Experiencia fantástica: I had a broken tooth/ large filling that fell out with exposed nerve. I had not been to Benoit before, as I recently moved to the area. I decided to try Benoit because they were close to me and all the positive reviews. They did not disappoint! I called at 7:30 am, and they saw me at 8:30am the same day! By 10am, I was out the door with a fixed tooth! Dr. Benoit was great, accommodating, and personable - and I’m very discerning about my dentists and not-so-personable myself. I’ll be returning for future treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing service. Walking in i was very embarrassed and ashamed of my teeth. No one shamed me, they actually set a schedule up to fix what I thought was impossible. Mr Brian dove in head first and did what he does best. Fixed my broken front tooth and didn't refer me to someone else. He said, I'm your dentist, which told me, he was up for the challenge. I can say good things about everyone there, but i think if your in the same situation as myself, you really need to give them a call. Absolutely amazing dentist, and crew. Experiencia positiva: The office is always friendly and cheerful. Dr. Benoit and his staff make you feel as though you are their favorite patient. The work is outstanding. They always can see me if there is an emergency.

Experiencia negativa: My problem is mainly the financial side of things. I don't think they handle the insurance and billing process well. I got put in a bind quite a few times because of it. They seem quite expensive too. I also don't think I was informed very well on what type of cleanings they were doing after getting a deep cleaning done to handle gum pockets. It kept putting me in a situation of having to pay for my cleanings multiple times instead of my insurance taking care of it and not knowing why until I had to do some digging myself to find out why. I don't think they communicated very well with the insurance. This overall has put me in debt and caused me a lot of stress on top of already existing stress. They had a lawyer send me a letter about being subject to a lawsuit if I don't pay for my last cleaning and I basically had to give the last of the money I had on me, which is extremely inconvenient on my end right now. That could've been avoided altogether if they were just more informative and had my best interest in mind.

They went out of their way to try and get everything done that I needed done that day. The doctor impressed me. He was very caring, and very thorough answered all my questions took his time. Very thankful I found this doctor and would be happy to let him treat me. His nurse Called me a few times to follow up with what had to be done. I am happy that I found them..

Experiencia fantástica: Finding a dentist has been a long struggle and the moment I walked into dr benoits office I knew I found my dentist! Every one was so caring and non judgmental. I had horrible teeth due to chemo and many dentists I had seen treated me like a druggie. Dr Benoit is so awesome at what he does and has so much compassion. Highly recommended! All of his staff is just as great.

Experiencia negativa: While everyone is very friendly at this practice, my dental needs were not met. I had a badly broken tooth with the dentin and pulp exposed. Dr. Benoit did not really check the tooth out. He only looked at it with the xray and his eyes. He did file down the sharp edges though. He offered to put a crown on which was not affordable to me. Even if I could afford it, I would have had to wait weeks for him to repair the tooth. It wasn't until I started asking the lady who checked me out about the procedure, that Dr. Benoit came up front and told me that my tooth was bad and he wouldn't know how bad it was until he got in there to start cleaning it out. He should have told me that as soon as he realized. Then they offered me a very temporary option which I could afford, but I still would have had to wait weeks to have done. I was there and was turned away for treatment. I ended up having to go to another dentist and pay more money than I had to for my problem. Speaking of money, Dr. Benoit charges almost 30% more than the other dentist I went to. The other dentist I went to was able to fix my tooth with an option Dr. Benoit did not offer. They fixed it the same day. The crown price they offered was over $700 cheaper than his. After this experience, I felt like my problem was not worth his time. I also felt like he hikes his prices way too high. I felt taken advantage of in that light, but I know he does this to all his patients which is worse.
