I want to preface this by saying that I am older and had been to many doctors in Sacramento which led me to not trust doctors. However, I found Dr. Freed completely by accident and I am absolutely impressed with his level of care. I have many physical problems and the first thing he did was actually listen to me. He put me on a medication that I probably should have been on years ago. He ran necessary tests (also hadn’t been done in years) and has successfully stabilized my symptoms making daily life better in every way. I highly recommend Dr. Freed to anyone who has been through physical challenges. I took my autistic son to him and my son likes him very much. Dr. Freed took on a challenge and my life is easier now. I am not exaggerating in the least. If you’re in the same boat I was in, you have nothing to lose by seeing him yourself. Good luck to you all.

Experiencia negativa: I had a deep cleaning with the hygienist Debbie, and unfortunately she was unprofessional. She accidentally stabbed my gums, then blamed my moving in reaction as the reason it happened. Afterward, she told me I had pregnancy gingivitis, even though my dentist, whom I had just recently seen, did not diagnose me with that. She was also condescending about how I clean my teeth, which I do. I had hyperemesis gravidarum and was throwing up my entire pregnancy, which inevitably erodes enamel (as well as your stamina!). Anyone who has been through it knows. On top of that, she cut the cleaning short, and I'm still left with tartar buildup on a tooth in the section she worked on today. By contrast, the hygienist I saw here before, Michelle, was great, as was my dentist, Dr. Loredo. Both were empathetic and understanding, had great bedside manner, did their jobs well, and explained things without condescension. People like that are far more helpful and encouraging than people who talk down to you and lack empathy, which is a big reason so many people are afraid of going to the dentist. Nobody wants to be shamed for struggling to take care of themselves, especially not when they're actively taking steps to do so.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Omar is great! I have lots of dental anxiety and he’s done 2 extractions of wisdom teeth. Both times his personality and way of interacting with other staff and us patients make everything less scary. He is also very professional and I can’t believe how fast he has gotten my teeth out with no pain. Finding dentists that take medical isn’t easy, and finding ones that make your experience positive is even harder. Blue stone dental is AMAZING from the moment you walk in the door and meet the office staff to all the other staff working in the back! Thank you all for making my dental repair journey a positive one!

Experiencia negativa: Two trips to this office and I received no dental treatment either time. My first appointment was scheduled verbally and I was simply told “Tuesday,” without being given an actual date. I showed up on the nearest Tuesday and was then told they meant the following week. After I left, they texted me that they had an opening the next day, so I came back. At that appointment I accurately disclosed that I was still taking fluconazole because I was finishing a prescribed course for ringworm. I specifically explained that the ringworm had already cleared, there were no visible lesions anymore, and when I did have it, it was on my leg underneath my clothing. I was nevertheless told they could not treat me “for our safety” and was sent home again. What makes this even more frustrating is that I checked Blue Stone’s publicly available dental policies and patient paperwork afterward. I could not find any stated policy saying that a patient with previously treated/resolved ringworm, or a patient who is simply still finishing antifungal medication, must be denied dental care or wait an additional week. If Blue Stone has an internal policy requiring this, patients should be told what the actual rule is and informed before they make the trip—not sent home after arriving with the vague explanation that it is “for our safety.” Between being given an unclear appointment date the first time and then being turned away the next day after returning for an opening they offered me, I made two unnecessary trips and received no care. The communication and administration have made a terrible first impression.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DENTAL PROBLEMS TO GET WORSE. I genuinely wish we had never come to this dental office. My husband (and myself) received treatment here through Medi-Cal Dental, and we are now paying to fix the problems that followed out of pocket at a different practice. Every tooth this office worked on has had issues. Fillings have fallen out, previous dental work has needed to be redone, and one tooth is now in such bad shape that we’ve been told it needs to be extracted because of excessive drilling that was done, now this tooth cannot "be saved." AND our new dentist found a cavity in the tooth that a crown was put on, meaning the cavity was never addressed and the crown was just slapped right on top of more problems. My husband has been in pain for years, this place did NOTHING to resolve it, only made matters much worse. Every time my husband addressed the concern of a painful tooth, they always wanted to work on another spot (not even on the same side as the pain) that wasn't even related without addressing the main concern. It finally got to the point where we had to purchased separate dental insurance so my husband could go somewhere else and get the proper treatment and care he needs. Instead of simply taking care of his teeth, we are now spending more time and money trying to repair the work that was done at this place. We were also extremely uncomfortable with the level of work being performed by STUDENTS (yes this place is a school) meaning unlicensed dental assistants. We had serious concerns about whether some of the procedures we witnessed were appropriate for students to be performing. This has been an absolute nightmare. Dental care is supposed to fix problems, not leave you with bigger, more expensive ones. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone. If you have another option for dental care, use it. Even if you have Medi-Cal, go somewhere else. Our experience made this office feel focused on getting as many patients and procedures through as possible rather than providing quality dental care, typical medi-cal. We are now paying the price for it by having to fix the work they did elsewhere. And as for me, I haven't had my check up yet at my new dentist, but what I can say is the crown that this place put on for me is a joke, there is a huge gap between the teeth. The dentist supposedly "sent back" this crown because he didn't like the way it fit, but then when I went back for the "resized crown" to be put on there was still a gap, and I'm wondering if this crown ever got fixed. Now this tooth is having issues.

Experiencia negativa: GRIEVANCE!!! I have filed 2 grievance’s with this practice. 1st - I went in to the office for my son. Who had a problem with his leg. He couldn’t walk, couldn’t stand on it, he had a fever. We went for his leg! The doctor came in and went to check my sons status to see what was the matter. My son was crying as kids his age do. The doctor look annoyed at my son for crying and was having trouble getting hit temperature and looking in his ears. The doctor struggled to get a slight look in his ears. With a disgruntled tone towards my son he says he has an ear infection. there was nothing wrong with his ear, it was his leg that was the problem. The doctor told us he was going to prescribe meds for an ear infection.... We knew there was nothing wrong with his ear. We decided that all the doctors in the area were not good doctors so we rushed him to Stanford. As soon as we walked into the er the doctor there heard our story went up to my son ran the back of his hand across my sons leg and said " right there, there is a hot spot, he has a bone infection "... and they rushed him to surgery. If i had listened to the doctor at Sallant/Blue Stone and gave him medicine for an ear ache my Son Probably Wouldn’t Have A Leg.................. Trust your gut Trust yourself. Just because he has a white coat doesn’t mean he knows everything They call it a practice because they are practicing... on you 2nd - I just went in today to get a med for a tick bite. The doctor looked at the bite and said yes it had bad characteristics of lime. He prescribes me antibiotics. Then i tell him i have done a bit of research myself and that ticks cary parasites and i would like a parasite med as well. He said that ticks do not carry parasites. I corrected him and told him to do more research before you tell your patients stuff because they do carry parasites look it up. He gave me a dirty look and looked at his computer and typed some stuff in took a sec to read it and looks at me and says. "Well... It looks like they do carry parasites but your more likely to get them from mosquitoes and other bugs". I said "well im in the woods all day for work i get tones of mosquito bites and i have all the characteristics of a parasitical infection." He said "What are your symptoms". I say " i did my research and i have all the characteristics of someone who has a parasitical infection , fatigue , joint pain, a rash, and brain fog." He said "Well... Im not going to give you meds for parasites". He didnt offer to test me for them or give me a reson why he wouldn’t give me meds. Just that he would not give me medicine. Ryan Wagner is the docs name. He thinks he knows it all but ask him to come into that room without his computer and i bet hes not much of a doctor. Doctors are not the Gate Keepers to our health this should not be permitted to continue. I hear from many people in the community that they do stuff like this all the time. If you guys want to be doctors than be doctors not a parrot for the internet, and your supposed to give care, so when a kid comes in crying than care for him!!! Dont get annoyed and risk his life because you dont want to do your job right!!! You Get Paid the big bucks to do a job that deals with life or death so please do a good job. For the safety of our children Please Do A Good Job!!!

Experiencia negativa: All employees and dentists are nice. My issue is their website hours do not match their true hours. Their emergency answering service believes the hours on the website are correct as well. I had a procedure on Friday, that had complications. Site and Answering service said they are open on Sunday. Due to that misinformation, I was in pain for 24 needless hours, I could have gone to ER. Then, I see them on Monday. Have a prescription. Before leaving, at 11am. I was LIED to, and told the prescription was sent in. 2 hours later, the pharmacy doesn't have the prescription. I call Blue Stone, told they are out to lunch and make pharmacy calls after lunch. 5 hours later, call again. And emergency answering service still believes they are open the hours of the website. Call the medical side. Got a live person, all dental have gone home today without sending in my prescription. My pain level from dry socket is so extreme and no one at their office followed through. I talked with the supervisor of the pharmacy, she checked every place, this is not the pharmacy at fault. It is the dental department dropping the ball after multiple calls. With urgency of situation well known. So disappointed, when I desperately needed help, they were no where to be found.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and service I received yesterday…from the front staff to the nurses and particularly my new Dr. Making an appointment was easy and they’ve answered the phone quickly each time I’ve called. I’m not going to lie I was more than a little apprehensive about having another younger male Dr. (Being a woman that is considered medically complex) I know all to well how so many women are gaslit in the medical community. However, Dr. Arviu was attentive, listened without rushing me and treated me as someone who knew my body and what I was talking about. He seems eager to help bring together all my records and specialists to get a better picture of what’s going on with me and try to help get me get the care I need to get a better quality of life.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Hasse is my primary care provider. She, a long with the exceptional staff go the extra mile to give the patient's the time and care required. I've never felt herded in and out like most medical practices these days. (Due to insurance companies) I'm grateful to be a patient at Weimar. Thank you for taking time to pray after each visit.

Experiencia fantástica: The people here are absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the dental staff. I had to have a couple teeth pulled and each time I was in there, Dr. Omar and his assistants were absolutely amazing, funny and had the courtesy to pray for me before the procedure. I am not religious but will always welcome good intentions, and that's what it feels like in this office. Dr. Omar is one of the best, had me in and out in under 30 minutes and the healing process has been far superior to my wisdom teeth extraction at another dental office. I highly recommend Blue Stone. They take their time, make sure you're comfortable, listen to every question with patience and always send me off feeling great.

Experiencia negativa: Horrific place. I took my son in there due to him having a cold for almost 2 weeks. Two days later he was in urgent care, rushed down to UCDavis and diagnosed with leukemia. They missed it all. He came in and he was so so pale, had absolutely no color in him. His heart rate was very elevated. They listened to his heart/lungs took vitals and that was it. No blood was drawn. This was on Tuesday. On Thursday I took him to the urgent care where that doc heard a heart murmor(which blue stone missed) was very concerned with his high heart rate, and he actually took blood work. Found out his hemoglobins were extreamly depleted. Took him to the ER and they diagnosed him there. Blue stone missed it all. All they had to have done was taken the time to simply do a blood draw. Instead they ignored my sons ailing health and sent him home. Extreamly disgusted by the place and would never recommend them. They are not fit for my dog to go to.

I called them being a new patient I thought I would have to wait months nope only 2 weeks and I was scheduled every 2 weeks until they completed procedure was done. They were fast accurate always on time. I saw the same person everytime. I was very impressed all the way around.

The minute Emma Edmond walked into the room all stress left my body. She is fabulous and addressed all my health needs. Everyone at this office was so nice and comforting. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for helping me take care of me. ❤️

Experiencia negativa: Filing a grievance on Shelby. What i experienced was unethical. She refused to test me for the very thing I showed symptoms for, and is contagious. My partner had a positive test result for it too. Then, she said what im testing for and my symptoms are "normal" and won't send in an order for a very simple common lab test, and gas lighted me. Next, she then recites very out dated medical misinformation that is from uncredible sources and happens to be 1 of the 1st few search results on google. As well as proven to be wrong by current case studies from sources like the National Library of Medicine and even WebMD or mayo clinic. She also turns around and tests me for everything other than what i made the appointment for without my acknowledgement. Then, lies to me and tells me im being tested for that very thing my partner tested for, the only reason for my appointment. I had to put up a huge fight days later for what i came in for. Update: Btw, I tested positive and have received an antibiotic treatment from a different physician at stallant. The infection has cleared, and i no longer am showing symptoms. Looking back, i wouldnt wish my symptoms on anyone, in no way shape or form would they be "normal" for any human. Shleby then closed out the test results for this appointment on my online portal manually. I called the receptionist about filing a grievance and was told I'd get a call back.

Experiencia negativa: I came in for a small filling, never even had pain in that tooth, 2 weeks later my tooth is in extreme pain, I call them on Friday and they wouldn’t see me… pain got so bad I had to go to the urgent care and get a pain relief shot plus antibiotics… Stallant said on Friday that they can get me in on Sunday. I drove up from Roseville this morning and got here at 9:45am. It’s 3:30 and now they are saying they won’t be able to see me. I’m in extreme pain and they seem to give two sheets… my tooth never hurt this bad in the first place… they also told me Friday over the phone that they were receiving lots of complaints about the certain dentist that worked on my tooth so they were gonna switch me over to a different dentist here in the same office. I will never come back to this horrible patient care facility… im disgusted with the receptionists at the front as well. Horrible patient care ethic…

Experiencia negativa: They refused to help my 7 year old son who was having a dental emergency and in severe pain. I called and scheduled an appt and clearly informed them of his age and his situation, and when we brought him in, they said they don't really work on kids and basically just said "sorry, can't help you". We were really depending on them because they literally say that they care for dental emergencies. Now we have no choice but to wait weeks for an appt at another dentist since there's not many who accept our insurance and my son is in terrible constant pain.

They have the ability to bring about incredible changes in your life! This clinic is truly a breath of fresh air. I had been a patient at one of the larger clinics in Grass Valley for many years. However, everything changed when the doctors left and there was a management transition. Approximately 4 years ago, I started going to Stallant Health. I have been a patient here on and off for the past 4 years, and during those times, I have experienced good health and have stayed on track! Thanks to Dr. Pennier, who is truly a godsend, I have regained hope in just a few weeks of being back under their care. It was only a month and a half ago when I filed for temporary disability, but within just 2 weeks of being properly medicated and listened to by my doctor and counselor, I felt a significant improvement. Stallant Health has made it so easy for me to schedule medical appointments, often on the same day or the next day. The compassionate and understanding staff truly provides timely and proper medical care. It's nothing like the other places in Grass Valley where it takes months to get an appointment, and even when you finally get one, the doctor rushes through the visit in less than ten minutes. At Stallant Health, your concerns are heard, and the medical team takes the time to thoroughly evaluate you and provide appropriate medication. They never turn you away just because your case is complex. What makes it all the more special is that Stallant Health is a faith-based medical clinic, where the presence of the Lord is felt, and both the staff and the doctor are willing to pray with you. The drive might be a bit longer, but the time saved in getting in and out of the clinic is absolutely worth it. I am so convinced of this that I am encouraging my family and everyone I meet to come to Stallant Health for a truly unique experience. Experiencia negativa: Worst doctors if u value your time don’t go they hold your prescriptions hostage meaning blood pressure medicine and antidepressants which is really dangerous considering my dad died of a massive heart attack at 55 years old I’m 45 so thank for a stressful and horrible week without my life saving medications if you want file a complaint do it with broad of doctors I know I will I’m done with this place I’ve never experienced this with other place

Experiencia negativa: i’ve been here once and have had the absolute worst experience with the dental office. i recently moved back to cali & i am 6 months pregnant. i went in for my initial appointment in september, checked in and was sitting waiting for 45 minutes. i got up to ask when they would be ready since it was taking so long, at that point the front desk lady realized she hadn’t checked me in so they rushed me back. i was already annoyed having waited for almost an hour while watching the dental staff come to the front desk gossiping with eachother. the exam took 5 minutes, they said they wouldn’t do x-rays since i’m pregnant and i could come back for my cleaning asap. i scheduled my appointment for a couple weeks out. the day of my cleaning the office called me one hour prior to reschedule me, and of course the soonest they could reschedule me was a month away. my appointment was scheduled for tomorrow, i just got a call from the office saying they needed to reschedule me because they needed x-rays before a cleaning. i told them i am still pregnant and was told i can get a cleaning without x-rays. she said “no, it’s protocol to do x-rays first.” cool. so i just wasted 2 months of my life when i could’ve gone to any other office, just to get my teeth cleaned. would give 0 stars if i could, if you have a choice, literally go anywhere else. thanks for absolutely nothing stallant dental.

Experiencia positiva: Hi the office is easy to find. Very clean. The front offers masks. Hand cleaner. I am a new patient. They seem to be on top of appts. Excellent Referrals. And my favorite thing is they are personable. And they actually care. It's the way Doctor s used to be. Friendly. I'm very lucky to have found them.

Experiencia positiva: I like the doctors and nurses, but trying to call and make an appointment or calling in general is the most frustrating thing. I either have to wait for a very long time or hopefully get a call back. I've answered the call back and was accidentally hung up on.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going here for several years now and always have a good experience for the most part. The wait times are minimal and I feel like the staff really cares. There were a few recent times that the reception staff appeared new and undertrained (saying I don’t know instead of let me find an answer for you) but the back staff has always been exceptional. Today I saw Dr. Nebblett for the first time and he was amazing. He diagnosed an issue that two visits to an ENT couldn’t figure out and the PA who drew my blood did it with the least amount of pain I’ve ever experienced with a blood draw. Definitely recommend.

If I could Give her 100 stars, I would I finally found someone who understands the patient, who listen the patient , who is compassionate with the patient, And I can go on and on , I am above and beyond satisfied and amazed by the care that I received by Dr. K Ferguson. She definitely respect the patient versus other providers at this clinic…..who Treat and do the opposite of what Dr. K Ferguson do and did; which is to me absolutely unacceptable…. but I will definitely stick with Dr. Ferguson for a long time and I definitely recommend this provider to everyone. She definitely saved this clinic for my point of you because of how amazing she is. I definitely forgot to mention Candice ( the referral coordinator) She is also perfect. She definitely listen without judgments , and does not treat you like a child , she is also very thorough, efficient , and quick with the referrals and she get them done very thoroughly and rapidly.

I have wasted my time here so many times. They get 2 stars for the one doctor that used to work there that was great with anxious kids. Do not recommend!

She will not write your prescriptions make you go for days without them if it’s not on her schedule she will make you have a prescription once a week for three months having to go back and back to the pharmacy and then screwing it up when you get there. Every single week I have a mental break down because she can’t do her job. It is amazing she became a doctor must be nepotism stay away from Dr. Yasmin Also she gets paid for these two minute phone calls she makes happen on zoom to write you a stupid prescription for only one week so basically she’s just getting as much money as she can out of you while making you crazy she doesn’t care about anybody but herself don’t go to Dr. Yasmin

Experiencia fantástica: I've experienced nothing less than excellent care at this facility. I wasted so many trips to Roseville when Stallant was just minutes from my home! My only regret is not having discovered them sooner! But it's been years seeing them now. Highly recommend!!!

Experiencia negativa: Went in to get my cavities filled, woke up the next day expecting the Anesthesia to wear off but my tongue was still numb and tingling. It has now been a 3weeks and 3 days and I still have no feeling or taste in the right side of my tongue. The dentist was definitely rushing the procedure I feel and that’s how this has happened . very upset I am praying that I get my taste buds back and some type of feeling in my tongue in the near future very scary and sad experience.

After being told by 2 different dentists that I would need to have my tooth extracted he assured me that he would be able to save my tooth. They accept Medi Cal too which is a huge relief. I am so happy that my friend recommended this place.

Dr. Omar made me feel comfortable and the dental assistant team and hygienists are so very kind. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to give all your staff a pay raise. They go above and beyond.

Experiencia negativa: As far as medical care goes, Stallant is good enough, and they staff doctors and nurses that seem skilled and caring. However, when it comes to how their facility is run, I have never has such consistently poor service. This list could go on, but the poor service I have received there includes: -Being sent the medical records of another patient -Being charged $100 in error–four separate times -Having to walk a urine sample through the waiting room in order to get a nurse to take it I will also mention that this facility is run and operated by a Seventh Day Adventist commune, which is not an issue in of itself, but there is a decent amount of religious material distributed throughout the waiting and examination rooms, which could make individuals sensitive to cultish or overtly religious environments uncomfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: I am here because of the Newstart program but these doctors are of a higher caliber than any I've met in my entire life. Being an RN my self, I have been exposed to many doctors and allied health care professional throughout my lifetime and the staff here is incredible! I only wish I lived in this area rather than several states away so I could continue using this clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time visiting the health center and as soon as I walked into the door I felt welcome and comfortable. My doctor that I saw was Dr. Madeline Tiffany. She was so nice and listened to everything that I had to say, she also genuinely cares about my health and that is priceless. It has taken me years to find that. So thank you Dr. Tiffany for taking the time and effort to listen and care. So please don’t leave the Stallant Health Center, I would like you to be my doctor for years to come. I also wanted to add that I never write reviews! I also wanted to add that I live in Nevada City and it is well worth the drive to Stallant Health Center, I don’t mind at all. Sorry I wrote a long review but I thought that the community should know.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a great experience with the medical staff at Stallant Health. There I can always count on encountering caring and wonderful staff to meet my needs. I love that I can go just five minutes down the road and find what I need! I find most staff there very understanding when I do not want to be treated with conventional drugs. They counsel me with regards to practical lifestyle habits at home that I can take control over, and they even have a team of people there who offer relaxing hydrotherapy for anxiety and depression. I trust them to go above and beyond the standard medical approach to empower me with the gift of knowledge on how to care for my body and mind that supersedes what is out there. You just have to go there and see for yourself!

Experiencia fantástica: I made and appointment for my J&J booster two weeks prior to my appointment. I had to get boosted due to Newsom's HC provider booster mandate before February 1st. I left my house early, but ended up in a 20 minute wait due to road work. I called them and told them I'd be late, as well as, I live 47 minutes away and I booked the appointment two weeks prior. They happily said it was fine and I was worked in. I appreciated that!

Experiencia fantástica: Ok first I had given a 1 star but that was due to many terrible experiences calling to try to get an appointment and a cpl times of them cancelling before I could be seen. HOWEVER, once I did finally get in to see a dr I realized they are the BEST no joke they listen to all your concerns they actually get things done and they are very nice genuine people I love this place and I originally hated it I was very biased after the first few phonecalls to them but the way they treat you and the amount of care for every individual is stellar

Experiencia fantástica: I had privatized insurance for many years prior to moving to California. We couldn't afford COBRA coverage and needed medical care. My wife and I both have seen the doctors at Stallant Health over the last year. We received EXCELLENT care, not what you would expect from state funded insurance. Dr. Penner is a very thorough and thoughtful physician. They have dentist that cared for my wife and she was very pleased with the care. Great group of people.

I am completely satisfied with their Dentists, their very organized, and they never let you wait past your appt time. Just out of Auburn.The dentist's as well as staff are so congenial. I really appreciate this great attitude.

Experiencia negativa: Their customer service needs major work. As patients, we make sure that we arrive on time and ready. They have you wait to be seen over 30 minutes and act like we're the problem. Just because this is the only place that excepts medi-cal, doesn't mean we don't deserve respect. I've had great medical coverage over my years and this placelacks the customer services.

Experiencia fantástica: Stallant Health is a much needed medical practice in our community. I have been going there for about 6 months now. The atmosphere in the office and the staff are all very welcoming when you walk in. You get the feeling that they really care about you and want to help you. Judi Ramsey is an excellent medical provider. She listens closely to you and takes action to take care of any medical issues you have. She answers your questions and explains to you what steps she will take to resolve your medical issues. I am very happy to have found this medical practice.

When I arrived for my appointment at Stallant health, I was told that the Dr. was not going to see me because I wasn't explained I needed to be earlier being my fist time as patient. I was in pain and I needed to see the chiropractor, I insisted to find a way to fulfill my appointment. I was explained again there was nothing to do but to reschedule. A jung lady talk to the other person I was talking to and she got up and said she was going to ask the doctor. She went to the doctor's office and got back a minute later and got for me an appointment for that same afternoon a couple of hours later. I thanks God for that jung lady that helped me that day at Stallant Health. For that action I will trust to refer people to get medical attention at this clinic, because if at the front desk some body cared for my need I know inside the health providers will also care for their patients. I know because the two times I saw my Dr. She prayed for me at the end of the visit. God bless you all at. Stallant Health.
