Chandan Dental Associates

Experiencia fantástica: I contacted Chandan Dental office after a bad experience and other issues with my previous dentist. I also tried some other dentists but there were potential issues with insurance or something. But my first contact on the phone with Chandan was welcoming and friendly. They had no issues with my insurance and gave me confidence they were sticking with the medicare insurance plan I currently have. They made an appointment with me within 2 weeks and sent me preparatory paperwork which was reasonable. The visit was very nice and welcoming, two dental people worked on my crown, which they got all insurance worked out in minutes. They were expert and gentle and got the job done. Explained things well. There was even a TV in front of me to wash relaxing undersea creatures in quality video. I made another appointment for a cleaning and full check up later.

Experiencia fantástica: 5/5/26 Receptionist, greeted me as soon as I walked in, took my info, very friendly. They got me back in just a few minutes. Great experience, for cleaning, gentle, friendly, fast with Brooke, as she always does an outstanding job with my appointments. In leaving, reception very pleasant, set up next appointment. I recommend this office to all.

Experiencia fantástica: I decided to try this dentist out because my 82 year old mother recommended them. And hey, when a senior recommends a dentist, you know it carries weight. I needed a cleaning, and I needed a few mildly chipped teeth fixed. Nothing big. I walked in and I was seen almost right away. The paperwork was a breeze and everyone was so pleasant. I wasn't anxious sitting in the chair - someone was with me the entire time! When they saw me gripping the chair arms (from just vibration) they offered me a stress ball, which was immensely helpful. The dentist was also outstanding, and the whole procedure took less than I've waited for a cappuccino! The work was done, and done well! Everyone made sure I understood each step of what they were doing before doing it. I can't recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there was so friendly! I had told her about my granddaughter going into Votech for dental and she said that she’d be welcome to come and shadow with them to see what the job entails!

Experiencia fantástica: I literally went years without a dental checkup due to dread from a bad experience. Well I can now say I go every 6 months because of the team at Chanda ! The hygienists and dentists are kind, patient and fun. I highly recommend this group.

Experiencia fantástica: Hygienist Skylar is awesome. She did a fantastic, highly professional job and offered some good advice.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience. I was in consistent pain for about a week from a broken tooth. My original dentist told me I had to wait a month for an appointment. These guys made time to get me in quick and got the tooth removed for me. Very thankful.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been extremely nervous about all the work needed on my very sensitive teeth, seven in all. Dr. Chandan put my mind at ease by ensuring I was completely numb before starting. The best part for me was when he counted as he ground my tooth, and let up in between counting. That really helped me to set my focus rather than focusing on the grinding. Thanks Dr. Chandan Keep counting, it helps!! Lol

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best Dental treatment I’ve had in my life very professionalExcellent staff and no waiting. Appointment reminders make things easy.

Experiencia fantástica: Brook does a nice job of cleaning my teeth. I enjoy her work and conversations.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about my dentist and their team. I had a pretty tough case after wearing a partial for a long time, I wasn’t sure what to expect going into implants. But from start to finish, everything went absolutely flawless. They took the time to explain every step, made me feel comfortable, and handled my case with so much skill and care. The results have honestly exceeded my expectations. I finally feel confident again, and it’s such a relief. If you’re nervous or have a complicated situation like I did, you’re in the best hands here. Highly, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I switched to Chandan Dental after moving to the area. I am so glad I did! My hygienist completed one of the most comprehensive cleanings I have ever had. She and the dentist genuinely cared about my teeth and my mouth. The dentist not only checked my teeth but also performed an oral cancer assessment. I take great care of my teeth and am so pleased to find a dental group that cares as much as I do.

Experiencia fantástica: Having an assistant that I am good friends and trust helped me with the nerves I was dealing with prior to my appointment and I'm very grateful the dentist was willing and able to save me a trip to an oral surgeon with her expertise.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and extremely efficient. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, and everything—from check-in to the actual appointment—was very well organized and smooth. The dentist and team took the time to explain everything clearly , and my dental surgery went smoothly. I have visited other dental offices in the Erie area before, and unfortunately my experiences were not nearly as positive. This office truly sets a higher standard for patient care, professionalism, and efficiency. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice where patients are treated with kindness and respect.

Experiencia fantástica: Office staff are always friendly and helpful. Services are more affordable than other dental practices and the dentist has always done good work for our family, even covering second repair of a chipped tooth as they guarantee it for a year.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care and understanding staff. They saw my entire family of four back to back the same morning. They were thorough in establishing individualized care for each of us. Ive had numerous terrible dental experiences so I cannot understate how comfortable this experience was. We dealt mostly with Skylar and she was awesome. Even my four year old son who normally needs a two man hold-down minimum to apply fluoride at the doctor's office, sat calmly and chatted happily through his full first cleaning, polish, flouride-all of it. As far as my husband and I are concerned, these people are magic. We are so happy to have found this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Fastest visit to the dentist I have ever experienced. Staff was polite and professional and efficient. Technician is smart as a whip and she relieved my stress with her humor. Dr. Charlton and I go way back to pre-Covid days and his bedside manner hasn't faded over the years. The front desk attendant quickly handled a minor set-back with my prescription due to a an unknown pharmacy closure. Needless to say I left with a diagnosis and a solution, feeling relieved. I appreciate this office very much.

Experiencia fantástica: Since I was new patient at this facility, I was a bit nervous meeting everyone. Brooke, the hygienist, greeted me with a smile and welcomed me. She answered my questions I had as well. She did my X-rays and a thorough cleaning. Since I had a good check up , my visit with Dr. Chandan was brief, but still pleasant. She was very nice. Since I was pleased with my experience, I made my next 2 appts for next year.
