Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of visiting CDW on Olympic, and I would have to say that the experience was bar none one of the best experiences that me and my 14 year old daughter had. Kenya and Stephanie the front office managers made us feel safe and assured we knew that we where going to be in good hands. Unfortunately, I let go of the care that I must give my teeth, and I needed some much needed work. Fortunately, I took my family to CDW and the experience was great, and the entire staff made us feel cared for and where extremely professional with how they handle their business. I am happy to write this review, and report that Children's Dental world is the place of choice for my family. Thank you to Kenya and Stephanie for encouraging my daughter and giving her suggestions on the care of her teeth. Congratulations on the way you run CDW.

Experiencia negativa: Worst service ever, I show up with my son at 9:00am appointment when they open the door until 9:10am when they finally called me was just to tell me that they don’t take my insurance, I was very upset because 2 days before I call them to confirm my appointment and ask if everything with my insurance was ok, they told me yes, and today the lady in the front ask me if I ask to run it before coming?? I was like really isn’t the your job? NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE plus their wait time is ridiculous.

Experiencia negativa: Like always our kids get all the best treatments here, The doctors are very knowledgeable and the staffs are also very competent specially the staff name "Jessica" can't thank enough for the service today~ Overall we are very happy and satified. Went back after a couple of month and we were very disappointed, the short Hispanic dude(been working in this location for years) is extremely rude!!! And never say hi or acknowledges you. We were thinking of going to another dentist solely because of this dudes nasty behavior and attitude. ..shame on you dude.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a fantastic experience at Children Dental World Olympic Office! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely patient with my little ones. The office is beautifully designed with kids in mind, making it a fun and relaxing environment. the Dr. was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my child feel comfortable and at ease. The hygienists were also wonderful, engaging with my kids and making the whole process enjoyable. I’m so glad we found this place—we’ll definitely be coming back for future visits. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a top-notch pediatric dentist!

Answered all questions I had, but more than anything they made my son feel comfortable and made the whole process soothing and easy. If your child has any sensory issues or nervous/anxious the staff really accommodates to their needs while performing any work that needs to be done in a professional and safety manner. I can’t rave enough so glad we came across this dentistry, definitely will be going back!!!

Rosario at the front desk is super helpful and friendly. They know how to handle kids especially mine that are scared. They calm them down and try to make it a fun experience. Edwin is super helpful, he told us about a toothbrush that keeps track of the brushing in an app. And a chewable that can show u if the kids brush their teeth good.

They also explain to you what they’re going to do with your child’s teeth before they do it and make sure you understand the process. I have been going to this dental office since I was a little girl and although the dentist may be a nerve-wrecking experience for kids, they make sure the kids feel safe when getting their teeth cleaned.

They always try to attend you as fast as possible and explain every step and procedure. The rooms are decorated with my girls favorite cartoons and have tvs in every room. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I am an adult who visits Dr. Joel Kim for dental care due to significant trauma from my past experiences with dentists during my childhood. Discovering Dr. Joel was a tremendous relief, as he has displayed exceptional patience and provided detailed explanations for all my concerns. Witnessing his interactions with child patients in the dental office further reassures me about his approach. The front desk staff members are consistently courteous and helpful. When I made my appointment over the phone, they even went the extra mile by texting me the office address a couple of days before my scheduled visit. The office itself exudes cleanliness and organization. As a child, I was an extremely challenging patient, to the point where my previous dentist had to resort to drastic measures like locking me in the bathroom. In hindsight, I believe being strapped in and immobilized might have been beneficial, considering the numerous root canals, approximately five crowns, and other lingering dental issues I now contend with as an adult. If only I had received the kind of support and restraint I needed back then, my current dental challenges might have been avoided. During my cleanings, cavity treatments, and crown procedures, Dr. Joel ensures that I remain pain-free. Given my fear of needles, he always applies numbing cream and possesses such a gentle touch that I scarcely feel any discomfort.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist office after work on a Friday afternoon is not ideal. The thought of having the kids with me while doing so just really added to my dread just thinking about it. But when I got there that all QUICKLY CHANGED!!! There was a designated area with tablets for the kids and two big 60 inch screen tv’s playing Disney movies for the kids. Keeping them entertained and giving me time to breathe and just unwind in the AC’ed waiting room. All in all I can truely say the experience was a pleasant one with respectful staff. I would definitely recommend it to anyone has has an upcoming dentist visit and have children but have to go after work. It truly takes them away to do their own thing while I could do me. Thank you Children Dental World for taking care of my inner child!!!!

My son had a visit today & he was nervous as any child would be going to see the dentist. The dentist & the staff members did an amazing job calming his nerves & assured everything would be just fine. I have to give a special shout out to an exceptional staff member, Rosario. Rosario was so helpful in answering my questions & assisting me through the necessary visitation forms. Her management skills handling the customers & their needs definitely have not gone unnoticed. If anyone has any questions, ask for Rosario. I'm quite certain all the staff members are just as great, but Rosario stood out to me today. Great job you guys! Till next time!

Experiencia fantástica: Been here since I was eight years old and their service are always amazing. The dental workers are very polite, caring, and efficient with their patients. Jessica and David were very careful with the issue of my teeth and asked me if I had a problem with the cleaning, to raise my left hand so I can take a mini break and then resume with the cleaning. Again both were very careful with my cleaning and made me feel comfortable in just being there! All staff are very friendly and are always okay with being asked questions. This place means a lot to me and a big reason why is because of their efficient service and kindness:)
