Experiencia fantástica: First experience here and the best experience. The whole staff was welcoming and nice. Very professional Dentist and Hygienist.

Experiencia negativa: First, actually reaching this office is its own ordeal. Despite reviews warning about this, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I shouldn’t have. It took multiple attempts over several week just to talk to someone and I had to stop at the office at random times to even get that, and then had to email and wait to schedule our first appointment. Their posted hours are apparently more of a suggestion — they routinely close 2-3+ hours early, so good luck if you’re calling near “closing time.” Their “excuse” is they have all their appointments in the morning so they leave early…that’s fine but update your hours then! But, I overlooked all of that because my son seemed to like his visit and the staff was decent with him. Then, at the end of May 2026, I got a call informing me — effective immediately — that they’d stopped seeing pediatric patients. No explanation. No warning. Just a cancelled appointment and a click. No one has explained what changed. Did they lose pediatric certification? Did the pediatric provider leave? Did they simply decide kids weren’t worth the trouble? I have no idea, because nobody will say. What I do know is that after being unceremoniously dropped as patients, they didn’t even bother sending our records to us— we had to handle that ourselves, because apparently once you’re not welcome, you’re not their problem anymore. If you value your time, a straight answer, or basic continuity of care for your child, look elsewhere. This practice has made it abundantly clear they don’t value keeping you as a patient — so don’t waste your time trying to become one!

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed in the experience I have had at spinnaker pediatric dentistry. I received a voicemail that they were no longer accepting my husband‘s insurance. No one ever answers the phone and never returns your call. I believe this is very unprofessional and should be addressed. I understand things change with insurance but this isn’t the way to handle those situations

Experiencia negativa: Upon requesting a referral from my child’s dental office, I must state that I do not recommend this office to service anyone’s child based on my experience. The office rarely answers the phone, and when contact is made, the staff is often rude and unprofessional. Additionally, I felt there was discriminatory treatment involved. A few weeks ago, an employee from the office scheduled my child for an appointment on February 18, 2026. However, on Monday, February 16, 2026, I received a call from the office stating that the original scheduling call I received weeks prior was AI-generated. During that same conversation, I was told they do not see children over the age of 12. I clearly explained that my daughter is 1 year old. I was then placed on hold. When the representative returned to the phone, she stated that the office does not perform the type of surgery my child was referred for. I requested to speak with the office manager and was told she was busy but would return my call. I never received a call back. Due to the lack of communication, professionalism, and follow-through, I cannot recommend this office for pediatric services.

Experiencia negativa: Always have kept an appt every 6 months for my sons cleaning just so we can get there and it was cancelled without notification this is the second time we’ve had this happen here. We will be finding a new dentist

Experiencia fantástica: We have 10 yr old twin boys & the staff was extremely patient & took their time with each of our boys individually and explained every step clearly. The office was very clean & maintained & the doctor was very thorough. He made sure the boys understood what was going on as well and made them comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: Never actually made it to this office and after how the front desk handle patients over the phones, I have no interest in going at all. I think it was two different women I had spoke to with a couple calls I had with them& both completely rude have no customer service skills and don't know how to talk to people. Shouting in the phone and talking over people repeating the same thing is something they seem to love to do. Giving a straight answer or explanation to a question is something they don't know how to do. And I understand you're supposed to have cleanings every 6 months but if you make it known that there's known dental work to be done but the patient isn't due for cleaning for another 2 months apparently means they won't see you until it's time for a cleaning or at least that's what they kept screaming through the phone at me about. I'd go see Dr Dolittle for my dental needs before I go here or recommended to somebody.

They have no problem hanging up on you when you are trying to ask questions. They cancel appointments last minute without properly informing you why or within a timely manner. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment scheduled for my 3 year old (this would be her third visit) at her last appointment she was scheduled by the staff before I left for her 6 month follow up appointment. I get a text to confirm her appointment a few days before, as well as a telephone the day of her appointment to confirm. A few minutes later I get a phone call from their office saying they would have to cancel due to "policy" they cannot see anyone under the age of 8 in the afternoon. I told them to please let us come this time at least due to time being taken off of work and schedules rearranged for this appointment (we live an hour away from Hinesville). They refused, and would only reschedule. I was informed by Melissa that their doctor will not see younger patients in the afternoon due to behavior issues with younger kids. ( I have 3 children-mine behave the same all day) I told her that the doctor may can afford to take off from work, but normal people in this economy like us cannot. A whole day of work missed due to their mistake, and they would not budge on their "policy". I have now cancelled any future appointments for my three children and have been in contact with Surfside kids dentistry.

Experiencia negativa: This office gave me the WORST vibes. First off, I have 2 children. The dental assistant told me when my first child had to be put under and have work done I couldn’t be present. I told her I was uncomfortable with that and wanted to be present as I have been present for these at other offices with no issues. She told me no and if I refuse my child couldn’t get his work done. As he’s a bit older I didn’t really fight them on it. Now I confronted the dentist with this and he said that’s not a policy and had nothing to say when I informed him that’s not what his assistant told me. Now because of this I refused to get the work my other child needed done because when I got in the room my child was crying and they didn’t bother to come get me. Put that with the sketch refusal of allowing me to be with him I took my other child to a different dentist to get the supposed 6 cavities this office diagnosed filled. Guess what they told me at this new office? My child has ZERO cavities. Maybe this place was having a bad couple of weeks or something but I won’t be comfortable having them in the care of my children ever again.

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re wondering if you should take your two year old, do it! Dr Hodges was so patient and kind as well as the rest of the staff. They took the time to make my two year old as comfortable as they could for his very first appointment. Can’t wait to go back again!

I was very nervous, but the reassurement brought me down. Dr. Curry did an amazing job even followed up with a phone call that same evening. He also offered for me to feel free to call his cell or text if I have any questions or concerns. I really love how personal and involved he is. Definitely recommend this practice.

Not only did they ensure me we were doing a great job with my daughter’s teeth but also she didn’t need the surgery the previous dentist told us she needed. We’ve been with them for a year and a half and let’s just say they’re amazing with my 3 year old daughter. 100% recommend

The staff is wonderful and the doctor is amazing. I’ve been bringing my kids here for about 3 years I believe, I don’t miss an appointment because even my kids enjoy coming. And that’s rare to hear from a kid and I have 3. So if you’re looking for a good doctor with wonderful staff and a clean environment this is the place for you.

Experiencia negativa: Poor Conflict Resolution: As a parent, I find it hard to work with “Professionals” who would threaten you into doing a service on your own child! Whatever happened to customer service that educates you on procedures so you are comfortable, or providing alternative options. If you say no to a service they say they will do on your child, they will stop you from visiting their office. Very disappointed in the service.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter went in to get a cavity caped so she was put to sleep to do so ( she 4 years old) and now there is a big hole at the top of tooth that wasn't there and they didn't cap the tooth they tried to fill it and it's been 3 days and now I can see the cavity thought whatever they put on the tooth

Experiencia negativa: I would advise anyone with an autistic child to steer clear of Eric Hodges. He traumatized my 8 year old son by man handling him and screaming at him because he was afraid of laying on his back for examination. No one with such short patience should be working with children, especially children with disabilities. My son will not forget how he was treated at his appointment and neither will my other children. This was the most despicable experience I have ever had with someone who is supposed to provide care for children. I'm in the process of filing a formal complaint and my children will bo longer be seen by this disgrace. Keep your kids away from this miserable, impatient pediatric dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Whack. Honestly, the doctor we saw was horrible when they saw my sons cavities. Like he doesn't respect me now.. I have twins. Same diet. I think he just had the short end of the tooth genetics stick. Also this Curry guy literally touched my leg while talking to me??.. And gave my son a root canal without consent, and changed the paperwork for the surgery AFTER the fact...(he was 4 and they lose these teeth anyways..?) I overall feel like they treat parents with questions like idiots. Great perception. No, I don't have a dental degree, but I do have my child's best interest and try to respect people no matter the situation.

I mean let them schedule but state if you miss this time then there will be a fee and we won’t be able to see them again. I truly only remember missing one and that was on me for being a busy mom and overbooking n forgetting to write it down. I called a couple of times to schedule and got a voicemail to leave my number for someone to call me back never got a call back now I know why.

Experiencia negativa: This Dentistry is the same in Rincon (which is now permanently closed) and Hinesville . The website shows both. I called Hinesville to ask about my kids appts that were scheduled in Rincon yesterday, to ask if there was an option for them to be seen there until I could find someone closer. The lady on the phone insisted they are or were never the same and they can't be seen. And the office manager had "stepped out" of the office. I did not get an email or call , or even a letter in the mail letting us know the office is now permanently closed in Rincon . I was lied to about the about the link between the 2 offices. This is no way to treat people especially kids who have been going there for a few years. Terrible business practices.

Experiencia negativa: If this clinic has the same dentist as Rincon Georgia that closed down be aware. I would not take my child. The frond desk is nice. But the dentist is a total different story. He wanted to give my 6 year old daughter 3 crowns and a filling in her permanent tooth. I went for a 2nd option. She didn't need any work done at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was our first visit and the entire staff was great. We arrived a few minutes past the 10 minutes courtesy given but we were in the parking lot so they went ahead and seen my kids. The dentist explained everything found during the exam & on the x-rays and made sure I understood everything he said. He interacted with my kids very well and they felt at ease during the entire visit. I have a 2 yo, 3 yo, and 14 yo and this was absolutely the best dentist visit ever.

Experiencia fantástica: My 5-year-old was so terrified of the dentist that he would cry like he was dying. We tried three different dentist offices before we found Spinnaker pediatrics. He must have a sensed that he could trust the because he was right at home. He even flirted with the dental assistant that cleaned his teeth. Forgive me is I have misspoken and got the title wrong. We love them and I have people I can trust with my children's dental care!

Experiencia fantástica: From the time I walked through the front door all the way until we left it was an amazing experience. Everyone was no nice and the woman at the front desk even helped we find a great school for my son b/c we are new to the area from Florida. I was so scared that my son would scream the entire appointment but everyone made him feel so comfortable and he cooperated the entire time. Dentist was straight forward and explained treatment plan to me in detail. The best part was we were in and out in less than an hour. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

My daughter just got quite a bit of dental work done during her surgery and was put to sleep for it and yes she cried some during the waking up process but then she slept on the way home and some when we got home and when she woke up she acted like nothing even happened she hasn't even needed anymore medicine for pain.
