Experiencia negativa: The most horrible medical/dentist visit i have ever had. First i called and scheduled a dentist appointment but upon arriving i was taken to an exam room instead. When the “provider” came in who had absolutely no idea wat she was doing, looked confused as to why i was being seen for a tooth problem? Long story short the inept staff scheduled me for a dr appointment instead of dentist. Here’s the kicker even after telling them and then getting a referral to a damn public clinic they tell me they aren’t accepting patients and if i want i can line up at 630 in the morning and hopefully be seen at 845 for their emergency clinic. Place is a freakin joke.

Dr. Orr treats me like a person and listen to me and does not judge me or categorize me as a statistic. The staff and the nurses are awesome and treat me with care and respect.

Experiencia fantástica: GVFWC is a one-stop place for everything. Everything is there for you. You have a lot of doctors to see. You don't have to go anywhere else to get a prescription filled. If you have any questions, the ladies at the front desk are so nice and helpful with your questions or needs. They will walk you to the person you need to see or talk with. YVFWC is a 10 out of 10 for me. Also, the Dentist is right next door.

Experiencia negativa: Delphi was an awesome and is an awesome doctor petition. I didn’t like how MA was being rough with my kids. Didn’t seem like she had any love for her job. I’m gonna ask about the house. She said she couldn’t answer any little question. I asked her, she said, kept ignoring them. Very disappointed. I feel like if you work in this industry and kids are gonna get shots you should be more loving and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: This whole messaging system you have is not fail proof.. the communication between Toppenish and Grandview yesterday for my Ozempic scrip was horrible. Miss communication big time causing me a 2 hour delay and wasted travel time.and as a patient with walking disability I had to walk to pharmacy in 100 degree weather because of the screw up. Your head phones for both clinics clerks are horribly muffled if they aren’t you can hear background chatter better! A waste of money to change to them! But, Excellent timing, no waiting, friendly, and Dr Cruse is perfect. I will love coming to Grandview over Toppenish.

Experiencia negativa: This review is just for the one doctor not the whole clinic.... My last visit was less than professional and really offensive. I am currently 3 weeks postpartm and my doctor assumed had an appointment to ask for weight loss drugs... and that was not the case. She then proceeded to say and this is a direct quote from Phoebe my doctor... "Saying you want to lose weight is like saying you want to be a millionaire, it's not going to happen for you". She also went on to give some advice on my c- section incision "you can just take off the (tape)strips because its been more than 2 weeks". When my OB had told me to leave them on until they fell off on their own. I should have never listened because the very next day MY INCISION HAD BEGUN TO OPEN. Anyway this is why I will be looking for a different provider, one who will listen to what I go in for and address my needs.

Experiencia negativa: Pediatrician Thatcher felt is very rude and unprofessional. He threw a grown man fit due to the fact that I did not feel comfortable vaccinating my baby with 6 vaccines in the same day. I explained my concerns about that being so many in one day that I’d like to think about it an do more research before anything. he proceeds to tell me that he’s getting angry with me because I didn’t agree to do all six vaccines that day then tells me that I’m not protecting nor keeping my child safe an that I’m not looking out for her. Then went on to tell me he will no longer see my child as a patient due to me not wanting do all the vaccines at once. Then he said he needed to leave the room because he was angry with me he never returned. A kind lady came in to finish the appointment. Mind you this is the second time he’s seen her. How shameful to try and talk down on me for my decisions. I will never go back there due to his disrespect No doctor has the right to try and pressure me into doing anything especially when it comes to MY BABY. I will do what I see is best always. shame on you thatcher felt.

Alejandra Romo is servicing me with the oral health that I need. She explained about my overall teeth condition and oral hygiene. She has taught me so much in the few meetings we have had & I feel like a much better mom because of it. My son is eating well & with a huge variety of dressed up fruits & vegetables. Carrots with hummus, broccoli with ranch, celery with peanut butter and dried cranberries, blended spinach & banana smoothies with Greek yogurt, frozen apple slices covered in yogurt & granola, and so much more (through the WIC program). Every minute I've spent chatting with Nicole has been a blessing. My son looks and feels so much better with half his plate being fruits and vegetables. Less fatty proteins. Plenty of carbs. I highly recommend her services, especially if you're like me trying to reshape your toddler's eating habits. Thank you so much Nicole!!!

Dr. Felt at no point made me feel like I was wasting his time or overreacting like other doctors have. He makes my kids feel so comfortable and at ease. We love Dr. Felt!!!
