Day of the appointment, they inform me that I had to come out of pocket $170. After, I have already explained to them prior, that I had X-rays completed this year, etc. very Unprofessional! No communication skills whatsoever.

Dr Musi is incredibly understanding and patient, she fully explains things as she goes along. The staff are very friendly, I personally worked with Courtney who was excellent in taking x-rays in a manner that was both quick and pleasant for someone who is TERRIFIED of ANYTHING dental related. They meet you where you are and work with you on treatment. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My dad had a broken molar that was causing pain that needed to be taken care of quickly. They called us back fast, got him in and removed the tooth. My dad doesn't have dental insurance and luckily the price wasn't too crazy. Then there was something growing in that spot causing pain again.. they got him back in same day he called and removed it no charge.. and again another time!! We are thankful that he wasn't charged over and over again. We are glad this is where he went and he was treated very well.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire experience is not what one would expect. I routinely get my teeth cleaned every 6months. It begins with a warm & friendly greeting at the front desk. The entire staff works as a team. Today Kristan was my technician. She was thorough, gentle and very nice. At the completion she gave me some helpful information regarding some potential problems and how I could prevent them from worsening. Dr. Horn always has the final say. He does the final inspection. He is well educated in the field of Denistry and takes pride in all that he does. I always leave each appointment with a great big smile. It's truly a blessing to be able to receive quality dental care without having to travel a great distance. They're the best!

They ask alot of great quality questions to gauge your comfortability with dentists and treatment (specifically any traumatic experiences in the past) all while providing comprehensive treatment plans to outline all potential costs. This practice goes a long way to make it a pleasant experience in every aspect. I had concerns about affording certain treatment groups and they had resources texted to me for additional financial plan options and after my first appt today i have one already scheduled and two major expenses that i can utilize Cherry (a payment option provided) so i plan on calling and getting that scheduled. I saw Dr. Barrett and she was AMAZING! She made my long list of dental work seem manageable and obtainable while also taking into account my cosmetic concerns vs. what actually needs more immediate attention and we were able to find a great middle ground. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Awful billing Don't go with more than 1 ins they don't know how to do it. You can go in one week and don't owe and then the next week you get an outstanding bill. Sign outside says they take most insurances but they don't. Prices are outrageous. When you have 2 dental insurances and still owe hundreds for just cleaning, there is a problem. Call them regarding bills and never call back. Always want you to have more procedures that you don't need. Had tooth pulled and have had problems ever since. DON'T GO !!

She made sure I was comfortable and happy with everything, even following up and correcting minor things needing "fine tuning" from previous appointments. She is kind, energetic, and efficient. Dr. Mushi and her assistant, Sarah, were very welcoming and friendly at every visit. The office is clean and all staff are inviting. The office as a whole communicates very well with its patients and even follows up with you after more invasive treatments.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately updating my review. This office is a disaster. After going there for quite a bit it became clear they can’t keep front desk staff at all and as a patient that’s worrisome because it’s hard enough to get someone to help you as is. On top of that they dropped my insurance neglected to tell us and now are harassing us over a billing issue they are having because they made a mistake. All this owner cares about is cash in his pocket. Beware!!! Lots of odd things asked for when dealing with co-pays I’ve now been alerted no other offices do. Dr Musi is still amazing and I wish she would open her own practice. I have extreme dental trauma. Dr. Musi and Ashley made me feel safe and eased a lot of my fears. The front desk, Emily and Erin were super helpful as well! I will be back and be recommending them to everyone I know!

Experiencia negativa: Dr Horn refused honor his commitment to adjust denture. $2200.00 wasted. I would never let this man touch my mouth again. Jammed my denture into my mouth causing excruciating pain. He is caustic and ill tempered.

Experiencia fantástica: I woke up on a Friday morning with major pain radiating in my lower jaw. I drove to Aesthetic Family Dentistry in tears looking for help. The pain was so bad I couldn’t even tell what tooth was the culprit. I’m not a patient there but saw a sign while driving by that said new patients welcomed. Full disclosure I have a big fear of dentist, and was over due by a year and half for a cleaning & exam. I walked in before they were even open for the day. The office staff immediately reassured me they would get me into be seen. They took me in to an exam room with a few minutes and Dr horn numbed my mouth and took x-rays. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal. They were able fit me into their schedule that day! Dr Musi performed my procedure along with the technician kourtnie. They were professional and made sure my comfort was the number one priority. The office even has a comfort menu with items you can ask for like eye masks and blankets. I came back a week later for my crown placement. They make the crowns right there in the lab in the office. My appointment was super quick and again Dr Musi and Kourtnie were fantastic. If you have a fear of the dentist and have been avoiding going (like me) this is the place for you!

And anytime of filling or any of that work needed attention, Dr Horn handled it no charge. He stands behind his work. I've been going to Dr Horn since his father was in practice. Even though I have insurance that he doesn't accept. I would not go anywhere else.

I was so nervous to get in that chair my hands were shaking! Dr horn not only made me feel confident but after that first appointment I knew I would never go to another dentist again! From the ladies at the front desk making me feel like more then a customer to sitting in that chair knowing I'm in good hands I'm no longer afraid of the dentist and have zero anxiety seeing that appointment on my calendar. Experiencia negativa: I went in with a referral for a root canal from another dentist, was promised that there was time for the procedure. When I spoke with the dentist they pivoted told me that I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and they only had time for that and not the root canal. Before I could say a word I am being presented a bill and treatment plan of $5,000 and was asked to sign a document agreeing to the plan and payment owed. Never have I seen such a clear attempt to take advantage of a patient in pain. Will never be returning here!

Experiencia negativa: Went here last month to have two teeth pulled that my double caps came off and broke.. Was in pain for two weeks afterwards. At which time shards of teeth started coming through the gums. I said OK things happen. I would give them another. Try to wear two other caps did the same exact thing. After Dr. Horn pulled the teeth out I was in pain as Normal, except for the fact that it was worse because I had a bruise on my face from where his thumb was pushing in trying to hold onto my jaw as he pulled the teeth out. Has my mouth started to heal I could start touching the area with my tongue and realized that he had chipped the tooth next to it and then I called them today to let them know about it because I could start feeling sensitivity from the air touching it. Dr. Horn got on the phone was nasty from the second He picked up and telling me how he didn’t do it he would’ve told me. And I’m telling him yes you did I said and he’s telling me if I keep talking like that, he’s just gonna hang up on me and I’m like I’m not saying anything wrong. He did do what I said, and then he started raising his voice even more and I had enough and hung up. This is not the way you treat your patients/customers. As I am a self-pay person, I do not have insurance.. With the first Visit I thought I was going to have my teeth pulled that day but instead they’re telling me all these things they can do for my mouth. Thousands and thousands of dollars later I had to make another appointment to have them pulled Seems like money is all they care about. Only a guilty person would act nasty like that from the beginning. His father was not like that..

Experiencia negativa: The office staff here and the hygienists are fantastic. However, I recently had teeth extracted here. All went well besides the dentist using profanity. I was in a bit of discomfort and anxious during the procedure. The dentist started talking to me like i was a baby which was odd and also basically told me i needed to be quiet. Strange but not the end of the world. I developed a relatively common complication afterwards. A few days after the extraction, the office called to check on me and i told them i was still in a lot of pain but the dentist assured me it was normal. Over the weekend the pain continued to get worse. I called the office Monday and the dentist didn’t think i needed to be seen—she just sent antibiotics to the pharmacy. I didn’t think this was right so I went to another dentist who diagnosed me with dry socket and they advised I call again to get them to see me. So finally, they decided to have me come in. The dry socket was treated. I understand this to be a condition that really just requires time. But the way this was handled was not on par with ADA standards. In addition to that, during the extraction the dentist noted that i had an active infection in the tooth being extracted. So I’m not sure why she didn’t prescribe antibiotics in the first place. All in all I’m just really disappointed in my experience here. I’m supposed to go back and get my other two wisdom teeth removed but the overall experience has been so traumatic that I’m terrified to even go to a new dentist. Also, they are quite expensive here. My family had the discount plan which we paid about $90/month for and I’m not quite sure what it actually discounted. Which would have been fine with me if it wasn’t such an awful experience. She referred me to an oral surgeon for my other two teeth and again im not sure why she didn’t just do that in the first place. Patients shouldn’t have to basically beg to be seen and for proper care. I trusted them because I knew very little about standard dentistry practices beforehand but after speaking with others my experience was absolutely not normal or acceptable. The other dentist was visibly angry as i was describing the situation. Please save your money and avoid this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: The Hygienist I had today was not my usual one and she was absolutely fantastic. I was relaxed the entire time and the cleaning went quickly without any issues. She conducted herself professionally and she is a credit to your practice.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit. Everyone from the receptionist, Xray tech, dentist and dental hygienist were so very kind and attentive. They got me back to the room very quickly after I filled out paperwork. One of the huge benefits I did not know about was their Xray machine was hightech and bery low radiation. She was very quick with my Xrays which was a blessing because I have Tori which it makes it very difficult to hold the film in my mouth.

While I felt very anxious entering the office the team tried their best to help me feel less anxious. I was trying to find the best option to avoid too many visits but at least the dentist was honest and open about the best possible plan for my oral health and care. Wasn’t expecting the price of all this and again I preferred a faster method of resolving my issues but I’m willing to try this first step. At least I was able to walk in the office without fainting.
