Experiencia fantástica: I am a super anxious person when it comes to visiting the dentist. I had put off care for so long and this was an appointment that felt so huge to me, to the point where I brought a blanket and stuffed animal from home. And I cried... a lot! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt heard, seen, and genuinely cared for. Sandra, Dr. Lisa, and Tara (I hope I spelled your names right!) were incredibly kind and compassionate. There was absolutely no shame or judgment, just support and reassurance every step of the way. I drove over an hour one way to come here, and after this experience, I’d gladly drive over two. Thank you for helping make something so scary feel safe!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Dr. Helgeson for years and I couldn’t be treated better anywhere else. His expertise, friendliness, and honesty creates a trust between him and his patients that is so wonderful to have. There really is something special about Denmark Dental. Experiencia fantástica: I love this dental office. Everyone is kind, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Edstrom took plenty of time to evaluate me, explained everything clearly, and shared her observations right away. I recently switched dentists and the difference here is night and day—with truly state-of-the-art equipment. Laura was amazing & did an excellent cleaning. I also enjoyed talking to her! She walked me through each step. Sandra, Dr. Edstrom’s assistant, was just as impressive and fun to interact with. So thoughtful & thorough. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Edstrom!!! It felt like a fun visit! I am usually a little stressed to go to the dentist. Thank you all for creating such a welcoming environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I appreciate the flexibility and attention to details each time I see the dental team. My siblings and their children also go to Denmark Dental for their oral care.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to Denmark Dental is great. I've been a patient since Dr. Casper opened his first office on Yankee Doodle Road, stayed when the pracice moved to Denmark Avenue, now visiting the NEW location Dr. Helgeson has chosen on Central Parkway! Ever since we chose Denmark Dental, I've shared that first Dr. Casper, and NOW Dr. Helgeson, Dr. Edstrom and Dr. Humbert treat every patient they have as though they were family! When work is needed, the options are discussed between the patient and the dentist; there is NO pressure to select a certain protocol; I trust their honesty and experience when it comes to a dental need! All the staff from front office to hygienists, to dental assistants are friendly and make all their patience feel comfortable, it is a good feeling to see friends again when checkups are needed. Great office for children through adults, it always feels like a super comfortable place to be for dental work... strange as that may sound!! The staff at Denmark Dental quickly makes everyone who walks through the door feel like friends. I would absolutely recommend Denmark Dental to any of my family or friends (and I have done that!)

Experiencia fantástica: Every time I have an appointment, I am so well welcomed. Everyone on the staff are so friendly, thoughtful and actually want to help. Sometimes I have to bring my kids with me and they love it, there is a kids play area and a cute puppy they let my kids to pet. I love the support and how I feel I can bring my kids anytime.

Experiencia fantástica: Danielle is an excellent hygienist. Dr Edstrom is also an excellent dentist. They both take the time to answer questions thoughtfully, and validate any concerns that I have. I have had some difficult experiences with dentists in the past but this group is top notch. I will not go anywhere else and drive much further than usual to see them. Having a trustworthy, skilled, and thoughtful dentist is priceless.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff there is awesome! Every dental assistant that i have had there knows what they are doing- and thoroughly but gently cleans your teeth, so you don't look like you were in a fight after spitting out blood lol. Dr. Helgeson is so knowledgeable and thorough. Spends a good amount of time with you after the cleaning to address any questions or concerns. Beautiful new building and office, love the pup there keeping people company.

Experiencia fantástica: This practice is a great place to get dental care! The staff and professionals are excellent people and I have had no problems in the last ten years I've gone The office dog is so friendly, the atmosphere is calming and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very pleasant. They explain things and ensure I understand. Best dental experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dentist. The location is convenient and very nice inside. Couldn’t have had a nicer group of people from start to finish. Probably the last dentist I will ever go to…..top notch!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Denmark Dental! I’ve been a patient at Denmark Dental for a few years now, and whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, I’ve never been disappointed. Dr. Helgeson is incredibly knowledgeable and always addresses my dental concerns with professionalism and care. The entire staff at Denmark Dental is warm, friendly, and truly helpful. A special thank you to Jenny for her welcoming personality and the extra care during my “special visits,” and to Maria for her gentle and calming approach during my regular appointments. Denmark Dental has officially become our family dental provider—my wife and older daughter are now patients too. I’m confident it will remain our go-to dental clinic for years to come!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Denmark Dental! They are thorough, the whole staff is super nice, I never have any issues/complaints, and best of all they have Maggie (a dental therapy dog)! I always recommend Denmark when I can, and Dr. Edstrom is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Helgeson and his assistant, Jenny, are truly EXTRAORDINARY!! They are an incredible team! Dr. Helgeson is so kind and compassionate. His ability to really listen and come up with the perfect plan to care for his patients is truly an amazing gift! Under his care, I felt confident and beyond blessed, that my dental work was being done with the most up to date in dental knowledge and practice, skilled and precise hands. He always made sure throughout my appointments, that I was never uncomfortable or feeling pain- which was such a gift! His dental work has truly changed my life! Because of his care and skill, I absolutely LOVE my smile! One of my first appointments at Denmark Dental, I filled out some paperwork and one of the questions asked if I liked my smile or what I would change about my smile and I wrote my totally honest answer. I hated it. I was embarrassed by my teeth. He so compassionately asked me at that appointment. without making me feel even more embarrassed, what I would change. He then SO masterfully worked his dental skill magic! I absolutely LOVE my smile now- from the inside out! I am so beyond thankful for his care! Jenny, his assistant was AMAZING! Her gentle, bubbly spirit makes you instantly feel like you’ve known her forever and she’ll make sure you’re well cared for! Being greeted by her bright smile at every appointment was such a wonderful way to start each appointment! She always made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointments and knowing I was a little nervous with some of the dental work in my first appointments she would reassure me with a gentle pressure to my shoulder/arm that all was well! What a gift! As a team Dr. Helgeson and Jenny are a well oiled machine! Jenny had this ability to anticipate the needs of Dr. Helgeson and my appointments would fly by with such efficiency! I was truly amazed! Thank you to the whole Denmark Dental crew for all that you do! Your work is life changing and I couldn’t be more thankful! Dr. Helgeson is a true master of his craft! He is literally one of the BEST if not the actual BEST dentist in our nation! What a gift to have him here in Eagan, MN!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Helgeson and the entire team that I interacted with at Denmark Dental were top notch! Everyone was friendly and professional. The office is very well set up and clean, by far the nicest I've ever been in. Dr. Helgeson has a great balance of being thorough, efficient, and friendly all at once.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and kind staff who made a point of talking with me and listening to any concerns I had. From the front desk staff to my hygienist, Amy, to Dr. Edstrom to my check out at the end, I felt I was in good hands. Super well done by everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I've had two appointments so far and have been very impressed. When I walked in for only my second appointment I was already greeted by name which I really like! It makes me feel like I am a valued patient. The two hygienists that I've seen were super friendly and thorough in explaining everything that was being done. Dr. Helgeson was also friendly and reassuring. At my first appointment it was determined that I needed to have my first crown, but both the doctor and hygienist made sure that I was comfortable knowing why and how it would happen. My first of two crown appointments went as well as I could have hoped. I explained that I was nervous but I felt very cared for during the appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an extraordinary dental practice! They do well with us adults, as well as our kids. Exceptional care in every facet, I always recommend Denmark Dental to anyone looking for a dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Took my daughter for the first time. All staff were so friendly and provided excellent care! Their therapy dog, Maggie, was so sweet and made the experience even better!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to cancel an appointment, and they called soon after to get me in. The hygienist was very helpful in explaining how to handle some problem areas, and also did a very thorough cleaning. I have used Denmark Dental for years, and have been very happy with the service.

Experiencia fantástica: Great office! Allie and Dr. Helgeson were awesome again today for my ReCall and re-evaluate all my concerns. They work so well with the front office to take care of all my needs. (And Jen is the saint that makes my return visits go well!) Always such a positive experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so kind and caring. Denmark Dental was recommended to me when I moved to Eagan. I’m so happy I did!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Denmark Dental always makes you feel comfortable and safe. Dr. HELGESTAD is a very professional skilled dentist. I have been a customer for many years and always have a great experience. Thank you so much , and my hats off to you all .

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Denmark Dental . I have had different things done besides cleaning and I’m very satisfied . Every staff member is friendly and professional !

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so kind, and great with kids! My son had his first dentist appointment here and both the dentist and hygienist were so great. Transparent about everything, and they explained everything in kids’ terms to my son. We will be going bac!

Experiencia fantástica: Have to say that my visit yesterday went well beyond expectations. It was for a second opinion, but it is going to change to regular visits. I must add that everyone should meet Jenny. She is such a positive force.

Experiencia fantástica: Even though I moved to the other end of the metro I still make the drive to get my dental work done at Denmark. Upon enrolling as a patient there, I had a pretty long journey back to optimal oral health as it had been a long time since visiting a dentist and I had trepidations about going in with all the problems I had. Dr. Edstrom's treatment and care has been the best I've ever experienced. I don't intend to ever change as long as I'm in the area. A++ and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend Denmark Dental! Hygienist Amy is so personable while giving good hints and pointers to better care for my teeth. Dr. Edstrom is professional and so friendly as well. Office is warm & thoughtful in its decor with high-end technology. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Denmark Dental has been my dental health care provider for 30 years. Over this time, I have received excellent, professional and supportive care which continues to this date. I am confident in the services received from Dr. Edstrom and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dental OfficeI have encountered in 78 years. Exceptionally positive atmosphere offering great patient care and thorough dental procedures.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great! The front desk was welcoming, they have coffee available while you wait. Of course their therapy dog is walking around saying hi to everyone which is a day maker. The actual dental visit was lovely, everything was explained clearly. And the cleaning was awesome! A great energy from start to finish.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brandon Helgeson and his team have provided excellent care for me and my family. Providing a very clean and relaxing environment. Showing genuine interest and respect for every patient. They are great at answering any questions. Maggie the therapy dog is really cool too!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been under the care of Dr. Brandon Helgeson and his team for several years now and I feel like I am in good hands. Their professionalism, speed, and efficiency in handling even the most challenging cases are truly remarkable. I am very grateful for the outstanding dental care I receive. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic experience! Everyone treated me with kindness. Very comfortable environment with all “up to date” equipment. Maria, dental hygienist, was awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: Very good experience. I had neglected dental care for a long time until I got new insurance and the hygienist (Marie) who did the cleaning was very professional, explaining things as they went along and keeping the discomfort to a minimum. Dr. Helgeson did a nice job explaining a plan for future care. Front office staff also very friendly. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: I definitely recommend Denmark Dental! I have not been to the dentist for a long time and was nervous about how it would go. Allie was great and made me feel at ease. She did an amazing job, was super knowledgeable, and my teeth were noticably whiter.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been patients with Dr. Helgesen at Denmark Dental for nearly 10 years. Dr. Helgesen and his staff are truly patient-centered and do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and at ease during your cleanings or procedures. I recently referred my Mother after a very negative ( and painful) experience elsewhere and she was genuinely amazed that the same procedure at Denmark Dental was virtually painless. Highly recommend Denmark Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Myself and my Husband both recently went to Denmark Dental and had exceptional experiences. The visit felt very fast and easy. The care we received was gentle, caring, and from a such a friendly, cheerful staff. We feel confident that we have found our dental home.

Experiencia fantástica: I just have to say that I've been to many different dental offices in my lifetime to include other states. This is probably the best and most gentle care I've ever been given. Thank you guys so much for not just being friendly and caring, but most importantly for being gentle!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Denmark dental is so supportive and compassionate. Dr. Helgeson takes the time to review xrays and potential procedures thoroughly so I can make the best decisions for my dental care. From the minute you walk in the door, you know you are going to receive the absolute best care!

Experiencia fantástica: Both my hygienist and dentist were very professional, helpful, and friendly! Clear communication on what they were seeing with my teeth! A+ service

Experiencia fantástica: I experienced exemplary service from the minute I called to make an appointment to my first dental exam. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. And my favorite part of the entire visit was Maggie, the therapy doggie! :) Thank you, Denmark Dental, for making me feel welcome and comfortable during my visit! I look forward to my next visit!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I just started going to Denmark Dental. We found both Dentist to be unique in that they took the time to do it right and not rush like other dental practices. The same goes with dental cleanings. The staff seems to care unlike other places we went to expressed that they were always short of time. Thank you Denmark Dental for your caring concern for your customers.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new patient at this wonderful place. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to the dentist. From the moment I scheduled my first appointment and walked in the door, I was immediately greeted with outstanding customer service and smiles! Everyone was so incredibly kind and caring, including Dr. Lisa Edstrom! She made me a care plan for the next year with such great care and concern for my needs in order to get my teeth back to a healthier state. I felt very taken care of by all of the ladies I encountered at my appointment, including their therapy dog Maggie; how cool is that? They stand apart from the rest. They’re definitely one of if not the best dental office around the Twin Cities.

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a new Dentist in Eagan I live across the street from Denmark Dental so I decided to go there for a check up and cleaning. I was very impressed at my first appointment and highly recommend Denmark Dental .

Experiencia fantástica: So kind, courteous… I have very special needs because my teeth are so sensitive and I’m allergic to an ingredient in many products. They have always, always taken that into account and they remember me each time I go there. It’s not like I’m a stranger coming back in the door. They make me feel seen, known and comfortable - very dear people!! Dr. Helgeson is an extraordinarily good dentist. He is compassionate and caring and does a fantastic job. I’m very grateful for this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Doc Helgeson for a little over a decade now. The first time I met him, I was wearing a Halo because of a severe broken neck. Wouldn't you know, that 1 day after 3 weeks in the hospital, as my neck was healing, I needed a root canal! He worked around my Halo. He made me laugh and he fixed my tooth! After all these years, I not only consider him my Dentist, but my Friend! I also truly enjoy my visits with my regular hygienist Danielle. She always makes me comfortable and encourages me and gives me positive things about how I'm taking care of my teeth. And it is really special how she always asks me about my Mom! She is so genuine and I truly feel she cares. I'm not great with names but I should also mention what a wonderful clerical staff they have also! I always feel welcomed by name when I arrive with smiles. And helpful with bill paying and all the Icky stuff.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so very happy to have found this Dental Office. I felt right at home. I love when they call you in they have a BIG smile meeting you. AWESOME attitudes all the way around. Maggie is my favorite.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to get a crown due to tooth pain, but first, they did a thorough and honest evaluation, which saved me from needing to do the crown. Explained all of my options, including cost to consider. I appreciated their integrity as they didn’t just proceed for their own financial gain. They are extremely friendly, timely, and professional. In addition, they do such a great job that my young children love to go to the dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Denmark Dental is where it’s at. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dental hygienist to Dr. Edstrom to the person that takes your payment, if need be are all very pleasant. These people provide excellent care in a caring way. Thanks Denmark Dental!!!

Experiencia fantástica: From the time you enter till the time you go your experience is top notch. Very friendly environment, knowledgeable staff, great dental assistants who explain procedures and answer all of your questions. My dentist was Dr. Edstrom, she is very easy to talk to, attentive, knowledgeable and is very compassionate. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. Great job Denmark Dental!!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this dental office. I had a lot of congenital issues with my mouth that they were able to fix. Before Denmark Dental, I was having trouble finding a dentist that I could trust because other dentists have made mistakes that have costed me significantly. I have been seeing Dr. Edstrom for a few years now and she has always made me feel comfortable and safe. She did my implant surgery which was very successful and now we are working on Invisalign and whitening. All of the staff here are super friendly and nice.

Experiencia positiva: I recently had a mixed experience at Denmark Dental clinic, and while Dr. Edstorm herself is a nice dentist who ensures her patients are well taken care of, there was a particular incident that left me somewhat disappointed. During my visit for teeth impressions, I encountered a problem with the assistant who performed the procedure. It seemed that she may not have used the correct technique because I ended up with a few cuts on the lower part of my gums. As a result, I experienced discomfort for several days, making it difficult to eat or drink anything hot. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I didn't intend to make a big issue out of it. However, what bothered me was the response I received when I asked the assistant about any potential cuts during the process. I was spitting blood, and concerned about the situation, I sought clarification. To my surprise, the assistant blatantly denied the presence of any cuts, stating that my gums were merely irritated. It was evident to me, as I continued to spit blood repeatedly, that there were indeed cuts in my mouth. I found it disheartening that the assistant chose to lie instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering an apology. A simple apology would have sufficed, and I would have appreciated the honesty. On a more positive note, I want to highlight Danielle, the dental hygienist who regularly performs my cleanings. She is a sweetheart and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that the process is comfortable for me. I have always received exceptional care and attention from Danielle, and I highly appreciate her dedication to providing the best service. In conclusion, while Dr. Edstorm is a pleasant dentist who prioritizes patient well-being, my recent experience with the assistant and the inaccurate information provided regarding my cuts was disappointing. Nevertheless, Danielle's consistent professionalism and attentiveness have made my regular cleanings a positive and comfortable experience.

Experiencia fantástica: At Denmark Dental, all of the staff is very friendly & helpful. The hygienist patiently took time to answer my questions by showing examples in my mouth. Dr. Helge son develops a relationship with patients. Furthermore, they use state of the art equipment to make their patients most comfortable & to deliver detailed information & diagnoses.

Experiencia fantástica: Best. Dental. Office. Ever. You won't find one with better people. Everyone there is like family. I always look forward to visiting them! It's like a social event and I enjoy getting caught up with everyone. I just happen to have dental work done while I'm there. They are super-friendly, professional and do outstanding work. They bend over backwards to make sure you're comfortable and will never try to pressure you into doing anything you don't want to do or getting high priced procedures you don't need. I previously referred my wife (then girlfriend) to them and they welcomed her with open arms. It was like I was bringing a fianceé home to meet the family. They treated her like one of their own and she instantly felt at-home. She had been skeptical (before she went in) that they could be so nice, but after she got home, she said those three words I always love to hear...."You were right!" :) They will always have my business and you should give them a try too! You won't be sorry. Update 6/9/2023: I’ve been seeing the folks at Denmark Dental for MANY YEARS. My previous amazing hygienist, Laurinda who I’d been seeing for at least 20 years, retired. I loved seeing her and catching up on our families while she did great work! Since then, I’ve started seeing Amanda. She is also an absolute joy and really knows her stuff. She’s also very thorough and knowledgeable while being kind, caring, extremely personable. Dr. Helgeson is great, too! He’s super sharp and really knows his stuff. He has a very down-to-earth personality and will put you at ease. I would seriously have to move a long ways away before I’ll see anyone else…. I mean like a couple states away. They’re that good. :) Dave

Experiencia fantástica: Denmark Dental has been and is the best I have experienced. They are very caring and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Denmark Dental for over 35 years. I drive here from Northfield and in my opinion, they are worth the drive! They treat you like family and always do a great job!

Experiencia fantástica: Amanda is by far the best and gentlest hygienist I have ever seen. She is always very pleasant and personable and does a great job!! Thank you Amanda!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had several Dentists over the years that made me feel terrible because I don't have the best teeth and maybe didn't take care of them as good as I should have. I actually left another Dentist to follow Dr. Edstrom because of how professional she is. The staff and Dr. Edstrom totally 100% get that going to the Dentist isn't my thing and that I am super uncomfortable when going. Tooth pain turns me into a hot mess and sometimes I get so worked up I am sweating and my hands get clammy. They get it and make me feel the most comfortable they can and the best thing is I don't feel threatened at all or embarrassed for having bad teeth which in turn I now have the best smile, teeth and bite I have had in my entire life. I used to have a wicked open bite which is now fixed. My front teeth look amazing and I love my smile more than ever. Overall while it's not my favorite thing to do the world they make it bearable and overall my quality of life has improved a million times. I would highly recommend going here and wouldn't go anywhere else. I especially recommend going here if your terrified of the Dentist. I have been to a ton around the Metro over the years and I plan on going here as long as I possibly can.
