The hygienist at O'Keefe's was very friendly (attitude free) very knowledgeable, and I actually did not mind being in the dental chair....no pain! I am going to spread the word on the 5 star experience that I had! Oh and Terrance was pretty cool, and answered all of my questions too!

When I moved to the Westside, Dr. O’Keefe offered to refer me to someone closer but I refused and stayed with his office. It’s worth driving 25-30 minutes to see someone you trust, and provides such great care. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.O'Keefe is one of only two dentists in this area that can give a shot of novocaine with no pain. You cannot feel the needle at all. I had three fillings today and didn't feel a thing. He is the best.

Recently my husband was in an accident on his bike and Dr. O’Keefe made time to see him right away that Monday morning and also answer our call on the weekend when we were really in a scary situation. Experiencia negativa: I've been coming here for a couple of years and have recommended family to them. A family member was not getting her bill, so they decided to put the bill in my name and send it to me. When I asked about it, the dental hygienist, Heather told me that if I didn't pay the bill, they would send it to the collections department in my name. This is completely illegal and unethical. I paid the bill but we will not go back there. I also wrote them privately with no response. I would avoid this place unless you want them illegally billing you.

It was an uncomfortable experience which is highly unusual for me as a patient in this practice. I hope that this was an aberration.

I also contacted Dr Terry on a recommendation from my sister and his office got back to me early this morning with an appointment right away! Dr Terry was able to glue it back on and was very thorough and explained everything. Very upbeat and funny, he also had some crazy jokes. But my tooth was no joke as he very carefully put the crown back on, even saying how it was a well made one (from a dentist 25 years ago). By 10: 15AM it was all fixed! My now-to-be- ex dentist didn’t even call me until 11:00! Go see my NEW dentist, Dr. Terrance O’Keefe! He is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to details, thorough and he really cares about people!…. Just went in again today for another issue and as always, Dr. terry and his office were wonderful! Such a happy teeth place!

Experiencia fantástica: Today I saw Dr. O’Keefe for a crown. He had originally done a root canal a month or so ago. Today was to finish the job. He has a machine that makes the crown while I waited. The entire process of cleaning up the temporary filling and preparing the tooth for the crown plus putting the crown in was only 2 pain free hours. No pain at any point of time. What makes the visits even better is Dr. O’Keefe and his staff are friendly and funny. They kept me chuckling and make the time go by so fast. Until I found Dr. O’Keefe I dreaded dentist appointments. That is no longer the case. He and his staff are efficient and knowledgeable. Pain free dentistry! I can’t recommend this Dentist and his staff enough!
