Dr Plumb and his team are amazing at what they do, professional from the moment I walked in the door. Sheree is outstanding with the greeting and took great care getting me checked in. Dr Plumbs work really speaks, he is both fast and efficient while making me feel cared for along with great quality. He and his assistant did super well with my crown very little to no pain. I even heard him and his staff make time for a gentleman in the op next to me who was in pain, and I could tell the schedule was busy phenomenal people and atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: Plumb Dental is absolutely incredible. After another clinic accidentally cracked my tooth during a routine cleaning, Plumb Dental got me in immediately to fix it with a crown. Years later, they still provide amazing care. (cleaning, root canal, crown) The front desk and billing team (especially Betsy) are phenomenal at clearly explaining insurance benefits. The doctor and the wonderful staff who handle the cleanings are equally fantastic, gentle, and informative. They completely restored my trust in dental care. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I just had a new lower bridge made and it is exceptional! It fit perfectly on the first attempt without having to do any adjustments! I am amazed by how well their new digital mapping tool created such an incredible bridge. Although I know I will have to get it adjusted over time, this is an indicator of how well this new tool works! I ended up throwing away my old bridge made by another dentist that caused me at great deal of heartache! Dr Woodbury is an excellent dentist with a lifetime of experience! He gets right to the heart of the matter and explains every detail of a procedure clearly! He has won me over to Plumb Dental as a new patient!! I can’t express the support and love that office gives off, I have never felt judged nor felt like they were running my tab up with unnecessary treatments since my first visit. They have taken care of my needs from the very start with welcoming attitudes. Plus I always feel special since they remember me They are very clear with scheduling and prices. I work at a doctor’s office so I value Fridays and being able to get my work scheduled all together, they have been nothing but fantastic about it. The positive, friendly energy is felt from the second you walk in to walking out. I appreciate the front desk ladies, the dental hygienists Bronwyn and Tracy, and of course the dentists themselves. Dr. Plumb and Dr. Woodbury. I can’t thank this office enough for the confidence I have back for taking care of my teeth. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This weekend my 88 year old mother developed severe pain in a molar. One call to the after hours help line and Betsy worked with Dr. Plumb for on demand care. Pain controlled and the “root” cause are now in the past. Love this team!

Experiencia fantástica: Ill just say ive been a patient of Will's (Dr. Plumb) for around 17 yrs. I had an extraction today of a wisdom tooth that was failed to pull 30 yrs ago by a different dentist. It had curved roots and was a tough extraction. He did such a good job im amazed. I would say my pain now 6 hours later with just 2 ibuprofen is probably a 2 out of 10. So thorough and gentle. Thanks Dr Plumb. Excellent work as usual

So, in my experience, plum dental has the best customer service of any service provider, of any kind, (including restaurants, hotels, golf clubs and high end resorts, etc.,) in St. George. I am not exaggerating. To a person, every individual is conscientious and fully aware. I was asked whether I needed a pillow for my head. I was asked if the attendant could take my wallet and keys to make me more comfortable. The person that cleaned my teeth also walked me to the billing person and waited till I was served. Hands-down, a fantastic job on the Customer Service Front!

They build crowns in house so there was no need for a temporary crown and return appointment. The hygienists have done a better job than anywhere else I’ve been. For the first time in over a decade, I have healthy periodontal bones. I’ve been getting perio-maintenance since 2011 and somehow never could get it right until I went to Plum Dental.

Growing up, I had a deep fear of going to the dentist, and my experiences with pediatric dentists only made my anxiety worse. While my mom was always allowed to be with me for routine cleanings, whenever I needed something more invasive, such as a filling, I was told she couldn’t be there. This was incredibly daunting for me as a child, and it made those procedures even more stressful. The most terrifying experience I had at my pediatric dentist was when I needed a filling. Having my mom not by my side during that procedure was such an overwhelming experience that it stuck with me for years. When I turned 18 and aged out of pediatric care, I found Plumb Dental, and it was like a breath of fresh air. From the very first visit, I knew I was in the right place. I shared my past experiences with Dr. Plumb, including how hard it was for me to have procedures done without my mom’s support. He was so understanding and immediately reassured me that no matter what procedure I needed—whether it was a routine cleaning, a filling, or something more involved—my mom could be with me the entire time. This reassurance was such a relief, as it made me feel like I wasn’t facing dental care alone anymore. A little over a year and a half ago, I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed, which was a huge source of anxiety for me. I was worried about the procedure, the anesthesia, and the recovery, but Dr. Plumb and his team were so incredibly accommodating. They allowed my mom to stay with me when they administered the anesthesia, which helped ease my nerves. And after the procedure, they made sure she could come back in to be with me as I woke up from the anesthesia. This level of care and consideration went above and beyond my expectations and helped me feel completely at ease during the entire process. What really stands out about Dr. Plumb and the entire team at Plumb Dental is their genuine compassion for their patients. They’ve truly transformed my view of dental care. There is plenty of open space and seating in the waiting room, so you never feel crowded. There are also tvs to watch while you wait. Everyone of the staff iare professional and answer any questions you might have. The dentists are friendly, informative, professional and do exceptional quality work. There are no hidden surprises and make sure you understand and agree to the treatment plan before beginning work. They take every precaution to keep you comfortable and safe. In addition to that, they keep up to date equipment and are very current in their knowledge and treatment. Their number one priority is you, their patient. I highly recommend this office. I personally go to Dr Workman and can’t say enough positive things about him.

I recently had a cleaning and then a month later got my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Plumb did the extraction and everything went smoothly. I've been around long enough to know the difference between a good and great hygenist, and Bronwyn is great! Dr Plumb is really friendly and skilled.
