Experiencia negativa: First time I came here in August of 2025. Dr Yeh seemed professional, kind, caring and compassionate. He installed the screw into my bone, I payed $4000 and was happy... for a week: the screw fell off. I asked for a refund, but Dr said he can still do it because different methods exist. Then he performed the bone graft, and later installed another screw, which fell off after a week. I asked for the refund again. No, Dr said he can still do it. So, I kept coming and coming for the whole year, getting plenty anasyhesias, x-rays, CT, antibiotics, so on. Finally in August of 2026 Dr said he cannot do it because my bone is not cooperating. OK. I asked the staff to hold my refund check in the office for me to pick it up because it is difficult for me to get it through mail. Nevertheless they still sent it. They don't care. It took me couple of days to fetch this check at the old address. The office subtracted $1800 for the undone job! So here I am after the whole year of visits, CTs, x-rays and anasyhesias: still no tooth and out of $1800...

Experiencia fantástica: It's not fun when you know that you are "that patient". But alas...I am she!!! So going inside the dental office is always going to raise my BP a few points. Dr Yeh has such a calming voice and gentle technique, not to mention his insane skill; so I can try to NOT white knuckle my visit. Jeremy, his assistant is right there by his side seemingly anticipating his every need. They work so well together. That level of professionalism makes my appointment and my anxiety a much better time. After my small meltdown in the chair and their allowance foot time, I recovered and treatment was completed. Since my care requires more than 1 visit, we get to enjoy my unfortunate reaction to dentistry and their high quality of care and great level of concern for my comfort as well in 2 weeks. Thank you to this office. I do recommend them for they do care about each individual as an individual-something lacking in so many places these days.

Experiencia negativa: Zero stars. Go somewhere else. Read the reviews on Yelp. Went to the Dentist in South Korea, 90% of what this office wanted to do was not necessary. Saved me $3500. I had next day appointment in a state of art facility. Easy peasy, only cost a fraction of what these clowns wanted. *answers to your question since you asked* The upselling and pushing to get procedures done. Failed to inform me that I needed certain medication that cost $1K until I was in the chair. Follow up appointment was set in October for January. Three days before, I get a text to confirm my appointment for a different day. My experience here was not the best. I felt it was just how much money this office can get out of my insurance and myself.

Experiencia negativa: This dentist office often over book their appointments and will waste your time. I have come many times for an early afternoon appointment and have had to wait over a hour to be call back. Once I was called back, there was another 30 mins wait before any work was started.

They wanted to pullout all the work they did and that it was a waist of time I’m stuck with a partial that hurts and waisted work done. They don’t care about the people and what they say is not true

Experiencia positiva: I do recommend this office for its integrity and good work. The front of office staff are amazing, especially the gentleman who I believe does payments/insurance. He was kind and considerate to everyone he talked to. I had an emergency root canal over a year ago, the dentist and nurses who I saw really took care of me! The reason I am giving 3 stars is not because of the establishment themselves but an extremely rude and belittling dentist. The female dentist here publicly ridiculed, belittled, and insulted the front of staff gentleman. I believe he may have made a mistake somehow but that doesn’t call for how she spoke to him. She was unprofessional and plain rude.

After searching through my insurance carrier's network, I came across this office open on Saturdays. They were very quickly able to get me in - right away, actually. Every person I spoke to was incredibly patient, explained everything in great detail, and were so wonderfully positive. I can not recommend this office enough!

Experiencia negativa: I brought my wife last month for a capacity in her tooth. They did crown for two teeth and one of the crowns has a small whole open crown in it. Food was going into the whole and making bad smell. The first visit was a month ago and we went to schedule another appointment for this open crown and they scheduled the appointment for today at 1:30 PM. We went on time to the appointment and they made us wait for one hour and a half. There was only one doctor and many patients. we decided to leave because they don't respect the appointment time. They were not professional at the job and managing the time for there patients. We will never go there again and we will look for a different place to fix the wrong job they did.

Experiencia negativa: Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had at the dentist office. Prior to this I had been seen at another office to have a bad tooth looked at and be removed, no fuss, in and out within 15 minutes. For one reason or another that fell through so I came here, and repeatedly stated I just wanted it removed, however the team here kept trying to upsell me and upsell me, offering discounts like I'm buying a car. My insurance covered the tooth extraction up to around 30$ which is fine, however they included a bunch of things that ARENT insured or needed, stated it was if I want to put an implant in later in my life (Its my last moler) jacking up the price to around 1500$, I repeatedly stated I wasn't comfortable with this yet they kept pressuring me into taking it, and how it can be saved, oh the tooth can be saved, I was told that by the previous office as well but the dentist who wasn't attempting to sell me things stated it was possible yet difficult, insurance might not cover it and its at risk of breaking again if that filling doesn't hold and recommended extraction. I will NEVER come here again, I advice you go to seamar instead.

Experiencia negativa: I had appointment today for gum grafting consultation. It was scheduled at 2:30 pm. I came on time and I was waiting for 30 minutes in waiting area for nothing. At 3:00 pm I asked receptionist what's going on. Nobody explained me nothing, some other lady came and they placed me to other room to wait. I waited 15 more minutes and nobody showed up. It was ridiculous. They have very rude attitude to their long time patients. I came home and try to talk to shift supervisor or some Manager over the phone. Frontdesk said they will call me back because they are busy now..... It's 5:15 pm now and nobody called me back. Work hours are over. Nice customer service! Very impressive !!!

Experiencia negativa: I got 6 veneers done and all came out within the first 6 months after the procedure. I was in the chair for 7 hours while my doctor walked to other patients and spent 30 minutes + with some of them. The worst excuse for a dentist that exists and if you need actual work done, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

She was the one working on me today. She was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. What’s the sense of setting up an appointment if you’ll let your client wait for 1-2hours ALL THE TIME! This is not the first time it happened. I’ve been so patient but this is too much already. I have a toddler and infant waiting for me and work full time, time is really precious but of course you guys don’t care. You guys do not care about your clients. The company name should change.Excellence does not exist anymore…You might wanna think twice if you are deciding to switch provider, they’ll be nice and excellent during your first year with them but slowly year by year it will become a disaster.

They’re definitely trying to hide something or are scared to disclose them to someone that isn’t even a customer. We applied for financing to see if it would cover my husband’s procedures and instead of waiting until after he got the procedure done they charged us before and it’s making it absolutely a nightmare, trying to cancel it because we decided to change our minds because of our experience in that office. My husband has a phobia of dentist and this has set us back completely will never recommend them.

Experiencia positiva: I have always had good service at this office but was really disappointed today to arrive for an appointment that had been scheduled for six weeks to be told that the Dr would not be in today. I was not notified ahead and continued to receive confirmation texts until yesterday.

Experiencia negativa: Bright now did a crown on a tooth that I said was throbbing and in pain. They said they thought it was a good idea to leave the root in, 3 months later I got a very bad infection in that same tooth, my face swelled up severely. When I went to the Endodontics they mentioned the root should have been taken out 3 months when the original crown was done. To add insult to injury Bright now sent me a bill for the visit to refer me for the tooth they messed up on. They only seem to care about money and have no care for their patients. I’m finding a new dentist after this very unpleasant experience.

Seems like doctor didn’t wash infection enough after removed my tooth and now with 5th day still infected bad rotting smell still continues. I barely stand on the smell.

He truly goes the extra mile to make sure you’re able to maintain good oral health. I’ve gone most of my life without dental care and he is working with me to improve my oral health and build good habits. And, even better, he doesn’t want to put a filling or crown on everything! He’a suggested three fillings for me when other dentists have suggested at least eight fillings. The staff here is amazing as well. They’re so kind, respectful, and professional. This office also has options for people without insurance, which is incredibly helpful since I, like many others, don’t have insurance. I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office, which is not something I can say for other dentists I’ve been to. If you’ve been looking for a dentist that is actually going to care about you, I highly suggest seeing Dr. Walker.

I have been to so many dentists, none were willing to save my teeth, all they suggested was dentures, after the fact that most of my teeth have been pulled, as an only option. I didnt think there was a dentist that cared enough to save my teeth, until I was referred to Federalway Dental excellence. Every person I have met there is very caring,and kind, but most of all, finding solutions to fit my budget so i can smile again. I have had so many bad experiences in the past, I could write a novel, listing all my awful experiences and name the dentist who did it. My prayers came true, i finally have a dentest team i can trust. My legs dont shake anymore when i sit down on their dental chair. I truely recieve real care, i was even offered a blanket when i felt a little chilly. Another time, i actually fell asleep, during a proceedure, i have never done that before. My friends see my improved smile, and want to switch to my dentist. I love it.

The office refused to refund overcharges despite multiple attempts. They also billed specialist rates while employing temporary dentists whose qualifications were seriously in doubt. • Substandard Dental Work: My procedure, like many others, was performed carelessly, leading to complications, pain, and suffering. When I sought a second opinion, multiple specialists confirmed the work was done incorrectly and required costly corrections. Despite solid evidence, the business owner denied any wrongdoing. • Review Manipulation: This office aggressively manipulates its online reputation by promoting misleading positive reviews while using threats and intimidation to remove negative ones. Despite their 4.4-star rating on Google, dozens of 1-star reviews expose their malpractice and deceptive business practices. Their 2.6-star rating on Yelp and the detailed complaints there further reveal the truth about this dishonest business. • High-Pressure Sales Tactics: Instead of prioritizing patient care, they focus on upselling expensive treatments and pushing unnecessary procedures. Many patients, including myself, were pressured into treatments that ultimately caused more problems, pain, and financial burden. • Unhygienic Practices: Multiple patient reports highlight serious hygiene concerns, such as staff failing to change gloves between patients and moving between rooms without proper sanitization. These unsafe practices put patients at risk of infections and cross-contamination. I urge you to look beyond their misleading high ratings. Read the 1-star reviews—they all tell the same disturbing story. Avoid this office at all costs.

Experiencia positiva: This was absolutely not a same day one and done appointment that I was hoping for at first but after My dentist and his team explained my options I felt very comfortable about choosing them to fix my jacko lantern teeth. I had the top set of implants put in and it took a lot of visits, it was scary not being able to go fully under for the procedure but the end results are AMAZING! I requested "Hollywood white" and my new smile literally stops people in their mid conversations to tell me how great my teeth are! My confidence has gone up ten fold. I am ready to schedule the bottom set now!! They were very patient with me also I didn't have the greatest time management but I have learned how important it is to be on time for your appointments! Experiencia negativa: They tell you that it's covered and get you in the chair, then tell you oh by the way implants are not covered but bridges are. Then do the bridge if it's covered. Then six months go by and we get a bill for 3573.00 and they want there money because the insurance doesn't cover it. Be careful of this place. Not only will you have no teeth you will not have any money either.

I had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon and they were so accommodating to get me seen within a matter of an hour (including the 30 minutes it took me to drive there. Since then, they have been warm, welcoming, highly professional and Dr. Sandy is 100% Pain Free which has been a major plus. I cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of my smile.

I started having problems with my teeth and needed bridge work done. Decided I wanted a second opinion so I went back to SeaTac family dental. They got me in right away. From the front desk, to the dentist, I felt so comfortable and confident in getting the procedure done. You won’t go wrong with any dentist there. I really appreciate their prices as I am on Medicare and have no insurance. A cleaning is $100, and it’s only $125 for cleaning and X-rays. I’m so happy I found this place.

I have bad anxiety when it comes to sitting in the chair, but they both have made me extremely comfortable during each visit. They don't just treat you like a patient; they treat you like an everyday citizen and comfort those with anxiety, like myself. I have been with this same dentistry on and off since 2017. Jeremy at the desk is wonderful as well. There is financing available, and he ensures it is affordable for you.

Folks are expecting refunds and you can’t get a hold of anybody the ladies at the front desk can’t and won’t answer the questions because no one can get in touch with no one else but them.Voicemail’s aren’t being answered and no response back and there’s never a answer on the Refunds department line. Hmmmm

Experiencia fantástica: I purchased a Groupon for my visit and finally set up my appointment with Dental Excellence. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. This is a very laid back atmosphere, and I love that so much! My last few dental facilities were honestly too formal for my liking; pricing was never an issue, but I felt like they were a little over the top. Anyway- I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and Lam (dental hygienist) was extremely prompt and friendly. I let him know that I'm pregnant with pregnancy gingivitis, and overdue by about a year for a formal cleaning. We elected to forego xrays and focused on getting my teeth and gums up to snuff. To say he was thorough would be an understatement. He explained everything from the reasons why there is gingivitis during pregnancy. We went over my medical history and he got to work. I couldn't see what he was doing, obviously, but it felt like he did an amazing job. It was quite painful, but that's my own fault. He checked in with me often during the cleaning and spent a significant time hand scaling prior to polishing. He walked me through how to actually floss my teeth (which you would think is self-explanatory, but it's not for me, even though I do floss). Most of the irritation I was experiencing was below the gum and Lam pointed out stubborn tartar, which my gum pain confirmed. My gums are SO sore, but in a good way and now for a good reason. He was non-judgemental about the state of my oral health. He offered me an oral rinse that he really advocates for and gave me some supplies to have on hand. Amazing experience and I felt cared for. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit come July.

Experiencia fantástica: Over the weekend, I suffered from acute pain in my tooth. On Monday I called the clinic and told them about my problem. On the same day, I was given an appointment. It was my first time in this clinic, I was greeted at the reception by friendly and nice clinic workers. The room itself is very cozy and inviting. The doctor expertly determined the subsequent treatment plan. The root canal treatment was done professionally and at a high level. I would especially like to mention the doctor's assistant Olga, who provided special attention, kindness, support and professional help. I went home without pain and in a good mood. Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 recommend this office. Was suffering from excruciating pain that came from an infection and I just couldn’t take it anymore. I called first thing in the morning & they said to come right in. I was a new patient & they worked with me over the phone to get my insurance and X-rays from my old office, that was so helpful. As soon as I came in, they seen me so quickly. That was the quickest wait I’ve ever had. Being very thorough with explaining, the team helped me get exactly what I needed done. Not only was the wait quick but the procedure was quick as well and I’m so relieved and pain free. On top of that, my insurance has a 1 year waiting period and this office offers financing which helped ease the financial burden of this emergency. Everyone was so patient, kind and helpful. By far THE best dental experience I’ve ever had. Will gladly be switching to become a regular patient here. Thank you so much.

I didn't go in with high expectations as I got such a great deal but it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I am so grateful to have found them and cannot reccomend them enough! I'm grateful there are wonderful dentists that make basics affordable for the uninsured.

Experiencia positiva: Friendly service but my hygienist was pretty rough during the cleaning (for reference I brush twice daily and use my water pick at night, so my teeth were in pretty good condition).

Experiencia negativa: i been coming here for 3-4 years, used to not have any issues, now they raise their price for cleaning from 60 to 80 to 100, then 150. i called and asked for a cleaning appointment, the front desk said 100. i said i dont need XRay, she said it s still 100 with or without Xray. Then after my appointment, they told me it s 150 because i had the Xray. I also ask if i can have the bill send to my home so i can pay with my health saving account but the front desk just said no, it need to be pay today Communication is very unclear and seem like money focus instead of pt focus. The dentist was also rushing, i asked some questions about my teeth and he just said he ll explain later and didnt The hygienist techs there are still wonderful and excellent as always but may not come back due to the price and front desk communication

Lam took care of me and was awesome: he was very patient, considerate, nice, and made sure I was comfortable at all time. The receptionist was also extremely nice and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I couldn't recommend this place more!

And options that best fit you for the dental work you need. The problems are on me for not coming in sooner to be seen. Tooth decay is very slow, but before you know it you are in a mess. Experiencia negativa: I really wanted to love this new dentist for our families dental needs unfortunately they have shady billing practices. They estimated the cost , I asked them to send my insurance a detailed cost so they could verify or even come close to the cost prior to receiving any services she assured me they were competent enough to handle such a task , I paid in advance for myself and my hubby, what I thought would be our deductible . 2 weeks later I received an additional bill for services that were not covered....and when questioned they were like oh so it was just an estimate...... no being off 100 -200$ is unacceptable and when I called to clarify, they lady was like oh well all I can say is I'm sorry ...how would you like to pay your bill ...SMH ...We won't be doing business with a company that is not transparent with the cost .......nope ...it doesn't matter how good the dentist is ...if my pocket book hurts well after the procedure and I feel shafted , I could of handled 20 to 30 off or even if the front desk person would of said let's look to see why each one of the cavities were charged a different amount...let's see where we were so off with our estimate .. just no ...the thing about dental and medical patients..if you are good they will be your patient for years to come along with family members but they just seemed interested in the immediate dollar . I won't be going back and neither with my family members
