Marvel Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Machenna was terrific again.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the cheerful color of the bib at a 7am hygiene appointment!! It was a great start to my day. Not to mention having Veronica as my hygienist

Experiencia fantástica: I am an extremely nervous patient and Marvel Dental has been absolutely wonderful with me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Fourth visit with Dr Marvel and staff. Makennah (hygienist) was very thorough and professional (as always). Appreciate her explaining her procedures and evaluations during the cleaning. Appointment was on time and easy. My apologies if I misspelled Makennah’s name!

Experiencia fantástica: Very accommodating, knowledgeable n friendly staff. Well liked dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a very friendly, warm and professional atmosphere. You feel good when you arrive and great when you leave. Thanks to the entire staff

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing group of people!! Everyone was super kind and respectful. All of my concerns were addressed!

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service and dental hygienist is very professional and courtesy. Love Dr. Jamie Marvel I wouldn’t trust any one else.

Experiencia fantástica: First visit. Addressed the issue and took care of it on the first visit. Good communication and a friendly practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very lucky to get in to see Dr. Marvel quickly. I was very happy with the results of my problem.Even though I have to see a specialist.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there is friendly, professional and courteous. So glad to have an established dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't care much for dentists; however, I like going to Marvel Dental. Jamie is personable and an excellent dentist. Everyone there is very kind and gentle. I grew up frightened of dentists because mine was old school and he didn't use numbing if he didn't think it was necessary. Now I am very happy with my dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Sure like them. Very easy going yet professional. Beautiful view out the window.

Experiencia fantástica: As always your staff is courteous. Thanks Dr. Marvel for taking care of me and my long neglected mouth. I appreciate all you are doing.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Marvel is so sweet and gentle. She is a perfect dentist if you’re scared to go see one. Happy office

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Marvel and her team are on point and consummate professionals every time.

Experiencia fantástica: If enjoying a trip to the dentist were possible, I’d give Dr. Marvel and the team five stars. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. One small suggestion is to provide a bit more explanation during procedures and about next steps. That extra information would help patients feel more informed and at ease. Overall, I had a very positive experience and truly appreciate the care I received. I would gladly recommend this office to others.

Experiencia fantástica: My last visit was very pleasant, the staff is very nice and Dr. Marvel is also and she gets you in and out as quickly as possible

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience..Receptionist was polite . Dental hygienist Veronica was great, attentive to my needs and Dr Marvel was amazing. I’m so glad I found a dentist that cares about me and my dental care.

Experiencia positiva: Simple teeth cleaning. All good

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience at Marvel Dental. I’m so glad you’re here to take care of my teeth

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Marvel and her staff are professional, kind, and caring. They are my partners back to my best smile!

Experiencia fantástica: Although going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but you and your staff are a pleasure to work with. what I did forget was to pick up on your toothbrush gift that I always walk out with. Next time I will ask for two. Ken Provasi

Experiencia fantástica: All the people who work there have wonderful attitudes. And it was a pleasant surprise to see the parking lot completely cleared of snow for the safety of all who enter. Thanks for the fine care you provide.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a very pleasant experience. So grateful that you got me in so quickly. Clearly a highly professional office. Mouth is great now . Thank you so much !

Experiencia fantástica: I had chipped an old crown and it had to be replaced. Dr Marvel and her staff were very attentive, professional, and took care of my crown. They were also punctual, performing their services in the time estimated at the start. They also were able to do the replacement in one appointment, without having a temporary crown.

Experiencia fantástica: Marvel Dental is amazing and my dental hygienist is wonderful too. I'd highly recommend their office if anyone is looking for a new dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick, easy, and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, great service & easy to get an appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is always friendly and pleasant. Dr. Marvel is efficient, friendly, and I appreciate her time to answer questions and concerns. I rarely wait in the waiting room.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient at this dental office for approximately four years, and unfortunately, my experience has declined significantly over time. The front desk staff have consistently come across as unprofessional and unfriendly. On more than one occasion, I observed staff speaking negatively about patients after they left, which was disappointing and concerning. Communication at the front desk often feels rude, and interactions can come across as dismissive or unpleasant. I have also found their billing communication frustrating. Rather than receiving a formal statement or clear billing documentation, I have been contacted by text message regarding balances due, which feels unprofessional. In addition, many of the hygienists who previously made visits more comfortable and welcoming appear to have left. The current atmosphere in the office feels much less friendly and patient-centered than it once did. Another challenge has been the change in office hours over the years. With the office no longer open on Fridays and often closed on Mondays, scheduling has become increasingly inconvenient for patients who work standard business hours. Overall, this office no longer provides the level of professionalism, courtesy, or convenience that I would expect as a long-term patient

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Marvel and team are efficient, professional, kind and, well, fun! Also VERY GENTLE!!

Experiencia fantástica: Alway on time, gentle and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Marvel since she arrived in Carson. I intend to stay with Marvel. I feel confidence in the entire crew.

Experiencia fantástica: You and your team make it fun to come to the Dentist

Experiencia fantástica: It was practically quick and painless! Everyone was so friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going for years. They’re very accommodating and always respectful and attentive to my specific needs. My wife is afraid of Dentistry and she’s found a home here also

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice experience, always prompt, clean, and friendly! Great visit as usual! I highly recommend Dr, Marvel

Experiencia fantástica: Every visit is great, I enjoy going to Marvel Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Always pleasant, clean and through in their work and instructions.

Experiencia fantástica: Another great visit to Marvel Dental. Everyone is so friendly and efficient I would never go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a crown procedure at this office, and it was an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. The entire process was completed in just one visit, taking about three hours, which was a huge convenience—no need for multiple appointments or temporary fixes. Best of all, there was virtually no pain during the procedure; it was comfortable and stress-free. Afterward, I asked the dentist about eating restrictions, and she assured me I could enjoy whatever I wanted right away. True to her word, I’ve had zero pain or discomfort since. The team did an outstanding job, and I highly recommend this office for anyone needing dental work—efficient, skilled, and patient-focused! Five stars all the way

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about Marvel Dental is positive. Friendly, professional, and personal.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Dentist. Veronica did my cleaning and was wonderful as well. Jan at the front desk is always very welcoming and efficient. Great office. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Jamie marvel has been my dentist for a good few years now and in my experience the best one in Carson city. I hated the dentist growing up it was an office of ladies who were none too nice to children. My experience was not changed when I went to park dental and a few others to take care of my dental issues. When I found marvel dental and went there for my first appointment is was a completely different experience, they have always been kind and not just professional but they go above and beyond that. When I go there I don’t get treated like I am a paycheck I get treated like a person. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I am comfortable during the visit and I could not recommend them more. If you live in Carson city they are the way to go. They aren’t in network for my insurance so I end up paying more out of pocket then people typically would but it’s worth it for the quality work and the more than average treatment every time I go there.

Experiencia fantástica: Always top quality hygienist. Dr Marvel always very pleasant upbeat and welcoming. They’re all great!

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE Marvel Dental-great and friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, very clean and tidy office. I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist but since starting with Marvel Dental my attitude has changed significantly!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very efficient office, both front office and the operatory.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the dentist and dental hygienist. They are all great.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Marvel and officer staff are fantastic!

Experiencia fantástica: Courtney does a great job with the dental cleanings and is nice and pleasant to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: Marvel Dental is very professional and accommodating. They've taken very good care of me. I would highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I feel so comfortable when I come in for my cleanings. Doc is always in good spirits.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and professional staff. Considerate of your comfort during a procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: Short wait. Staff was friendly. Hygienist did a great job making my teeth feel smooth and clean. We laughed about the tangerine flavored paste that tasted nothing like tangerine. Dr. Marvel performed the followup and supplied information. All went well. Overall, a good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Marvel and her team are so easy to work with, I have dental anxiety and always feel heard and the hygienists go above and beyond to be gentle/ talk during appointments so I know what’s going on. The y are also very accommodating; I’ve brought my kids to my appointment twice and they kindly offer them chairs in the room with us and talk to them throughout. I’m the only person I. My family who uses a different dentist and it’s for good reason, I don’t foresee leaving this practice with how they treat their patients! Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Clean cheerful rooms/ office Smiley staff.... efficient with keeping appointments on time!!

Nothing to sign at the front desk, they just bill my insurance and away I go. The staff are extremely professional, efficient, gentle and friendly! I wouldn’t feel comfortable anywhere else. A TRUE 5 star operation!

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had a better or more pleasant experience at any dentist I've ever been to. Everyone there from the moment of entry to the time you leave they are all pleasant and welcoming, I don't believe you will find a better dentist or dental staff anywhere. I thank each and every one of them and I can't wait for my next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I was the 8th patient Veronica had that day and she was pleasant to deal with at 3pm with the same pattern of friendly professionalism. Always good to see Dr. M as she reflects the same qualities Veronica has. Having to replace a 20+ year-old filling was the only down side but I’m glad Dr. M found it before I found out the hard way. Thanks to the crew for all you do.

Experiencia fantástica: Jana made my appointment a very pleasant and peaceful experience while taking photos and cleaning my teeth she’s the best!!
