Experiencia fantástica: The staff is SUPER friendly, they always remember us and the minor details of life we tell them. They always welcome us in. Super knowledgeable. They are very kind. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting Gillette for a tattoo from Colorado Springs when I unexpectedly started having some serious dental issues that needed immediate attention. I first called another office that was fully booked, but they kindly referred me to Mountain West Dental. From the moment I called, the receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and understanding of my situation. Even though their schedule was already full, she went out of her way to speak with the dentist and made sure I was able to be seen right away. The dentist was not only thorough and professional but also very kind and compassionate. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ultimately prescribed antibiotics to treat my infection. I truly felt cared for and never once like I was a burden or inconvenience. To make the experience even more special, one of the staff members I met happened to be a fellow graduate from my high school in Casper—go Trojans! That little connection made me feel even more at home. I am so grateful to Mountain West Dental for their kindness, honesty, and genuine care. It’s rare to find a dental office that makes you feel both welcomed and reassured in a stressful moment, and I deeply appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I were visiting from out of town when she suddenly had issues with an infected implant. We were stressed and didn’t know where to turn, but this office welcomed us in right away, even at the last minute. From the front desk to the dental staff, everyone was so warm, caring, and reassuring. They treated us like longtime patients, not visitors passing through, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We never once felt like we were a burden, and that meant so much in the middle of a trip gone sideways. We are so grateful for the kindness and care they showed us—it truly turned a tough situation into a positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Huge shout out to Ciarra(hygienist) for taking care of me and my high anxiety!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this dental office! Everyone was very kind and helpful, and the dentist himself was very informative about everything. Even with a tricky situation they were able to help my family!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental office I've ever been to.Great staff. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Welcoming staff. Great communication with needs of care and what is happening during care. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Great service and great people working there!

Experiencia fantástica: They got me in right away when I broke my tooth. They were so friendly and listened to my concerns and needs. For the first time, I felt very comfortable and confident with a dentist and hopeful they will help me to smile again.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful dentist office! They helped me with all my random questions and I can't say enough about how great they are. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing work on their teeth done. I am in gillette on a job and he was very professional, fast, made sure that I was comfortable before the extraction and within a few minutes it was out... the staff is very friendly as well.

Experiencia negativa: I went in last week to get a tooth pulled. They pulled the tooth but didn't prescribe me any pain meds as they shredded my poor gum. Then two days ago I had a piece of broken tooth still in the hole. It's been a week and my mouth has NEVER been in so much pain and I've had teeth pulled before and I will say this is by FAR the WORST service I've ever had...

Experiencia negativa: Will sneak in procedures that insurance won’t cover and let you know afterwards then when you ask them on the next visit not to do that they’ll argue with you and leave you hanging with either a huge bill or finding another dentist, I chose the new dentist route.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is always very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing! Especially when mom has to bring all the kids

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by my good friend from work. Dr. Erickson has been absolutely phenomenal to my husband and I. Everybody in his office is so friendly, welcoming, & completely understanding when it comes to any financial issue you may have. Dental work can become extremely expensive & insurance does not cover much. His office staff team have been absolutely amazing with giving us a plan that works for us & our budget so we do not go into debt. I had a really bad fear with any dentist however Dr. Erickson is extremely patient, gentle, & very articulate when explaining everything in details. He has done so much for my husband & even got him in for a bad dental emergency when every other office in town turned us away for "Not being in network." Dr. Ericksons office did EVERYTHING they could to get us in, even without being in network with them & saved my husbands teeth, No questions. We are extremely greatful for him & everybody in his office.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff here is awesome! Top notch facility and A1 staff. I won't go anywhere else

Experiencia fantástica: I had a cleaning today. It all went according to plan. I'm not going to lie I am in a bit of pain but I have not had my teeth cleaned in a long time !! The Receptionist were Great to, helping me with my billing & getting my next appointments scheduled !! Thanks Again

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting from out of state and they were able to work me in for my aching tooth. Can't say anything bad about my experience with Mountain West Dental. A very cheerful staff. The dentist was very informative as to the problem I had with my tooth. They were very very helpful. Very much recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Olivia is always so gentle when cleaning my teeth and she explains everything that she does. This is so appreciated as I get very anxious going to the dentist. Thank you Olivia for your kindness and for the excellent cleaning of my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is amazing and so kind, dentist is easy to speak to understanding my concerns and explained everything so I could understand and answered all my questions, I never felt like he was in a hurry to get to the next patient. Excellent service and care.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't speak more highly of this office, the receptionist, the dental hygienist and the dentist himself are all top notch, 5 star. Very kind, gentle and highly recommend!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend. They are honest and upfront with your treatment plans and the potential cost so there is no surprise.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best! Olivia is my favorite! She is the best! Dr is awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: I just adore Dr Erickson and his staff! Very professional and understanding. They work with you on the financial aspect and truly care about your well being. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental experience ever!! Nice, kind, compassionate.

Experiencia fantástica: Seriously the best dental experiences I've ever had. I used to travel out of town because I thought I could only see a dentist that would help me 'relax' enough to get thru an appointment with medication. But due to insurance and filing concerns decided to seek out someone local. My daughter refered me here and my only regret is not coming to them sooner. Janda is absolutely phenomenal and has handled, what the previous office had told me they wouldn't/couldn't, with professionalism and kindness!! Dr. Erickson and his entire staff are top notch! 100% recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We're very happy with the service my husband received this morning. His appointment was set up promptly, went smoothly, and was quick and painless. Very reasonable price was appreciated. Will definitely recommend!
