They went above and beyond. My only constructive criticism is that they should introduce themselves by name so that we can do a more complete job of writing these recommendations. I expect this to be the least painful process already. Thanks for a great job!

However if I had to rename it I'd call it a dental spa . Very relaxing surroundings . Wonderful people .

Experiencia fantástica: Had severe pain in my mouth that forced me to the ER. Unfortunately they couldn’t do too much and I had to wait over the weekend. The dentist I originally went to was able to identify the problem, but because of the situation I had to be referred to a specialist. Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery were the soonest available place within a 60 mile radius and the selection was of 25 locations. The other 24 locations soonest availability were almost 3 months out! I was able to get an appointment with them though in a week. Before I ever even stepped into that place that had everything already done. Too many times I have gone to a dentist and they referred me somewhere else and I have to be the one to call and get them to call the other place to get my scans or information. None of that. They even scheduled it for me and asked if I was ok with the time and day. No waiting the day of my surgery to come in and sit down while I’m in severe pain and fill out paperwork for 30 minutes. My appointment was a specific time and the staff wasn’t no time. Not a whole much of waiting. I pay and I’m getting checked in my by the staff and the doctor as they quickly go over my information while telling me what will happen and what comes after the surgery. Again, too many times I’ve been at the doctor or dentist and they will tell you some information and tell you the doctor will see you shortly just for it to become a dragged out process, where a scheduled 10am is more like 11am before they ever put you on the table. The staff was professional, made sure you felt comfortable, and was concerned about my well being, constantly asking for my well being throughout the procedure. Afterwards, they told me about my medications, what steps to do for the immediate procedure, and also took time to fill out my leave from work. Great stuff all around, would highly recommend!

They were so sweet and attentive to every need and question I had. They did great at explaining what would happen, how I would feel, & the healing process. They answered every question I had about pre & post op and answered so professionally and honestly. I had a bad experience at a different location and thankfully my brother went here & had a great experience. Out of all the locations, this one is the best! The staff is so sweet and helpful, from the front office to everyone in the back office. I will continue to go here for any future surgical needs. I cannot recommend or express the gratitude I have for them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Etezadi was recommended by my dentist for a very complex tooth extraction. I was seen right away. The staff and Dr. Etezadi are kind and take their time to explain exactly what is going on. I had to be sedated for the tooth extraction and the staff made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. I was given clear instructions for after care and had no complications afterwards. I was very pleased with the care that I received when I was in so much pain!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Usually not a negative person but I am not pleased with the way in which my bill for services is being handled . To start I waited for several weeks to receive a call back telling me what the cost will be for a biopsy on my tongue . Had to call several times to get any help . I was told my insurance was approved and only needed to pay a co-payment for the procedure. Saw Dr Ebtizadi and he and nurses were total professionals ! He took care of my issue no problem . Now almost 6 months later I got a bill for the entire amount . I do not have $1400 . That is why I pay for insurance every month . I would have waited for the procedure if I had been informed properly. I realize mistakes are made and we are only human . However, in this case your staff’s mistake is now my problem . Not even happy a little bit . Trying very hard here to understand where the disconnect is . You are providing a service and you are not the insurance company . I get the dynamic . Just not getting why your lack of follow thru and professional courtesy of a phone call to inform me of the change . I do not feel that is alot to ask ! My wife and I ate seriously disapointed with the entire experience . The plan is to pursue legal ramifications . Do not for a minute find this amusing in any way . Absolutely disgusted is an understatement . I am a Christian man and hate to even complain . But come on . I guess I’m just supposed to eat the $1400 . I feel bad for the Doctors because this looks bad on them . I went to the same High School as Dr E and really like him and his nurses. My issue is with the front of the building . Just wanted to communicate this issue so that it may be avoided in the future . In the mean time I am praying about this . This review is not who I am as a person . I am so glad that I was referred to this doctor. His work was outstanding. The staff are patient and kind. I hope to never see them again, lol, but if I do I know that I'll be in good hands.

My nurse, Megan was very helpful and listened to my concerns, she was also helpful with scheduling and was able to get me in tomorrow morning for surgery! Experiencia negativa: Don’t get me wrong, the doctor here is great. Trying to get anyone to call me back about my account or to schedule my tooth implant however, has been a nightmare. If i could give zero stars I honestly would. I have never had to work this hard in my life to get an appointment scheduled or for someone to review my account so I am able to get my surgery scheduled. Morgan was the only one who helped me and went above and beyond to address my concerns. if no one in the office will call you back like they continuously say they will, please ask for Morgan because she is wonderful!

What I noticed was I was biting so hard on the plastic thing that helped to hold your mouth open that I could feel the the opposite side, but when I eased off there was no pressure and it took NO time.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me start off by saying I have horrible dental anxiety. From my first phone call to schedule the appt with reception all the way to the end of my extractions was nothing but comforting and I was treated like family. Chanda and the Dr were my main people. The Dr is very kind and caring, walks you through everything and doesn’t try to charge you for unnecessary work. He puts what is best for you and your health first and that is huge for me. He’s very down to earth and not snobby like some surgeons. Chanda was right beside him, she was like someone I had known my whole life. I was crying with anxiety and she gave me the biggest hug and let me know I was gonna be just fine. She told me while I was under sedation they would be monitoring all of my vitals and just kept letting me know she had me 100%. That was definitely calming and assuring for someone like me. I wish this office did all dentistry and not just surgical because they make you feel very comfortable and cared for the entire process. After the surgery I was sent home with everything I could have ever needed and more. All of the instructions for care along with emergency phone numbers if needed. It had a few comfort things in there like a chapstick, cup and a pen to write down what times you take your meds. I felt like that was really a great touch to top it off. I can’t say enough good things about this office and all of their staff.

From the moment we called to set the appt we were welcomed and given much detail! We were even asked if we needed directions!!! (No one hardly does this now because of gps) The facility is clean, organized and well spaced! EVERYTHING was explained in detail! My daughter is excited to have her procedure done here!! That’s a huge plus! The receptionist, the assistant and Dr all friendly, courteous and efficient! We felt like we have been coming here for years! There was a lady who was in front of us and she was treated the same way! We didn’t have to wait long to be called back even though we arrived early! The assistant and Dr both took time to make sure we are good to go for our daughter’s upcoming procedure. I keep saying we because as a parent it’s imperative that both parent(s) and child(ren) are comfortable! PLEASE CONTINUE to execute this level of professionalism to reflect your business! Oral surgery isn’t cheap and the last thing anyone wants is to spend money where the service isn’t equivalent to the bill! Thank you for showing us great hospitality! Great experience. I posted this review after my consultation appointment. I have now had the procedure and still can't say enough good about Dr. Etezadi and his team. I am sure I wasn't the best patient and still they were all kind, attentive and genuinely concerned for my care and well being.
