailed as they did at Schaumburg dentistry. The office is clean and the staff is very courteous. Communication is amazing between the doctor the assistant and the patient. My whole family is switching! And will definitely recommend to others.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of this office for about two years. I specifically see Dr. Jon. Upon entering the office, it’s very clean very bright. It doesn’t feel like a dentist office. The staff at the desk is very welcoming once they’ve seen your face a time or two they know who you are and can address you by name when you walk in, which is really nice and personable, I am one who does not like the dentist but I find comfort here and it’s easy to use my mind once I see them and start talking to them at the front desk. Dr. Jon is great at what he does he ensures your comfortability. He’s very professional and talks about things in a way that you as the patient can understand. I highly highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I had a bad experience after my previous dentist of over 45 years retired and sold his business. So I asked around and had schaumburg dentistry recommended to me. The difference was night and day. It was like being back with my old dentist where you aren't just a number. Diane his hygienist couldn't have been better. Dr Adrian was knowledgeable, kind, and gentle with my mouth. I'm so happy to be with them and hopefully this will be a very long term relationship!

Experiencia positiva: My experience was not 5 stars and I am not so sure if I will return. I came in for my first routine cleaning, looking for a smooth transition from previous dentist (had to transfer due to location). The hygentist was nice. She didn’t do laser cleaning that was done with my previous cleaning even though she said they have the equipment. Something about me not needing deep cleaning. It was Dr. Asimakopoulos I was not impressed with. He saw me upon my arrival but did not bother to say hello or introduce himself. Wow talk about first impressions. After the cleaning was done, which seem relatively short than my usual cleaning but she assured me that my teeth were in good shape, they took me to different room for X-ray. There I was terribly uncomfortable with the X-ray thing put in my mouth (didn’t have this discomfort at previous dentist). The dentist that came in to see me was not Dr. Asimakopoulos who I had expected to see. Instead it was another Dr. I forgot his name. Rather than ask me if I’m okay with him, it was more of “I’m sorry he’s busy, no other choice you have but to be seen by me” tone. The brief exam was done, there was no explanation of the X-ray. I like how my previous dentist office show me the X-ray and show me where the flaws are. This one just examine for cavities and said no cavity and if I want Invisalign (first time a dentist ever ask me that). Didn’t address any gum issue even though I have a history of it. With previous dentist, I go every 3-4 months because of gum disease but hygentist said I didn’t need to come back 6 months. It feels like a bumpy transition from my previous doctor, very very awkward transition. Then they send me my way out, told me to call in 6 months and that’s was it. No goody bag that all my previous dentists usually do for my family; no samples even though hygentist told me to try a different toothpaste. I walk out empty handed and surprised. I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 because it’s not terrible, though not the best experience I have. It’s clean, bright, and timely (didn’t wait too long). I think desk staff are nice so you might have good responses. At first hard to find because it’s within a building that has emergency clinic but once you know where it is, should be easier to find next time.

But he didn't judge me, and helped me resolve my issues. After another filing, I'll be back on a 6-month cleaning schedule. Such a relief! Recommend 1,000%

The reception team is incredibly accommodating, efficient and very nice! Kasia gives the best cleanings and is very informative; giving great advice for your oral hygiene routine. Both Dr. Louis and Dr. Jon take time explaining treatment options and allow time for the patient to ask questions which has allowed us to create a treatment plan tailored to my needs. He explains everything and is incredibly knowledgeable and he also has a wonderful bedside manner.. Dr. Jon also does Invisalign too. He did my son’s teeth, and they look incredible.. His staff is amazing and everyone there goes above and beyond for their patients. The office is very clean and they have state of the art equipment . I would highly recommend them.
