Experiencia fantástica: Teeth Cleaned and Night Guard Caroline, Angela and Dr. Sam were great. Caroline took X-rays and cleaned my teeth. Both Dr. Sam and Caroline educated me on benefits of night guard. After evaluating cost vs benefit, I elected to be fitted for a night guard. Angela helped set-up the appointment. During night guard appointment, Angela got me ready for Caroline. Caroline then did the scanning. Caroline and Angela then set-up the return appointment. Thank-you Premier Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dr Sam's office. Everyone in there is so friendly and makes you feel like part of the Dr. Sam's Premier Dentistry family. I fell on my face back in Dec. 2025 and damaged the nerves on 3 of my left front teeth. Dr Sam said I needed to get root canals and crowns. I made myself sick worrying about the whole procedure since it was in the front of my mouth. Now afterwards I would tell anyone else not to worry. It's not a painful procedure and my teeth look so good, better than before. Now I want to get the right side done so it will look equally as good. Thank you Dr Sam and thank you to the girls that work in your office with you. Y'all are the best ❤️!

Experiencia fantástica: Last October I went for a dentist appointment at another office. This was my first time in 30 years; therefore, my teeth are in bad shape. I found out I had gum disease. I went to this dentist about 6 times and my problems did not get better and they did not really give me any information on how to fix it. Fast forward to March and I decided to try Dr.Sam. His office staff is so friendly and energetic! You feel cared about from the word hello! Dr. Sam sat down with me and explained exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Of course, this meant gum surgery and wisdom teeth removal. My anxiety was bar none but I knew I had to do it to keep my teeth. In two appointments, I had the gum surgery and wisdom teeth removed on half my mouth. Dr.Sam did amazing and his entire staff was so attentive to my needs! Little to no pain whatsoever after the surgery! Very little swelling. He is GREAT! I have heard horror stories from people about the procedure I was getting done but Dr. Sam came highly recommended and I see why! I am definitely not worried about the second surgery now! Dr. Sam now has a forever patient that isn’t so scared of dentist anymore!!! Go see him!

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office deserves its great reputation. The team is professional, kind, and clearly cares about their patients. The office is very warm and inviting. Once was stuck in traffic due to another person's accident and arrived later than expected. Instead of making me reschedule, they were very understanding and still worked me in so I could be seen. That meant a lot. Also witnessed them help another patient who accidentally came in on the wrong day for his appointment. Rather than sending him away, the dentist noticed there had been cancellations and made time to see him that same day. Seeing how they treat people in situations like that really says everything about this practice. They go out of their way to help patients, and that level of care is hard to find. If you’re looking for a reliable, caring dentist, this is a great place for routine dental care and cleanings. I highly recommend them.

I’m an old Vietnam Veteran with my share of dental issues. I will say Dr Sam had me a new Lower dental implant made and I went in today for my fitting with Angela Rudy and Dr Sam and this Lower Implant feels great. Premier Dentistry with Dr Sam and his incredible assistants are Top Notch in my book.

Since then, I’ve gone there for regular cleanings and recently had a tooth pulled. Dr. Sam is straightforward, explains things clearly, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. No rushing, no confusion just professional care. Morgan, the dental hygienist, does my cleanings and is excellent thorough, professional, and easy to work with. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sam and Dr. Kumar (sorry if I misspelled it) are absolutely incredible. I'm a disabled veteran, and all my care has to be approved by the VA, total nightmare. However, the entire staff and both Doctors went above and beyond to get all my dental needs taken care of. Dr. Sam even came in on his week OFF, to do a complete root canal and crown on one of my teeth, which he and everyone has been waiting on the VA since October to approve. I would be living of our state by the time the next available appointment was; however, Dr. Sam did what the VA does not, as stated he came into work, on his vacation to ensure I got taken care of. This means more than I could ever say with words. Thank you Dr. Sam and Dr. K, and the entire Premier Dentistry staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I am extremely disappointed with this dentistry office. I am a disabled veteran who was assigned to see Dr. Sam by the VA, for what turns out to be extensive dental care. After the initial visit with x-rays, they couldn't find time for me on the schedule. Months into the wait, I broke a tooth and needed immediate care. Again, there was no room on their schedule for evan an emergency. I have gone back and have asked the VA for assignment to a different dentist office who will treat veterans with respect and provide at a minimum emergency care. EDIT Dr Sam learned about this problem from my review. There was an issue with a member of his staff who is no longer there. He personally called me to apologize and I am now on his personal schedule to make this right. This is the personality I met years ago that so impressed me. I am leaving the original review to show how there was a problem and Dr. SAM FIXED IT.

I was having problems with teeth shifting and becoming loose. I was so anxious to the point I could barley sleep because I was so worried and dreading this office visit. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Premier Dentistry and thought my appointment was at 2pm. Boy, was I wrong, it was at 10am, but Dr. Rice and Angela made time for me anyway. I had broken a crown and it was barely hanging on (3 teeth crown). I have always been very afraid of dentists because of what I had been thru all my life. I have TMJ and have had 2 surgeries for it. I can't hold my mouth open very long and the props they use cause my jaws to go into spasms and is very painful. Dr. Rice understood what I was telling him about the pain of opening my mouth and the surgeries I had had on my jaws. He talked with me and asked questions to fully understand what all I had been through. That's when I knew I had found the right dentist for me. Dr. Rice and Angela did not use the props. Instead, Dr. Rice and Angela took their time and made me feel as if I mattered and that they were there to help me get out of pain and to fix my teeth. Angela stayed with me and would talk to me and calm me down. Dr. Rice was so gentle with me, and I could tell he really cared about me as his patient. He was very good at explaining what was going on and what he was doing or was going to do. He made me feel at ease and I trusted him and Angela right away. I highly recommend Dr. Rice and Angela to anyone needing dental work of any kind. With Dr. Rice, I feel I can go to him on a regular basis now and not have to fear any dental work. If you need anything done to your teeth, go to Dr. Rice and Angela. You will get the kind of care you need and deserve. Veterans are special to these guys as well. Thank you, Dr. Rice and Angela for everything you guys have done for me.

Experiencia fantástica: This was absolutely the BEST dental experience that i have ever had. Dr Sam and Christina were very professional, personal and gentle. After today i dont dread the injection or all the drilling and water. They took very good care of me and made me comfortable through the entire procedure. I had a crown prep and they made the permanent crown on site while i waited. No temporary necessary and no additional appointment. The crown fits perfectly and looks like my natural tooth! Excellent job by all involved!! I will never go to another dental practice! I have found the perfect dentist and the perfect staff.

He and his team were truly outstanding and upfront from the start....very professional. He explained everything that was to be completed beforehand. Experiencia fantástica: So I found Dr. Sam and his amazing team by accident. I went to a dentist around the corner (not naming names, even though I should) I had a crown put on. My crown wasn't put on properly. I told them the bite didn't feel right and once the anesthetic wore off I could also feel that there was a gap between my gum and crown. I had an appointment set for a cleaning and I was going to address this issue. My appointment was at 8:30am, I made sure to get there on time to find the door to the office locked. The lady at the front desk informed me that they had a meeting and wouldn't be able to see me until 9:30. I got there on time but unfortunately my time was not as important as theirs. They didn't even let me in the office. So I sat in my car and proceeded to get more and more offended. I drove over 20 miles for said appt. I called Dr. Sam's office and they got me in at 10:30a that same day. What a Godsend. I was welcomed into Dr. Sam's office, I even received a welcome gift. He confirmed my suspicion that my crown was not seeted properly. He told me to give the other dentist a chance to make things right. They wanted to charge me and put in a filling or something to replace the gap. Of course, I wasn't having that, so I set up an appointment with Dr. Sam to make things right. My insurance wouldn't cover what needed to be done so I did have to pay out of pocket, but it was worth every dime. Dr. Sam (oddly) gives the most gentle shot I have ever had in my mouth. He made the crown right there in his office so I was able to walk out with a permanent crown the same day. During the time that I was there I enjoyed excellent treatment, excellent conversation and I felt like they all really cared. I moved out here from MI and I had a great dentist back there, so I know an excellent dentist when I see one and Dr. Sam is one excellent dentist! Thank you Dr. Sam, Patsy and Angie for being excellent, professional and friendly. Would I recommend Dr. Sam at Premier Dentistry? The answer is an absolute YES! I honestly don't normally do reviews but I felt that this one was worth my time. One last high I would like to point out is that they have a program to help out Veteran's in need of dental work, if that doesn't gain your respect, I don't know what will. Experiencia fantástica: I just had my second appointment and it was better than my first appointment. Alley greets you with a smile and gets you checked right in. Then Angie took me back and even remembered me and was just as friendly as the first time. She talks with you, not at you. Dr. Leke is kind and wants to know your expectations. He says what he is doing and what you may feel. He checks frequently if your doing okay and waits for an answer. I have never experienced a comfort feeling in a dentist but these folks pull it off well. Checking out is an easy process. Previously I had been told how much and it was exactly that, no hidden fees when I went to check out. My next appointment was explained to me and the cost was written down for me. I believe it was Crystal that checked me out and was very considerate. These folks even let me split my payment in half which was a huge help. All places I have been want money all up front.

I made my appt within 2 days of my call. I was very pleased with the staff and Dr Leke. Very gentle in filling a tooth I had chipped and lost old filling out. Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dentist office I have ever been to! Everyone was so kind and respectful. We had some nerves going into the dentist, let's be honest who doesn't. But Patsy was so nice and set us up for Dr. Jay and Annie, who were humorous and calming. Other dentist offices don't really tell you much about what is going on or what their plan of action is, but not this office! They gave us awesome after care information and made sure we were good to go before giving us the clear to leave. I really appreciated that. Ms Patty then got us all taken care of before we left and treated us so kindly. Thank you to the staff at Dr. Sam's, we will be back!

Experiencia fantástica: My appointment today was just as comfortable as the visits I have had in the past. I had a tooth removed and a bone implant. Dr. Leke and Angie, his assistant, were professional and I felt at ease. Look forward to all my upcoming appointments with confidence.

Experiencia fantástica: This was seriously the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Needed a wisdom tooth pulled and was very nervous about showing up to a new dentist. I had a recommendation to dr Sams..I was so apprehensive but from the moment you get to the check in to the end of your visit..I felt like I had a spa day..instead of a tooth repair..and I really needed that blanket.. Experiencia fantástica: I was very nervous with double extraction scheduled with Dr. Jay and nurse Anjie. Dr. Jay was very professional and compassionate and the procedure went without complications and without any complaint from me. So very thank full to them both for taking great care with me and a very smooth procedure. I would recommend Dr. Jay/Angie and look forward to further care.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband had started using PD SO I took my son for his care and was really impressed with the education they gave for self care, and information on each procedure they done. I am at ease during these times and my son is getting better. I suppose there will always be the drill sound, but as long as i can’t feel it, I’m good. I have even bragged on PD to people who ask me “ who do you recommend?”

Experiencia fantástica: My new patient appointment started out great as I nervously walked throught the door. I was Pleasantly greated with a smile and kindness. She was very busy but I watched as she took time for every single person that checked in. Xrays are a bit challenging for me but time was taken to not cause me discomfort. Dr. Edwards entered and gave an explanation for my issues with a couple of solutions. My choice was his first recommendation and would be best long term. Dr Edwards education of the dental anatomy helped me to feel fully comfortable and ready to proceed. He told me I would not feel any pain and I did not. Between him and Morgan they kept me updated on how the procedure was going and how much longer to go. I felt important the entire time in the exam chair. I noticed that he appreciated Mogan's assistance and so did I. She helped make this process smooth. Her kindness and post procedure information was a great ending to the visit. The check out was fast and once again you get more smiles! I will be ready for my next appt without any hesitation. This entire experience was great. Thank you Dr Edwards and all of your staff

Experiencia fantástica: great place and I usual hate the dentist. DR. Edwards knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to dealing with a nervous customer and doing what needs to be done with the most minimal amount of pain in the best way possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sam is always very professional and friendly. He has a great deal of patience and listens. His office staff is outstanding as well. They will greet you with a smile every time. My husband and I love this place! My husband is a Disabled Veteran who won the Keep Veteran's smiling in 19-20. Never have we been rushed out because all work is free with Dr. Sam. My husband was suffering in so much pain as all his teeth needed to be pulled and dentures were needed. He would never smile or have his picture taken. Now he has a beautiful teeth and don't stop smiling. He takes tons of selfies with the two of us. LOL.... Great Service! I just can't say enough.

Experiencia negativa: This place is just okay.. but they charged me for a few X-rays and a quick exam when Aspen Dental did a full mouth X-ray and full exam for free! And I didn’t feel they were Veteran friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I've, been to Dentist in several Sates and Dr. Sam's is the best I've used! Dr. Sam is patient, careful and is very concerned for your well being. He does great work. His staff is also very caring and friendly. I wish I had found him sooner instead of later!

Experiencia positiva: The dentist and dental staff are great. The billing department not so much. They bill your claims wrong and refuse to correct them causing patients to pay out of pocket!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a root canal . 1st one ever today . People had me scared to death . I am now leaving the dentist office and I feel just like I did when I walked in to have the procedure. If your root canal was a bad experience then maybe you need a new dentist. Dr Edwards and Angie were Great!!!!! I’m telling you I feel normal

Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing practice! I love how they always remember me and treat me with so much welcoming! It definitely makes the trip from out of town worth every second! I can’t recommend this awesome place enough! They will make your day! Thank y’all! Also I wanted to update my review to add today they searched high and low to make sure I would be covered by insurance and went above and beyond. I don’t know where they find such amazing employees but they from heaven. I’m gonna miss visiting them since unfortunately I’m out of network with them now.

Experiencia fantástica: The receptionist was very cheerful and professional. I was in pain, but she made me feel at ease, informed me of expectations of my appointment. It's nice to be greeted and you know it was genuine, I felt like I was visiting family. Dr. Jay has excellent bed side manners and did an outstanding job on my root canal and two crowns all in one visit. I love being able to get your crowns all in one appointment. His assistant was very honest and extremely knowledgeable on her job, she made my experience pleasant and was making sure I was taken care of beyond my expectations. I've been to a few places, this place is way above the rest.

Experiencia fantástica: I always feel like the only patient they have when I’m there. They take time to make sure I understand treatment (even simple cleanings) and let me know what they’re keeping an eye on so I won’t have any surprises at my next visit.

Experiencia negativa: This office is terrible. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. They came in, numbed my mouth and left me in the room for 2 hours. They finally came back, pulled the tooth, and then told me they would call in antibiotics and pain meds. I left, and on the way home they called to tell me that because I was given 3 days worth of pain meds on the Sunday before, they would not call me any in. This was on Thursday.... so I had just gotten a tooth pulled and only 2 pain pills left from the Sunday before to make it. I was in SO much pain! I called on Friday, left a message and never got a call back. I called back on Monday, left another message, and never got a call back. When my insurance sent my EOB, I saw they over charged me. I called them, left a message. nobody called back. I called back again and got someone, who said she could only take a message. I finally had to send them a pic of my EOB, and they called me back to tell me they would refund me, but it would be next month because they only write checks once a month. Don’t go to this office if you want good care and customer service! They left me in SO much pain and never cared to call me back!

Super sweet and absolutely love the front desk receptionists bubbly personality. 5 stars for this place because nothing else compares!

Experiencia fantástica: I went today... what a relief my tooth had been bothering me for two days. My appointment . Was at 2pm believe it or not... I was in the chair at 2:05pm. Ex-ray's were done in no time. Paper work was brought to me and explained so that I didn't have to get up and go to the front desk. The assistant numbed my tooth, Dentist came in, I did not know that there computers that choose what size of needles to use. ❤ I think I'm in love with the computer... Tooth is out..... never felt it come out.. yep this is the place to go for your teeth there Awesome ❣

Experiencia fantástica: It is very unfortunate that I cannot give Dr. Edwards 10 Stars. He was able to squeeze me in the same day I called. He addressed my pain immediately so that I could make a clear headed decision about my options. It was definitely the best experience I have ever had at a dental office.
