Experiencia fantástica: Lockhart Smile Center is hands down the best dental office I’ve been to! Dr. Ai is incredibly skilled, gentle, and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The whole team is friendly and professional — I wouldn’t trust my smile to anyone else.

Experiencia fantástica: Lockhart Smile Center is the go to place for issues. I hate going to the dentist for any reason which means I usually go when the issues I have are pretty bad. It’s no different this time. The staff were really kind and never made me feel bad. Instead they addressed the issues I am facing and were totally honest about it. Although the issues I have were more than I thought they did not try to sale me what I did not need. Lockhart Smile Center will be my permanent dental care provider.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to this dentist office location almost 40 years ago. I just returned back after 30 years away and love that I had the same hygienist! Ms. Ruiz is still amazing and I had heard great things about Dr. Ai. My treatment today was thorough, professional and painless. Despite this clinic being out of network for my dental insurance, I will continue to come here!

Experiencia fantástica: I went for a cleaning today after 4 years of no dental visits. Everyone was so kind and helpful in getting me started in a good treatment plan.

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist and dentist were very thorough in their examination of my mouth and teeth. Most thorough dental exam and cleaning that I have ever had. They talked to me about how to improve my teeth without trying to upsell me on additional services. Best dental office I have been to in a long time. Highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. Great caring staff. I was in great pain. They got me in fast within a couple hours and were kind, Friendly and professional. The staff listen to me and made me feel safe and cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful and gentle. Dr. Perrard answers all my questions and gives good quality care. Shout out to Norma her assistant Whois always on top of things and is a calm quiet voice in a time that it’s easy to be anxious. They are timely for appointments and the office staff is helpful with insurance and scheduling.

Experiencia positiva: Honestly the staff and the dentist here are all great and very friendly. The only reason I give it three stars is because they only do cleaning, fillings and crowns. They don’t do any tooth removal or root canals. If needed they refer you to a specialist which to me is huge inconvenience and it’s also very expensive. What ends up happening is your insurance is charged for the inspection then charged for the specialist which you’ll probably have to pay out of pocket for a sum, then you’ll be sent back to the dentist for the crown and be charged again. It’s ridiculous so based on that I won’t be going back I’ll find a dentist that actually does full dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience at Lockhart smile center. Everyone was personable and very professional. And the crown looks and feels great, definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very pleased with this dentist and her staff. They are so friendly and really make their patients’ comfort their number one priority.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is amazing!! Thank you Lockhart Smile Center, Dr. Perrard and team!

Experiencia fantástica: Like going back to see fam, and being treated as such. It is what all strive for in customer relations but very few ascend to, yet there it is the Lockhart Smile Center. What an oxymoron they have created in me, a happy dental patient.

Experiencia fantástica: I live Dr. Ai and Norma! Highly recommend for you your dental and/or orthodontic needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch experience with this dental office today!! From Gabby at check in to Melissa the dental assistant and then Dr. Perrard, everything about my first visit with this office was excellent. I am terrified of the dentist and after my first visit, I am positive that I am in very good hands with this dentist office. Dr. Perrard was very compassionate and gentle and made me feel at ease and took her time with my visit, answering all my questions and mostly made sure I was comfortable through the entire visit. Melissa made sure I was comfortable as well and walked me through step by step what to expect as we went through the pre exam x rays. I am looking forward to working with this amazing team to achieve my smile goals! Thank you all so much for reminding me what excellent care looks and feels like.
