Experiencia fantástica: I would give them a million stars if I could! I went in Monday morning at 8 a.m. for a consultation after my dog chewed my dentures into pieces. I had taken them out before bed and set them on a tissue on my nightstand. I fully intended to put them in the soaking container, but I fell asleep. I woke up the next morning, and there they were, destroyed. I was called back pretty quickly when I arrived Monday morning. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn’t repair my dentures, even enough for me to wear them just for appearance, because they hadn’t made them. They also explained that getting a new set would normally take one to two weeks. I immediately started tearing up. I had just gotten a promotion at work, and not only would I be on camera every day with my team, but now I would also be meeting with management. I had no idea how I was going to explain why my camera was suddenly off, because there was absolutely no way I was getting on camera without my dentures. I asked if they offered same-day dentures. They said they did, but that it usually required more notice. One of the ladies said she would look into my options and went to talk to the lab. The lab tech agreed to get them done that same day! I just needed to stay nearby so I could come back for the wax try-in, and then they would finish the permanent set before the end of the day. I walked in at 8 a.m. and walked out at 4 p.m. with a brand-new set of dentures. They seriously saved me! Thank you so much to everyone who put in the extra effort and went above and beyond for me. You saved this girl from a very embarrassing situation with a management team she had literally just become part of. I can’t explain how much that meant to me. Also, lesson learned: dogs really will eat your teeth, just like they supposedly ate our homework when we were kids. Except this time, it actually happened. LOL!

Experiencia fantástica: I broke my bottom denture on a Friday morning and went in without an appointment. They told me that they weren’t sure if they could get the repair done that day. I was going on vacation the next week so they took them at 0815 AM and told me to come back at 11AM. Upon returning they put a new soft liner in it and I was gone by 1140 with no charge! GREAT JOB!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Over the last 9 months I have worked with Affordable dentures to restore my smile. I had implants placed after extractions and full implant dentures made. Durring this process I have always had a great experience. Dr. O’Sullivan always is very thorough. Any time I’ve had any issues they have gotten me in, in a reasonable amount of time. I would say the only downfall is that sometimes they run behind schedule, but as a person who works in healthcare I know this is always hit or miss.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind & takes her time explaining the process. She’s been great to work with as well as Jayla, who’s assisted me with multiple fittings and appointments. With that said, this practice has ONE dentist, ONE lab tech who makes the dentures in house & 3 dental assistants. They schedule 2-3 appointments at a time. If you like having a 1:30 pm appointment and not being seen til 2 pm then this is the place for you. However, I view that as disrespectful and horrible time management as someone who owns a business myself. I have had multiple appointments now where I go in and stuff isn’t correct. Something’s not done, something was done but needs to be re done. The organization, communication & consistency is less than desirable in a business where I’m spending $6,000 for dentures. The price was unbeatable & the process started well. But it continues to be drawn out. If I wasn’t self employed, I don’t know how I’d be able to take so much time off work for all of the appointments I’ve had to have. To be clear, the dentist is great & Jayla is great. But the way in which appointments are set up, the fact they only have one person making every patients dentures and the over all experience of waiting past my appointment time for the majority of my appointments over the last 15 months has left me not wanting to return here.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit, but I’m overjoyed at being able to afford my implant. I’m 44 years old and still have 1 baby tooth because I am missing a permanent molar. I now have an abscess and need to have the tooth pulled. I was very anxious about the price, as I’ve had other quotes done and it has been totally unaffordable. However, this office has made it very affordable. And because the treatment plan is in many different visits, to allow for healing, I can make payments on some of the visits and finance the rest through my Care Credit card. I’m very, VERY grateful! I felt as though all held my best interests as a patient as their top priority. Dr O'Sullivan discussed my X-rays and state of my bones, posts and gums thoroughly making me feel like I was in the right place. The dentist at affordable reviewed my x-rays and listened to my concerns. She took time to explain everything to me and explained that I do not need any teeth extracted. I need periodontal care and braces. She could have just taken my money, but she didn’t. I appreciate the honesty and compassion that I was shown.

Experiencia fantástica: I had two extractions done and really didn't experience any pain during the removal the work was excellent and the Doc and assistants are absolutely top notch and you cannot beat the prices ! Definitely recommend these folks. Today my wife went in to have her twenty year old denture looked at for reline and she is very happy with the results and service she recd, she recommends Affordable in Lancaster highly! I just went for my third visit which involved healing collars, last visit was implants and temp posts for initial healing, I have to say that at no point have I experienced unusual pain or discomfort either during surgery or the healing process! I have another visit for crowns and all finished, all in all the entire process will be about 5 months just to make darn sure that the job is done right, I cannot speak highly enough or give any higher recommendations! You won't be disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: The doctor is absolutely wonderful, but receptionist isn't the best with scheduling. She's familiar with my situation, haven't had any teeth for a year as of May 21, 2025. All I want is to feel normal again, be able to eat and speak clearly, same as I did before this god awful journey, so my dentures are finished and I receive them my next appointment which is currently scheduled for June 24, 2025, just waiting while every second at this point matters mentally, physically, and emotionally. I paid for them after my first app. on April 13, 2025, so I thought I'd have them by now…….which yes I would’ve had them by the end of May but the receptionist called me needing to reschedule since the dentist wasn’t available, rescheduled for another time and I got confused by numerous appointments dates and times close together ended up being late by 15 min and I guess receptionist punished me by scheduling so far out, doesn’t make sense even the dr said I should be able to be seen sooner that’s end of June considering they’re finished. I call in to see if there's been any changes in the schedule in order to come in sooner, yet there's no available appointments. Although online as a new patient it comes up with the first appointment being June 10. Understandably not a new patient but an extremely desperate existing patient, you’d think it would matter for something.

Experiencia fantástica: Today I went for my initial visit. I arrived early, and they accommodated me and saw me early. My primary contacts were the receptionist, the dental assistant, the manager, and the dentist. Any time somebody arrives at a place such as this, there is always going to be some degree of apprehension and uneasiness, so it isn’t any surprise that I was nervous, too. The check-in procedure was easy enough; I filled out my forms and presented my documents. Things already started feeling better. The unit is in a shopping plaza, and the facilities are very modern. The waiting room was wide and open and felt airy and clean. The dental assistant came for me and started with my x-rays and vital signs. She asked a couple of questions and prepared my information so that the doctor could evaluate my needs. Once again, very courteous, very professional. The doctor came and visited with me and completed the evaluation. Although she moved along quickly, she did not neglect any details or depart until she was absolutely certain my questions were answered. Next, I met briefly with the manager, who discussed my options and scheduling questions. This manager was really helpful. I decided on a treatment plan immediately, and she departed and returned with my documentation. Since I had traveled so far, they offered to complete my first stages and took my impressions and other technical collection of data and measurements and scheduled my next appointment. The dentist took critical measurements herself, instead of entrusting that to the assistant. That was a surprising and wonderful turn. She also assured me that she would be my only dentist throughout my treatment plan, and that I would not be passed around to whomever could see me. For some reason, she lingered longer and expressed her care philosophy to me. It was heart-felt and sincere. I thought of some more questions for the manager, she saw me before I left, interrupting her own personal lunch break. It was Chipotle, and smelled yummy. Honestly, I could not have been more pleased with my interactions with the staff and the facilities. If you are concerned about trusting your needs to a team—when it is very critical to receive good care, you can feel good about trusting these people. I am traveling more than 200 miles each way, and did not hesitate to act on my initial impressions and experiences today.
