Dassel Dental

Experiencia negativa: I work over the road so it expensive to go back and forth. The refused me when I walked in to get the partial denture after all my other appointments and they refused to give me my teeth because “they need a doctor” to tell them they fit in my mouth

Experiencia fantástica: There is a reason Dassel Dental has such high reviews… their crew of hygienists, technicians, and front office staff under direction of Dr. Toews is absolutely amazing. I had a crown done several years ago from a dentist in Hutchinson, shall remain unnamed, and it never felt right. Several trips to “try” and fix it never worked. One visit with Dassel Dental and Dr. Toews had it 100% better in a matter of a few minutes. Sooo happy! I just got a new crown from Dassel Dental and I could have fallen asleep in the chair. After getting the temporary crown in place, I have to say that it felt so much better than the permanent one I received at that “other” place. Need to be numbed? Well, they have a procedure that you don’t feel anything at all while they are injecting the medicine. Hands down, Dassel Dental is MY dental office hence fourth. Thanks to everyone at Dassel Dental for all the great experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: First of all I have a HUGE phobia of dentists. I was having tooth pain so I had to get seen. Let me tell you everyone at Dassel Dental made this the most amazing visit. They came up with a plan for my teeth and all of this has been completely painless. 4 days ago I had 6 teeth pulled and everything went amazing. I cannot recommend that this place enough AND its right in our backyard. They have earned a lifetime patient!!! Thank You Dassel Dental for all your care and your patience with me!

Experiencia fantástica: I needed to be sedated for a dental procedure. Dr. Toews and his crew did an amazing job. This appointment was painless and I had a very smooth recovery. I highly recommend Dassel Dental.

I was able to get a crown completed and 2 filings in only one sitting! I will definitely be calling Dassel Dental my home for my dental needs. Dr. Toews is super honest, a perfectionist and very trustworthy, and the ladies are so sweet and a great team!

The staff are professional, friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Toews did an excellent job on my implant and even checked in on me the following day to see how I was doing.

Experiencia fantástica: Dassel dental has been the only place I trust with mine and my family’s smile. Their entire team works seamlessly from their smiles at the front desk to their professional techs and hygienists and knowledgeable Doctors. I always feel they have my best interest in mind, and go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and have a positive experience. Thank you for making 2:30 or “tooth hurty” as painless as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never had a bad experience here. I honestly have a great conversation with who ever I’m working with and they don’t make me feel bad about my teeth even if they have concerns. They want what is in your best interest and so you can walk out feeling healthy and clean. I am honestly so sad I’m moving and having to find a new dental office but I 100% recommend Dassel Dental to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband had a crown put on and was so impressed with the whole experience. He would definitely recommend Dassel Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent staff, super friendly. Allyssa the hygienist was amazing with my 3 young kids. The kids actually enjoyed going to the dentist! And Dr, Charlie Toews was so kind, patient, and thoroughly knowledgeable I felt SO COMFORTABLE with him. I had Dr. Toews do some work on myself too, and he’s honest, trustworthy, and truly knows what he is doing and is a perfectionist, all the qualities I would want in a Dentist. Definitely would recommend with 6 stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience atDassel Dental was great from the minute I walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My examination was extremely thorough and educational! I now understand why electric toothbrushes are the way to go! I highly recommend Dassel Dental to anyone needing a cleaning and a dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Very good.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit today was for my regular six month check up. I thought I was very well taken care of. My dental hygienist explained everything she was going to be doing. Very personable and makes you feel comfortable. I like being able to see my x-rays on the computer to see how my teeth are doing and anything that doesn't look right. Great job.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, they take the time to educate me!

Experiencia fantástica: Always very professional and thorough. Dassel is fortunate to have a first rate dental practice of such quality.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, patient, and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: My teenage granddaughter, because of serious health issues, had to have her teeth removed and get dentures. Her dentist went out of town the day after putting them in her mouth. The fit was horrendous and impossible for her to use them. Dassel Dental saw her and fixed the issue the day after I called them. Thank you so much!! We highly recommend them!!

Experiencia fantástica: Always smiling and friendly like you are the only patient

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent with my 3 young children. Quick and efficient. Able to get us scheduled in a timely manner

Experiencia negativa: I called for one reason and one reason only, they said ok! 100$ later and there is nothing we can do! When all they were told to do was to look at my sons face and prescribe an antibiotic! Couldn't even do that after y'all was told that's what he needed, and the only thing I wanted! Your lucky the clinic gave him antibiotics for the golf ball size lump on his face! Then knowing that I can't afford a major operation you refer me to someone that wants 1200$ to pull a tooth whom want the 1200 up front! Commons sense isn't taught it's learned! I may not have a medical degree but dang! Any person who knows an infection would have prescribed antibiotics you didn't need a PHD to know there was an infection his face was so swelled it actually is causing him to sound and speak funny cause his jaw doesn't move much his mouth is always open! The only thing they did do right was see him! Which is the only reason I am even writing the review! I would be careful of how you treat parents with kids whom are in this much pain! If something happens to my kid because a doctor fails to provide services, you become part of the problem and must be taken care of! I will not tolerate being discriminated against cause I don't have good health or dental coverage or cause I'm white! Both of which I feel is part of the problem these days

Experiencia fantástica: Always very friendly staff ! They just make you feel like part of a family there and give the best care for your teeth possible.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for ever, can't imagine going anywhere else. Friendly staff and a wonderful team of dentist. They have always worked so hard to get my family in when we've need them.

Experiencia fantástica: Quality work from a very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: No one likes going to the dentist. Unless you go to Dassel Dental, then you’ll wish you needed wisdom teeth pulled every week. That’s how good the staff is.

Experiencia fantástica: Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a good experience while going to the dentist office and everyone makes me feel welcome and is very professional.

Experiencia positiva: I thought the gum measurement numbers had improved for 6 months ago or was it my wishful thinking. Can this be verified. The cost seemed higher more than I remembered from before.

Experiencia fantástica: LINDSAY WAS SO GENTLE, PROFESSIONAL, COULD DO SMALL TALK WITH ME. I WAS IMPRESSED when she called me to in order to check on how I was feeling about my teeth cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is always friendly and caring. I would recommend this place to everyone

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind staff. I have major anxiety at the dentist and they were all very comforting and nice. The dental hygienists was amazing and told me the process of what she was doing and how to do basic care for my teeth with out judgment. Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the BEST in customer satisfaction. Very welcoming and caring. This is the place to go if you are nervous about going to the dentist. They will do it all to make you feel comfortable and confident that you are in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Staff, friendly, kind and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very nice new patient experience at this office and am excited to return. As a dental hygienist myself I expect good quality care and was not disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very friendly, and they cater to my fear.

Experiencia negativa: I would avoid Dassel Dental unless you enjoy being degraded and bullied. Not only do they demand payment (prior to ever receiving a bill - and when asked why payment was demanded prior to receiving a bill, their response "well it sent out yesterday" as if I should have it already) Not only did they demand payment commenting that their was "a note in my file" (yet I've never missed a bill PAID IN FULL EVERYTIME) When asked if I could wait until I saw the bill their response was "no payment is required before you can leave". If demanding payment prior to receiving a bill wasn't degrading enough - they did this in full view of other customers and with a very rude attitude, ignoring HIPPA and any privacy. Not only would I not recommend them to anyone - I will be filing a caim with the BBB as to their billing practices.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! Very friendly staff and they inform you on all of your options and which ones may suite your situation best.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly dislike going to the dentist, but going to a place that's local like Dassel Dental makes it much easier! Especially knowing the people that work there :)

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Dassel Dental. Thank you, Sue, for making my time “in the dental chair” comfortable and stress-free!!

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Dassel Dental, very professional and the staff are top notch they are always friendly, they educate you about your teeth, gums and all things mouth. I leave there each time with a bright smile.

Experiencia fantástica: I rate my last appointment at Dassel Dental a five-star visit. The dentist and hygienist were professional yet welcoming. I would recommend Dassel Dental to anyone.
