Experiencia negativa: Place is Shady they told me I needed a crown multiple times. I didn't have any pain in my tooth and I wanted to get a second opinion so I went to another dentist and then another to confirm both of them said I do not need a crown at all and do not have cavities. There's plenty of honest dentist this one isn't one of them. Also they told me after a year that I owed more money for a deep clean even though they said my insurance the day that I got it done covered a portion of it and I paid the rest I've been going to dentist my whole life I've never had a practice tell me this especially not over a year later. Avoid this place at all costs and don't believe the good reviews.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to btyDENTAL (Bonney Lake) just a couple months ago, after not seeing a dentist at all for several years. They are conveniently located one block off the highway with plenty of parking. Once inside, the facilities are warm, spacious, clean, and bright. There are about a dozen operating rooms (usually only a handful in use at a given time), all featuring the latest equipment. Services I've had so far included a cleaning/exam, a discovered absessed tooth pulled, preparation for a bridge, and the final bridge comfortably fitted on. All of the work was top notch. The dental assistant walked me through new flossing techniques I would need to keep the bridge clean. The front desk staff are very friendly, professional, flexible around scheduling and payment options, and knowledgeable enough on dental topics. They were able to discuss procedures and possible alternatives. They always clearly communicated at the time of booking what my out of pocket costs would be, given my particular insurance. This enabled me to make informed choices and not get blindsided later. They offer payment plans for procedures not covered by insurance. Overall, btyDENTAL (Bonney Lake) is outstanding across every aspect. I highly recommend them. At the time of this review, they are accepting new patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I went here after I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and seen how nice the office was. Gabby was a SWEETHEART!!! A few years ago I got in a bad motorcycle accident and was in a coma for almost 3 months. It was hard for me after my accident to see a dentists because of embarrassment of how jacked up my teeth are. Over the last few years my teeth kept looking and getting worse. Honestly i kinda gave up on my teeth and didn’t really care about them anymore. At the appointment Dr. Yoon told me we will do the work in two sessions and started with a deep clean and address the issue on the right side first. I was nervous but Dr. Yoon made me feel at ease and feel comfortable. My mouth was a little sore for a few hours but it was not as bad as I remember it. When I got home I looked in the mirror and to my surprise my teeth looked AMAZING!!! We scheduled an appointment and I went back a couple weeks later (yesterday), I went back for the left side and I was excited because if the left side looked like my right side, my confidence in my teeth would be back!!! Before we started to told Amila (dental hygienist) and Dr. Yoon how grateful and blessed I was for them and the job they did on my teeth because it gave me my confidence back and gave me a second chance on life with my teeth!!! Amila was AMAZING!!! She was super sweet and we talked about our kids and family and could tell she was passionate about her career. We did the left side and I knew it was gonna look a MILLION times better. After getting all finished, I told them thank you again and I went home. I looked in the mirror when I got home and tears of joy and happiness ran down my cheeks!!! I am in shock and awe how good they look!!! I haven’t stopped smiling!!! I would recommend BTY Dental in Bonney Lake to anyone looking to continue their oral care or as in my case start oral care!!! The staff is AMAZING, the atmosphere is AMAZING, the cleanliness of the office is AMAZING!!!! Amila is wonderful at her job and Dr. Yoon is a magician!!! She took nothing and turned it into something!!! THANK YOU!!!! God bless you both!!!

I was welcomed by a lovely young lady Gabby, who then further assisted me through the whole process of getting an x-ray and cleaning. She was very professional and sweet. As for Dr. Dom, he was affirmative and made sure I knew the information I needed to understand my teeth’s health. On my way out I was pleased to meet the manager Ashley who put the icing on top of the whole experience. She was very polite and caring for me making sure I got the best service. I left that office with a great taste in my mouth, not just from my decision in choosing them, but also because my teeth feel so clean!!!

Experiencia negativa: Had a good experience the 1st time. Had to see a different dentist for the work because there was an emergency. They did not make me feel comfortable. I have to have the nitrous because of anxiety for all work. He came at me with the needle before any nitrous and after I stopped him they then tried to talk me out of it half way through because “it’s easier for them to work” oh and the painful part was over. It not the pain it’s the anxiety that bothers me. The assistant was flighty. I am not sure I will go back there for another root canal.

Experiencia fantástica: We've been patients at Rainier Dental in Bonney Lake for almost 3 years. The staff is what keeps us coming back. They go above and beyond, especially for my kiddos. Vanessa is always so welcoming when we walk in and we officially won't make an appointment unless Jess is there. She is SO good with my kids and seems like she genuinely loves her job. The actual dentist is in and out so quickly and does a good job but Jess is the true rockstar! Another shout-out to Vanessa and her fish tank!

Experiencia negativa: Poor and incorrect communication + lack of integrity especially if they know they won’t get money from you! They see their patients as dollar signs and not patients deserving of equitable care I decided to leave because in the process of scheduling my last appointment and figuring out some insurance issues, 9/10 times when I call in I get someone seemingly not even in the office, the people on the phone seem confused on how to answer my simple questions, give me bad information, incorrect scheduling etc. and when I went to my last appointment last month there wasn’t even anyone at the front desk to help me. When I texted the number on the business card requesting to have my records sent to me I was completely ignored for over a week, I then called in and requested my records to be sent to me due to finding another dentist and the person on the phone basically refused to provide my records to me. I am very disappointed to see how the office has continually gone down hill recently. The way I have been treated since they found out they would no longer get any money from me has made me question the integrity of the office as a whole.

Experiencia negativa: Bty Dental felt very dishonest and misleading. Dr. Dominique told me my teeth could not be filled and insisted I needed crowns, asking for a very large amount of money. I didn’t feel comfortable, so I went to another dental provider — and they were able to do fillings with no issue. My teeth now look and feel great, which proves crowns were not necessary. To make things worse, one of my teeth that already had a crown was actually made worse after visiting Bty Dental, and when I went back, they gave an unreasonable and unconvincing explanation. I’m very glad I stopped going there and would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: So, first, my bona fides: I have had significant work done here. I have spent many, many hours "in the chair" here. I've had a pretty large amount of dental work in my life as well, and so I believe what I say is meaningful and has a developed perspective. Some of my immediate family worked in dentistry and I've had many hands in my mouth throughout my life (that's a wild sentence...). So I hope anyone reading this takes me seriously. I doubt I could recommend a dentist more highly. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dentistry, and I hope that will strengthen my recommendation of this office. Like, I recommend these folks so strongly while having real fears and neuroses surrounding dental work... There are a couple more things I want to highlight about this office: 01. Doctor has never lied to me. When something is going to be painful, or unpleasant, he lets me know. It's never "little pinch, you'll barely feel it." He is very real about the fact that dentistry is sometimes painful or unpleasant... Furthermore, when I tell him something hurts, he listens to me. He has never done any of the "you're anaesthetized, you aren't feeling anything" bs I've experienced before when reporting pain. If I tell him it hurts, or if I say I want more numbing, he listens. 02. Doctor is a bit of a perfectionist. Not always the most convenient trait, but if there is anyone you'd like to be a perfectionist, it's your dentist. 03. I have always felt so well cared-for here. It feels like the staff actually cares about my progress and me, the human person... Despite what I said earlier (that dentistry is often unpleasant to experience) I pretty much always walk into this place happy to see these folks, because they have taken such good care of me. If you're reading Google reviews looking for a quality dentist... You could do so much worse than bty Bonney Lake. I want to be clear that I left this review of my own volition. No one in the office asked me to write a review, none of their business or appointment cards ask you to do so. I'm leaving this review because bty Bonney Lake has helped me in the best of ways and I want other people to know that there's a great dentist and team right here. Fantastic people. Fantastic work.

My dentists was Anahi and she was very kind and easy to talk to which made me less anxious as well as gabby who was also very sweet and helpful with the instructions and setting another appointment .

Experiencia negativa: Everyone be careful Editing my review after one year what I received yesterday I called today to them If I could give zero stars, I would. I was charged almost $4,000 out of pocket, plus $2,000 from my insurance, for a root canal one of my teeth . One year later, the office suddenly contacted me saying I owe another $250 because their calculation was wrong. This is completely unacceptable. It is not my responsibility to pay for the clinic’s mistakes after such a long time. I trusted their estimate and paid everything they requested. Changing the bill a year later shows very poor management and absolutely no respect for patients. I do not recommend this office at all.

At btyDENTAL, I don’t need to bring a book, I was in and out for a cleaning and exam in 25 min! They are thorough while I remain comfortable throughout. No more gripping the chair arms waiting to stifle a yelp. I’ve recommended them to friends and family.

I felt the dentist was pretty cold and just came back and yanked the tooth out, and walked away knowing I was in severe pain, the hygienist was amazing though, sweet and supportive. If I could say anything, I think maybe the dentist could be a little more compassionate to patients.
