Experiencia fantástica: I have never enjoyed going to the dentist. Today i received a root canal and crown. And i will say the dentist and his assistant made it as comfortable and professional as it could possibly be. They are definitely top notch!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a crown come off and the tooth did not have a root canal. Went in yesterday fully prepared to have the root canal done and a new crown placed. It was my first experience with Dr. Tran doing actual procedure. I was very nervous, the dentist is not a favorite person. Dr. Tran was amazing. He came in, sat down and just joked around for a little bit, then got down to business. I was dreading the shots...never knew he gave them! To top it off after a new xray, he felt that I didn't need the root canal! WIN!!! This was a wonderful experience. Dr. Tran anf his staff are truly wonderful. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend MFD.

I had not been to a dentist in nearly 15 years and my teeth are a mess. Dr. Tran was not judgemental at all. Rather he was compassionate, that immediately put me at ease. Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist I have been to in many years. I was told by another dentist that I would have to have my tooth removed. Dr. Trans team found that there was a clot of glue left in the area by a past dentist. The hygienist cleaned it out and no tooth needed to be removed! No more pain! The entire team is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Marshville Family Dentistry.

My dentist is great his helper is great they let me tell them everything that I would put up with and what I wasn't putting up with and they agreed to go along with it. I would recommend Marshall dentistry to everyone if they want a good dentist great staff helpful hands. The dentist pulled my tooth last year and there was no pain at all after he is great great great.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to, and I have been around the block with some dentists in my lifetime. I have never liked going to a dentist until now Wish I had found out about this place 13 years ago when I first started trying to repair my teeth, I would not have ended up in the predicament I am in if I had. They are currently working on me at a break neck speed to get me back to where I would like to be with my teeth, and for that all I can say is Thank You.

They even worked my 3 year old in for a cleaning while we were there. Handled her with care and easy. Didn’t push her to do anything she wasn’t ready for. Definitely recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my return visit to complete my dental work after having a root canal last month. As always, before I get through the door, Michelle already has me checked in. Kita took me back for prep prior to Dr. Tran coming into the room. I feel as if I've known Dr. Tran for many years, he is so genuine and truly has compassion for his patients. Then of course, I can't leave out DeeDee, who I call my world traveler.. she is highly knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with the dental insurance side. This practice, including the names mentioned above, along with Tracy and Wendy, dental tech and dental assistance, makes you feel like family. Great job!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the best Dentist offices my family and I have ever been, too! We went to the same dentist for over 20 years and he retired. It was a struggle to find another office that not only has a great, caring dentist but also the hygienist, the assistants and the office staff! Dr Tran has the best personality, while still having professionalism. I just love Tracy, and Morgan the hygienist my mouth feels sooooo clean when I leave from a cleaning. Lord, Michelle! Michelle is the first face you see when you walk in the door, and she is so welcoming with her energy and big personality! Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran and his staff are amazing! Went today to get a crown fixed and actually had a fun time. He loves to cut up and be silly but is serious at the same time as well. He definitely knows what he’s doing. He messed with us today and made Alexa play Christmas music. I made the comment no no it’s not time for that and I’m pretty sure he turned it up louder so I told him when I left I was getting my toys from the toy bin and I wanted him to make me a.sword balloon (yes I’m 48) . Always have a great experience there. Would highly recommend him and his staff. And when you go make sure you get your sword!!!

Experiencia negativa: My husband sees doctor Tran spoke so highly of him that I decided to give him a chance. I called the marshville location yesterday (11.17.25) about 1pm. I stated that I had had a root canal a while back and I had hit my mouth and broke loose my porcelain tooth that covers my root canal and I left my phone number. I unfortunately did forget to state my name as the lady told me when I called again today. But I figured since I’ve left my phone number that I would’ve at least heard something back and did not so I decided to call Again, and I just got off the phone with a lady named Michelle if I’m not mistaken. First of all, very rude. Probably the worst customer service representative for a company that I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. She said that she did see my voicemail, but since I did not leave a name that she was not gonna call me back until someone else showed up…… Weird. So as I stated to her that I wanted to make an appointment to get my root canal, looked at and possibly fixed because it is giving me some discomfort. She informed me that there is Absolutely nothing that she can do But that I could still come in tomorrow, but again there’s nothing they can do. I was looking forward to seeing Doctor Tran Because of everything I’ve heard about him it’s just sad that the people representing him have such nasty attitudes.

Experiencia fantástica: When Dr. Kline retired, I unsure as to whether or not iI should remain with Marshville Family Dentistry or seek services elsewhere. I can honestly say, I am very glad I stayed. Dr. Tran and his staff work to make patients feel comfortable with any and all procedures that need to take place. They listen when you have questions or concerns and address them promptly. In today's world, that is a rarity. I am grateful for Dr. Tran's suggestions and skills to assist me in maintaining good dental health. I trust him and he does great work!

Experiencia negativa: The filling was done painlessly, but I was VERY disappointed that the cavity beside it was NOT taken care of while my mouth was deadened. The dentist remarked , "I feel lazy today, so I'm not filling the other one. We'll take a look at it when you come for your cleaning in a few months." I thought that was very unprofessional and uncaring. Two others in the room heard him say that. Plus, I paid my co-pay, and after receiving info from my insurance company, I'll still owe more. I just don't understand!!!!
