Over numerous visits in the last 2 months, I was always treated with respect and care. Everyone on staff is cheerful and professional, the facility very clean and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an emergency on a Saturday with a tooth that needed a root canal, and Mr. Bontrager got me in when I was in a lot of pain. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered my questions, and got the procedure done without rushing. The root canal went smoothly, and I left feeling much better than when I walked in. I really appreciated that he was willing to help on a weekend when most offices were closed. If you’re looking for an experienced dentist who genuinely cares about helping people when they need it, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr. Bontrager. Thanks again for taking care of me.

My children love going to the dentist because they feel so comfortable with their pearly white smile when they leave.

Went to her for a second opinion on a few teeth that the other dentist we were going to wanted to "keep an eye on" instead of doing something with them. Ms. Monica told me best course of action for them and we will not be doing back to the other dentist office.

I truly appreciated how quickly they responded. Dr. Monica Bontrager took her time to carefully assess the issue and explained everything clearly. My tooth was cracked down to the nerve from clenching and grinding. Aside from the crack, it was still healthy and did not want to come out easily. She was patient, gentle, and able to remove it without causing additional trauma. The facility is brand new, clean, and very welcoming. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Bontrager was compassionate and professional. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

Every individual, from the front desk, the dental techs, and the doctors are kind and patient. I have an adult child with special needs who is also a client and they treat him as if he owns the place. They honestly make their patients feel like family. I used to fear going to the dentist but thaks to this family owned clinic, I actually look forward to seeing all of them.

Experiencia fantástica: I drive about 40 minutes just to come to this place, and the people that work here make it so worth it! I’ve always had so much anxiety when it comes to the dentist but not with this place. I just finished up my first partial cleaning to help me get back on track and Lauren was very knowledgeable, helpful and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My first visit was with Dr. Laban and he gave me a treatment plan of what i needed to do and what would help in the meantime before i could get scheduled with a hygienist . I would recommend this place over and over again! The Front desk always welcomes me with a big smile, with the most patience and always willing to help and answer any questions i may have. To some it may seem just like a dentist, but when i come to this place it feels like family. I’m very thankful for that. 10/10 recommend!!

Experiencia negativa: Apparently, being relatively new in town means your life will be put in danger, and you'll receive the blame for their lack of adherence to basic hygiene standards. They put a temporary crown on me without cleaning the underlying tooth, which emitted a horrific smell upon removal of the broken crown. They said, "It's just bacteria" I asked both the dentist and the assistant to clean it, but they refused. They said the smell was "normal". The smell of decay in my mouth is not normal. I asked if bacteria, sealed under a temporary crown for 3 weeks, would cause an infection? They said no and put the temporary crown on. I developed an abscess within 48 hours. When I informed her of the abscess, the dentist sent me a LONG "Dear John" letter, full of strange accusations about "trust" and our "misalignment". A simple apology would have been the correct response. Don't risk your health, there's other dentists in Blountstown.

The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, the dental assistant was kind and caring, and the doctor was incredibly thorough and gentle.
