Saved my molar from a root canal and the permanent crown fits and feels great. If everything continues like this , it's a big high FIVE! Great follow up and customer service, plus nice people!!!!! Had a new Crown install and needed a very minor adjustment. Amazingly they got me in , in two days. Amazing and it took about ten minutes to do the very minor adjustment and it is Great! Super impressed with getting me in so quickly. Am top notch satisfied!!!

I was forced to go due to chipping my tooth and it being rather painful and causing a cavity. I have delt with the pain until I could no longer do so. Every single person on this staff was helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. If you've been avoiding going to the dentist this is the place to go to or if you simply want a great dentist (and staff) chose Fairway.

I highly recommend Dr. Falter. 11/10 Another great procedure. Dr. Falter and his entire team are great. 11/2018 Had a filling. Quick, easy and no pain. 5/2019 Cleaning. Found a new tooth that we'll keep an eye on. Another painless experience. 10/2/2023 Dental Cleaning with Tasha that was fantastic. 4/16/24 2 cavities filled and no discomfort 10/7/24 Dental cleaning with full set of xrays went very well. She worked very hard to create a cushion on the xray so that it didn’t cut into the Tori under my tongue. Dr. was great, and made sure to point out a specific area to double check during the cleaning. 1/12/2026 Really good teeth cleaning and very gentle.

He is also one of the most gentle dentists I have ever met. Desi is also a wonderful assistant. She is really good at explaining what she is doing before she does anything, this is very helpful with keeping me calm. Cynthia in the front is always so cheerful and welcoming. She really makes sure that the environment is peaceful. She always seems pleased to see anyone who walks through the door. I have not had the pleasure of getting to know the rest of the staff, however, I am sure they are just as amazing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a wonderful dentist.

I had a cracked tooth and didn't know but since he told me he didn't like the look of it, I had it checked out and it was cracked and couldn't be saved.

My entire family had a terrible experience here, including failed dental work that later had to be corrected by competent professionals. The dentist was also extremely condescending. It’s very telling that they push so hard to offer free items in exchange for good reviews. We left this practice four years ago and now have a wonderful dentist. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—look elsewhere!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing dentist office! I have been fearful of dentist appointments due to the discomfort and pain I have experienced, but not with Rohn Falter's office! They take the time to get to know you and what your concerns and fears have been or are and then accommodate you so you don't experience them. It is the first dentist office I have ever gone to where I felt empathy from the secretary... to the dental assistants... to the dentist! The dentist, Rohn Falter, actually gives you a phone call the evening after your appointment just to check in to make sure you are doing okay; I've never ever had that before!

They ask questions about what you've liked or disliked with previous dental offices and work hard to make sure that you are comfortable. Reception makes sure you understand the costs, options, co-pays or payment plans before decisions are made, even if that is mid-appointment. After my 1st visit, Dr Falter called me at home and asked if I had any questions and thanked me for coming in...that is going above and beyond expectations! They also have a referral system, so when my friend started going, we both received a credit on our bill. I have had several appointments now and I'm very happy with Fairway Dental Care!

He takes the time to explain what is going to happen next and makes sure I am comfortable in the process. It is also like going to a spa, with neck pillow, leg pillow, warm blanket, and even massage chair. This last time I fell asleep while Dr. Falter worked on two crowns. Michelle, his assistant, was very attentive, the hygienist, Elizabeth, was excellent (and quite entertaining), and Cynthia at the front desk was knowledgeable and efficient. I greatly appreciated all of them. They all took their time. Dr. Falter was meticulous in his analysis of my x-rays and visual exam. He recommended a current treatment plan and identified concerns to keep an eye on for future treatment. He made recommendations for preventive care and periodontal health too, so I felt he was very thorough and engaged. I feel like this is a team that will really support me in keeping my teeth healthy.

Experiencia fantástica: I hadn't had a good experience with a dentist since I was a kid. But, a lot of people hate the dentist, so I just assumed it was supposed to be that way and hunkered down. I came to Fairway after moving here, and I'm super happy I did. They listened to my bad experiences, and helped figure out what they could do to help. Both the cleaning and the filling were painless. You could even call it gentle, because that's how it felt. Really though, I think it's more that they were super precise with their work. I can't even find where they did the filling, it's invisible and like nothing happened!

Experiencia negativa: So I have had some mouth issues for a while and I know most of them. I have 18 real teeth left. This was my 2nd appointment there just cleaning. Dr said so many issues including that 2 of my teeth were almost all gone one had 25% left one 30% I guess this all happened in 6 months as no mention the first time. Anyway, he was describing what all he wanted to do, replacing crowns, redo root canal all kinds of things. I simply stated that I would probably go get a second opinion on these issues and there was no response but the dr stood up and walked out without a word. I caution anyone who needs a dentist that this is not one to go to. On a good note, the hygienist is a real nice lady.
