Experiencia positiva: They helped me out tremendously and didn’t waste anytime. They were professional while also training new people. Seemed to be a good environment and hope to knock out what we need to in the future…. So they had me send a review before my appointment was done so I couldn’t give my full experience.. I went into this estabishment and told everyone I came in contact with, that I wanted to handle everything I could that complies with my insurance. I informed the front desk. The lady that was walking me through the prechecks that was also helping a new hire. I informed everyone I wanted to use my insurance. Why at the end of the appointment; their financial lady came out and tried to charge me $5000 and set me up with a payment plan? I have not been back there since or spoken with them but since I am back from being on the water. I wanna get this handled and will be seeing what we can do if not find another dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Okay so I walked in and immediately felt like I was in the twilight zone lol. All New Faces!! It was different from my past experiences…my welcome didn’t feel as warm. However, my hygienist, Ernesto, was absolutely amazing! Ernesto was a such a kind and bubbly spirit. He answered every single question I had and gave me great advice on flossing. If I’m being honest, Ernesto was my saving grace because I was seriously considering not coming back and that was just based off the greeting and atmosphere in the waiting room. First impressions speak volumes…but, I’ll be back. I truly appreciate the improvement in my oral hygiene since I started coming here. I do miss Ms. Anita and nem tho. Le sigh. Hope they’re doing well.

I had been seeing Dr Patel at the Orange Park facility, but she had moved away. When I met Dr Lee he made me feel very comfortable and he was very caring, but very professional too. Experiencia negativa: I would not go back there at all because after being told that I had a serious infection in my tooth I wasn’t given any antibiotics and had to go to the hospital and the person who was doing my exam was pushing what he wanted me to get instead of listening to what I needed and to pay almost 700 dollars for one tooth is outrageous

Experiencia fantástica: Both my 34 year old daughter with unique abilities and I visited the new Normandy Lake Dentistry office in Orange Park during the 2026 Memorial day week. In my opinion, the new office staff had very tall shoes to fill after our absolutely amazing experience with the staff that worked at the old Orange Park office. When I tell you they did not disappoint, they really DID NOT!!! MY daughter is very vocal about the people who work with her and is very, very vocal when it comes to 'feeling' or 'not feeling' the love from those who take care of her. The folks at the NEW Normandy Lake Dentistry office won her over immediately! The were very nice, caring, and personable. They easesd her concerns and anxieties related to working with new staff and made her feel like she was a cherished family member. From the front of the house to the back of the house (dentists to patient care coordinators), they were nothing less than phenomenal!! When it was time for my own appointment, they were just as amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this group if you are the typical patient like me but even more so if you have your own unique needs or have a child with unique needs!!! I'd give them an A+ hands down. We will continue to come to them for our dentistry needs! Shout out to Dr. Daniel, Amber, Chelsea and the rest of the team

Getting work done my whole life has been painful and expensive. Anita at the office came up with a treatment plan I can afford and my dental days are looking so much less stressful. Experiencia fantástica: I was scheduled for a root canal with North Lake Dental at the Normandy location after my tooth broke. The Dr. on Normandy was a no-show due to an emergency. Therefore, I was then referred to the North Lake Orange Park location by them. After learning a root canal would not work, they thoroughly explained all of my options. Then, begain to answered all of my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to help me make the best decision for me. I ended up having an extraction, and a removal of two crowns in order to prep for a bridge. I was so pleased with the quality of service I received from Dr. Scott and his office staff. Their all great! Dr. Scott made sure to explain what was going on along the way. His Dental Assistant Jaun also provided so much care and concern throughout the proceedure. His office manager Tim was also amazing! You can tell he runs this office like a well oiled machine. Every office needs someone like this to maintain efficiency. More importantly, someone thats efficient and does it with love and kindness. North Lake Orange Park Thank you for a great visit!❤️

Experiencia fantástica: 1) I love the facility. The building is very well kept, nice decor, complimentary coffee and the staff are all very pleasant and accommodating. Super friendly environment and everyone is warm and familiar with patients while staying professional! 2) The procedures were not rough, they did everything gentle and stayed that way when I moved from the pain of being poked. Everyone described thoroughly what actions they were taking and why, what I was experiencing and what to do. They also explained what remedies they suggested at home for what problems I had and why. 3) The treatments were explained and insurance was handled efficiently, I did not receive judgment and they work with you for payments. Overall absolutely appreciated this visit and helped me over my aversion of receiving dental care (though having insurance this time really helped). Could not recommend this place enough, big thanks to Anita, Dr Scott, and absolutely everyone involved for their patience and help!

They explained everything to me before and after the procedure. I had a root canal, my first and I must say I was very nervous but before the procedure they relieved my fears. I had no pain. You only know they are doing something in your mouth. So go ahead get that root canal, extraction or any other procedure, you won 't regret it. Experiencia negativa: After I paid my out of pocket expenses, I received my claim statement, the amounts weren’t adding up. So I emailed the office to get an itemized receipt of the visit. Then I responded kindly that I would like someone to explain why the numbers aren’t adding up and why it looks like I over paid out of pocket. I have been told many times by Tim “ if you need anything, let us know” well that was a lie because I followed up 3 times to get an answer and he completely ghosted me. Then I contacted another office ( Normandy) and was told they would reach out to OP and their AR department and someone would get back to me, no one did, then I called again, and was told the SAME thing. This is absolutely ridiculous and shady. It is one thing to “miss an email” once but to be completely ignored by several people is very rude. I won’t be back and I will let anyone know not to visit any of your locations.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time coming to the dentist since moving to Florida and everyone at this clinic was absolutely amazing! From the sweet front desk lady, to being in the chair, to check was amazing! I want to thank Tim for taking the time to break down the cost of everything and explaining my options very well. I want to thank Liz for her fast hands and for taking care of my teeth. I want to thank Juan for his personality and for helping the appointment run smoothly. And last but not least Dr.Scott for being an amazing doctor who truly cares for his patients and it is evident that he is passionate about his work. Experiencia fantástica: Tim is amazing first of all, great customer service! The beautiful assistant, I’m sorry I can’t remember names well…. Was so sweet and really cool. She helped my anxiety go away about the dentist. My last visit I had a male assistant that was kind enough to hold my hand during a shot.(wasn’t that bad lol). I liked the dentist and his confidence in bringing back my dental health. He works efficiently and got so much done! My crown looks great. They are really flexible with scheduling! I mentioned I needed to try and be out my five to get my daughter, and Tim talked to the team and they got me out at 4:45! I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family! 10/10
