Experiencia negativa: Dentist had filthy pants, with what looked like fresh blood and paste. He was touching his pants with gloved hands and then immediately putting his hands inside my mother’s mouth. I wanted to throw up, it literally made me sick to my stomach. I stopped the exam immediately when I saw what was going on. Then the assistant tried to force me to have an exam, telling me that the dentist “has to do it” even after I told them no twice. The secretary at the front desk then yelled at me when I tried to warn the other patients in the lobby of what was going on. Not sure how that dentist can get away with such unsanitary practices.

I just walked into this office today. They had no idea what was going on with my mouth. They quickly assess the situation worked with my insurances and got to work on a problem in my mouth. The dentist is a great job and Kaylee was outstanding. It's always a good idea if you have medical condition to let them know. They were very understanding of my condition and I was in and out of there with a plan fast. Big thanks to them. Go here

Experiencia positiva: I arrived early for an appointment. I was the only person in the waiting area. A woman walked in without an appointment to get her teeth cleaned. She was called in before me and then I had to wait until the hygienist finished with her. Nice thing to do for that lady, not too professional for people with appointments.

Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed with my experience during my recent appointment with Dr. Mann. After waiting over 30 minutes—and having my appointment canceled ( due to Machinery problems, they called right when I pulled in to the parking lot) rescheduled that same day— Dr Mann never even introduced himself when he walked in, and he spent barely two minutes with me. When I asked him about removal of my amalgams for health purposes, his response felt condescending and dismissive but said" I can remove them if it makes you feel better." He seemed rushed from the moment he entered the room and was already walking out the door while I was trying to ask him a question. During the initial exam, he barely looked in my mouth. As he was leaving, I mentioned my concern about my receding gum lines, so he briefly glanced again—perhaps for three seconds—and said, “They’re fine, they look better than mine,” before walking out once more. I asked the assistant if he typically spends so little time with new patients, and she admitted that he was very busy and didn’t like having consultations scheduled on certain days. I responded that after waiting half an hour, not to mention getting canceled and rescheduled, I felt it was unacceptable that he couldn’t devote more than two minutes to my visit. She agreed it was a very short consultation. Additionally, I was told in advance that this would be a free consultation. However, upon arrival, the technician insisted that x-rays were required. I explained that I had recent x-rays from my previous dentist and was only there for a consultation. She continued to pressure me, saying these would just be “spot checks” of the specific teeth I was concerned about and that insurance would cover them. I reluctantly agreed. Moments later, she instructed me to follow her, and before I realized it, they had completed a full panoramic x-ray scan. When I asked why that was done against my request, she simply said, “The doctor wanted a full scan.” It felt like an unnecessary upsell—another way to bill for more services. Needless to say, after a not-so-free consultation and needless X-rays and radiation, I will not be returning to this office!

I used my dental insurance and paid my co-payment which I felt was very reasonable pricing for all the dental work done. 100% recommend my doctor for exceptional dental care.

This procedure required several visits and each time the staff made sure that you were as comfortable as possible (under these circumstances). He made sure I was completely numb before excavating for a more pleasant experience. I am glad that the doctor relented and refunded the price of the filling he had just done 5 months prior on the same tooth

Experiencia negativa: I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews. They took over an hour past my appointment time to see me, and my husband waited an hour and half before he had to leave and go back to work. He came back when he rescheduled and that appointment also took over an hour from the scheduled time before they saw him. We have dental insurance that includes two cleanings a year. They billed our insurance and were paid, and then tried to bill us an additional $400 for who knows what. It was a run of the mill cleaning appointment and no one said a word about any extras taking place that wouldn't be covered, if anything outside of a normal cleaning happened, we weren't made aware of it. Now they want to send us to collections. What kind of office charges 1000s for a regular cleaning? Especially after making us wait for hours. Find somewhere else. These guys are scam artists looking for stupid people to make a quick buck.

Experiencia negativa: Front professional amazing. Dental assistants somewhat professional. You could visibly witness their frustration to lack of resources (coming into various rooms looking for supplies) and having to shuffle you into room after room in order to locate functioning x ray machine. 1st bridge was wrong fit; however Dr. recommended trying it out after dental assistant raised concerns and verified to Dr. it was not a suitable fit via x rays. At least 3 of the 4 appts. was seen 30 minutes late, one of those four occasions it was an hour late. Another one of those appts. assistant was attending to me and another patient at the same time, he was constantly rushing back and forth and I didn’t raise concerns about the quality of work because i had been so disappointed previously that i just wanted it to be done.

They immediately pin pointed the pain causing problem, then took actions to ease that pain . They also did x-rays, scan, and a time frame for my completed process, All today! Experiencia negativa: Mid August l went n with a broken tooth. They took me right in which was unexpected and appreciated. They did the prep for a crown and l also ordered a night guard. My insurance company said it was completely covered. Tthey insisted on payment up front for crown and l would have it in 2 or 3 weeks. After 4 weeks l called and they had no clue what the status. In 3 months l did get my crown and l stated that now we could do the mold for the night guard. It was news to them. No note had been made. We had to start over mening more wait time. At almost 4 months it was completed. The whole procedure should have taken six weeks max. I've heard them on the phone profusely apologizing so l am not the only one.
