Experiencia fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Affordable Dentures & Implants in Paducah. From the minute I walked in, the entire team was friendly, down to earth, and made me feel completely comfortable. What impressed me most was how far they went to work with my insurance and make sure it covered the biggest portion possible. They didn’t just hand me an outrageous estimate and send me out the door. They actually worked to make getting my smile back affordable. Other dental offices need to take a page out of their book. The brutal truth is, dental care has gotten so ridiculously expensive that a lot of people aren’t choosing to live with bad teeth, they simply can’t afford to smile. You’re either turned away, given a price you can’t possibly afford, or expected to go thousands of dollars into debt just to feel comfortable smiling again. It shouldn’t be that way. I lost my teenage son a few years ago, and somewhere along the way I lost my smile too. I’ve gotten so used to covering my mouth when I smile that I don’t even realize I’m doing it anymore. My appointment is scheduled for October, and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m incredibly thankful for this team and what they’re doing for me.

Experiencia negativa: 2 1/2....as they always do, rushed me. They don't want to listen to you and how you truly feel because you're not the older people that they can get over on. They want your money but not into getting your teeth right. I was waiting on them and as I sat there I could clearly hear them talking about me smh. But I paid in full $2218 and because I want my teeth right and they wanted me to go wait somewhere for 12p-1:30or 2pm with a torn acl...I told them that im not doing that. Plus whatever you have to say behind my back be man and woman and say it in my face, especially when you're trying to get $1109 from me. No im good I can spend my money somewhere else that is in Network. It's a shame color and a nasty, unprofessional, and rude, milking older people or people who don't know any better Doctor. He needs to do better, especially with his nasty attitude. Yea you're not the only people that do teeth...but you won't get money from me ever again. For business people, you need customers to be successful with your business and you also need to know how to treat a child of God. So God bless you and you will never get another penny. If you were rude 3years ago and still rude today yea it's not going to get any better but it's a NO FOR ME.

Next looking forward to being able to smile again and feel confident that my smile will be good again!! Thank you all and the most awesome dentist !! She knew exactly what I needed done !!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone from Affordable Dentures- from front desk reception, office manager Ben , and Laura the dentist-was so professional and courteous and went out of their ways to make sure I got my smile back. They patiently took molds of my mouth and didn't complete denture till every detail was perfected. Every time I smile...I will always be thankful to this wonderful team at Affordable Dentures.

Experiencia negativa: Called before my appointment to verify insurance and paperwork. Was told all was good. Next day after a 45 min drive to location, I get told they dont accept my insurance at all. Yet i call and am told they do. Website says they do but then says each practice is different. HONEST Communication when I called and asked three times if everything was good with my ins would have been nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I arrived at 8am. There wasn't much wait time. Maybe 15 minutes. The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly and explained everything. They were very knowledgeable. Explained what they would be doing. I was told to be back at 3:30 to pick up the dentures. When I tried them on they felt so good I did not even feel like I had dentures on. They stayed in place with no glue. I was surprised they fit so perfect. My other dentures I had done somewhere else did not fit like these did. My other ones would have never stayed on without lots of glue. I had many questions and the staff including the manager explained everything throughly. They really took the time to make sure I was happy with the results. I definitely recommend going there.

Experiencia negativa: Lied to was forced to sign insurance forms when cash was paid! Teeth was held hostage till I signed.manager lied said it was a law tell me the law. They are rude more worried about money than the patients all staff were great except manager and office staff

I arrived at 9:05 about 10:30 after watching about 5-10 new folks that came in afterwards get called I ask the receptionist if there was a problem. She ask who I was and right then there was an issue. After I told her a minute or two went by and I was called back. The young lady who took me back and apologized. I had already let it go. I wish I had gotten her name now but she made the appointment turn out to be an informational visit. So all and all a very much appreciated all because of a person who cared.

I’ve had a few different techs, but Raella(I believe that was her name) was very good at her job!! I could tell she has been in the business for a while.

Experiencia negativa: Not at all satisfied with them. My doctor is leaving or has left. They told me nothing about it. I have paid for fills already. They not going to do them anymore. They owe me a refund. And they tell me they can’t refund until it is all finished. If I would know all this I would have found another place to do my dentures. And I still have soft dentures to go which is in September. Would not go there oh and also had a 10 percent off and have not gotten that.

Experiencia negativa: Good morning, my visit on yesterday was very unpleasant. With the exception of two ladies who personal attended. I was made to feel if I didn't belong or even matter. Spoken to rudely by the person that checked me in. I completely filled out the online forms with all information about health, insurance, drivers license, medical etc. Soon, as she opened the window she asked for drivers license/insurance. I informed her that has already been submitted, provided her with it any way.. If there was an issue there was enough time to reach out for any questions. Then after x-ray, mouth exam,questions, denture selection package. And, very brief step in by the dentist who had questions about them not being able to reach my insurance. Was given the 800 number to call , by the dentist while sitting in the chair. He left the room and said give me a holler when you get the information. Made the call to my claim assistant she informed me that information i gave them matched what was on file at Blue Cross Blue Shield. She then asked to speak to someone in front desk,to explain it to her on my phone. I stood in the doorway, there were people everywhere no confidently at all. Then,she told the lady who did my x-ray exam "can you tell her to go sit down back in her chair". Very rude. I asked for my phone back. That finished my visit so I walked out without any service at that visit and will not return there. I read reviews that completely misrepresents the atmosphere and most of the staff they were not friendly with me at all. There was a customer standing there laughing at me. Because she heard the whole thing. As well as the assistant claims agent on the call. She failed to hang up the phone before giving her coworker instructions for me.

Experiencia positiva: I recently received a permanent ( 4 post ) upper denture at Paducah Kentucky's Affordable Denture Clinic. I was very well treated, lots of attention paid to my comfort and making the procedure a success. I'm thankful I only needed the upper as I couldn't have afforded a lower as well as it's a very expensive procedure. Affordable did have the best price shy of traveling a considerable distance and they don't appear to have shaved any corners providing me satisfaction. I'm wearing my permanent denture currently and I think I'm as happy with it as can be short of having my own teeth restored in a healthy fashion. Time travel not being common at this time means I have as good a result as possible. Comfortable and effective at this point in time. Thanks to those involved!

When you’re dealing with pain and adjusting to something new, feeling heard makes a big difference. I hope they work on being more patient-focused and attentive. Experiencia negativa: My experience with this location was miserable!! I left the office extremely upset due to the front desks attitude and unproffessionalism! Madison was extremely rude. I drove all the way from Murray only to be told I did not have a consultation scheduled , basically called me a liar!! I scheduled an appt with the Hopkinsville location and had a wonderful experience with them.

The procedure I was so afraid of was quick, they were very understanding, and they made sure I wasnt in any pain throughout the procedure. Pre-op they listened and fixed my partials. The dentists, dental hygienists, secretaries, and all other staff went above amazing to ensure my visit and experience was as peaceful as possible! I will be returning as soon as this location are able to take my insurance which is Medicaid well care so that I can get the top plate and my last 9 teeth extracted!

Experiencia positiva: I filled out "paperwork" for Affordable Dentures and Implants on the phone. Including medical history, insurance name information, membership number, group number, every question answered. The appointment was set for a few days later. Then verification text sent before appointment. I live an hour away from the office. After driving an hour I'm informed they don't take that insurance. That's fine. But couldn't you have told me that in one of the three communications we had? Then I could saved myself the trip, found another dentist, and not be still waiting to get seen.
