Experiencia fantástica: Wise Dental is easy to work with, friendly, and they are opened on Fridays (YAY!). When I called, when we arrived, and at check out Jessica was incredibly helpful and kind. She was a pleasure and helped us out in an urgent situation. I was incredibly impressed with her calm and easygoing nature no matter was out in front of her. Once we got back to the exam room, the dentist was knowledgeable and thorough. Jessica the dental tech was an absolute gem!!! My daughter was having a particularly hard time and through the whole procedure (and even after) Jessica had the most patience, sweetest disposition, and related to my daughter to help calm her fears.

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited this office and was told I had 4 cavities. One cavity was treated, and I was told I had 3 more that needed attention. I was concerned because I was not shown the X-rays or given a clear explanation of what was found. I decided to get a second opinion, and the new dentist I visited told me they did not find any cavities. I’m thankful I got another opinion, but I do wish I had been given more information and shown exactly what was seen before moving forward with treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: New to Wise County and saw this dental office while driving through town thought I would give it a try. My initial contact with the front personnel to set up an appointment was pleasant. She was friendly, courteous and professional, a very good first impression. Today was my appointment and I arrived early and was greeted by the doctor who explained there was a power outage but was rectified in good time and the staff moved quickly and proficiently. I was made to feel comfortable and services rendered were explained upfront. Pleased with my visit.

Experiencia fantástica: They have always tried to make any process we need to do as comfortable as possible

Experiencia fantástica: Great Team of people. They got me in and got the job done quick. I would recommend going here.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for dental pain. I was told I had several cavities on both sides, around 6 she said. I had 2 filled that day and I wish I would've waited for a second opinion. The fillings I had done still hurt 6 months later. I did go for a 2nd opinion (in decatur) and I was told I had NO cavities. Im not sure what she filled/drilled into my teeth but I would not go back to this place Ever!

It was the bravest I have ever seen her at a dentist and she hasn't stopped talking about her and how sweet she was all day. She even said I love out new dentist office something I never thought I would hear from her. 10/10 experience

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and helpful. Update: I have never had shots in my gums that did not hurt! UNTIL NOW! GREAT JOB!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I got an appointment for the next day.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to dentist for over 50 years and you one of the best I’ve ever been to and I have no intentions of changing .. wonderful, pleasant atmosphere surroundings and great staff not to mention the best of care and treatment and skill from the dentist himself!

Experiencia fantástica: Received several different approaches to my dental problem, and came up with a great treatment plan. Thanks, Wise Dental, for your professionalism.

Experiencia negativa: Most awful dental experience of my life. Came in for emergency tooth pain and i was told i had to do a root canal in 4 sessions. Every session was worse than the last and when i asked for more time to numb or more numbing, i was treated as a nuisance by the dental assistant, who i remember literally rolled her eyes when i asked her to please let the lidocaine sit in my mouth for a moment before she spears me with a giant syringe. I was told i could have gas if the pain was too much, before we ever started, for a small fee, then upon asking on another session i was told it was too late. The moment i was made to feel uncomfortable for asking for less pain is when i suggest no one ever go there. Especially if the 40 something year old blonde lady with the tattoos & dead eyes still works there. No thank you. A slightly traumatic experience in my life, after having nothing but great dental experience growing up. I was not afraid of the dentist and THIS place made me afraid to go to another one. Oh and the root canal i got done here still hurts from time to time. Not sure if thats normal, but im not sure i like it.

Experiencia fantástica: Great visit today. Irma was friendly and professional. See you in 6 months!

Experiencia fantástica: I received excellent care at Wise Dental. Everyone there worked together in a very organized office. All employees were willing to help one another. Things were smooth, no pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dentist. He did such a great job on my teeth. It is the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. He was thorough and listened to my concerns. Awesome. I will 100% be back.

Experiencia fantástica: I did not have an appointment, but they fit me in for my toothache. The dentist determined that the tooth needed to be extracted, and I agreed. He was kind, professional, and made sure I was feeling no pain. I survived with little to no pain. Not saying I'd be thrilled to go through another one, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not as bad as I was expecting. Everyone in the office was friendly. They even called the next day to check on me. I'll be returning for any dental procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: They got me in quickly and were kind and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with the office and the staff! Everyone was very nice and still professional!! Would recommend them to everyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: They were and always have been amazing for myself and my kiddos!!

Experiencia fantástica: Wise Dental is an exceptionally professional and commendable facility for dental care. I underwent extensive procedures, and I found the staff to be courteous and the treatments to be conducted with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this dental practice to all, as it offers a splendid atmosphere and utilizes state-of-the-art equipment. I thoroughly appreciated my experience receiving dental services here, which are also very reasonably priced. Thank you for the outstanding service provided.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband went in today and had nothing but great things to say about this practice and its staff. He’s never been one to like the dentist, but he’s very excited to go back to them and is now saying we need to have the whole family come. Thank you guys so much for taking great care of him!

Experiencia negativa: I would get a second opinion before having anything done with them. I went to another 2 dentist after my visit with them & the other 2 dentist said everything was fine. Wise dental was trying to have me have procedures done ASAP that I did not need. I would strongly recommend another dentist or getting a second opinion after your visit with Wise Dental.

Experiencia positiva: The overall experience was alright, the downside is that they burned my chin with the chemicals

Experiencia fantástica: I dislike going to the dintist. That's the nicest way to put it but Wise Dental was a great experience for me. I had 4 fillings and upper cleaning with no Novacaine whatsoever and was not in any pain or any discomfort I would recommend Doctor Ibual anytime to anyone who is afraid of the dintist. He was very gentle and concerned about me and my comfort.

Experiencia fantástica: Great workers. Explained everything they were doing step by step. Constantly asked if all was OK. Highly recommend them.
