Experiencia negativa: My son, a Mississippi College student, went to Dental Solutions of Clinton for a routine check to see if he had any cavities. We were shocked when they sent an estimate claiming he had 17 cavities—yes, 17—and said it was likely due to energy drinks. The treatment plan they presented was over $4,000, even with insurance. I was immediately hesitant and asked for his X-rays. I shared them with two different dentists in my hometown, and both confirmed that he does not have 17 cavities. They saw a few small areas to monitor but nothing as drastic as what they were claiming. Both dentists also mentioned that some corporately owned dental offices, like this one, may operate under production quotas. I’m not saying this is the case here, but it certainly raises concerns. I’m appalled that any dental office would exaggerate a diagnosis like this. It’s misleading, unethical, and makes me wonder how many others have paid for unnecessary fillings. I strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment plan from this office.

(I mean seriously, it smelled divine.) I’m not the best with names but the woman who took care of me (Brandi I believe) was great. She made sure I was comfortable and answered my questions and walked me through what she was doing. Crazy, but I can’t wait til my next visit.
