We drive nearly an hour to reach Dr Parsons just because of the quality of the care we receive. Belinda has done my cleaning and X-rays since we began using Dr Parsons. Belinda has the skills and patience to help put me at ease, since visiting the dentist is quite low on the list of my favorite things. Dr Parsons repaired an implant for me that was poorly installed by another dentist. It has performed flawlessly since Dr Parsons fixed it. I can recommend this practice without reservation

He performed a root canal on my 13-year-old son, and I truly could not have asked for better care. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Parsons made sure my son felt completely at ease. He was incredibly gentle and attentive, ensuring he felt no pain or even pressure throughout the entire procedure. What stood out most was the level of compassion and follow-up—Dr. Parsons even took the time to personally check on my son later that afternoon. That kind of care speaks volumes. His assistant, Amanda, was just as wonderful. She was so kind and attentive, carefully watching over my son the entire time to make sure he was comfortable and doing well. It’s rare to find a dental team that combines such high-level skill with genuine compassion. They have made my oral care their priority. Everyone is always kind, happy to help. As someone that is very sensitive in the mouth, they do their best to be mindful of it. Dr. Parsons has performed some repair work for issues I have had and in my opinion does top notch work. High standards, Honest consultations, a friendly group of folks.

Theyve done my dentures and now are in the process of doing my implants for the more permanent style dentures. The dentists there are super cool, are VERY kind and very helpful. Dr. Jackson is very insensitive to patients who need accommodations and is just flat out rude as if it isn’t her job to accommodate and make her patients feel as comfortable as possible.

From the first call I made to schedule, the front desk staff, the assistants, hygienists & dentist; everyone was incredibly nice & welcoming. Dr. Jackson is absolutely wonderful! She saw my 3 year old, my 6 year old, and myself and we all loved her. My 6 year old was nervous, but Dr. Jackson & Amanda were both so patient and comforting. I don’t know the woman’s name who goes over plans at the end of the visits, but she is just as lovely and sweet! Can’t recommend them enough!

I broke my tooth on the job and they got me in on the same day for a consult, and scheduled a root canal for the next day to have a root canal performed; then later a crown. If you are uncomfortable in that chair, look no further.

Experiencia negativa: They overdiagnosed most my family. After second opinions that included two other dental practices over a year, 13 cavities/problems became 3, 7 became 1, 5 became 2, and 2 became 0. One of the alternative dentists explained that at least one problem was on a tooth that would fall out soon, and the adult tooth would not be effected by foregoing treatment. We saved THOUSANDS out of pocket by transfering our care elsewhere.

I was immediately greeted with hospitality and enthusiasm. They were able to accommodate my schedule the next day as well as schedule my first procedure for the following day. In the past, it has been akin to going to some sort of diabolical ancient torture chamber. The pain and seemingly delight of the staff at my cries for mercy led me to rarely go.
