Experiencia negativa: I am a previous patient and I have absolutely no complaints about the first time I was a patient. I returned to get a new set of dentures and it has been nothing but a total pain in the ass. I have had a total of 8 appointments 6 of which have been cancelled by your office I have to use vacation time from work to make these appointments and then they get cancelled I was actually in the office for one of these checked in and then sat for an hour only to be told that you needed to cancel bc the lab didn’t have my teeth done why was I not told when I arrived instead of having me wait an hour to tell me. I asked why they make an appointment then call you in about 12 hours to cancel this is what has been done to me 6 times. I am not happy I will not recommend you nor will I ever return after this set of teeth the dentist and assistants are very good but your front desk is unorganized, confused and poorly trained Honestly if I would have known how difficult this was going to be I would have went somewhere else and if I can’t get my dentures within the next 2 weeks I will be asking for a refund and go somewhere else I have wasted a lot of time already for nothing it should not take 8 appointments and 7 weeks just to get a second appointment Thank you Deanna Roth

Experiencia positiva: I had a great deal of issues with my husband having to have a total extraction and then having to wear the dentures, which proved to be impossible. I was in contact with the office and they were very kind but not very helpful, this is day four and he can’t put them back in because they hurt him, he has stitches and can barely eat soft food. This procedure is not a good thing for dementia patients and they are very aware of the issue.

From the moment I walked in for my first to my most recent appointment they have consistently held the standards. My first appointment reception was incredibly nice helped answer all my questions. My second visit even though they were busy still opened a spot to help me without waiting. In short I will not be seeing another dentist! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia negativa: I waited 2 hours to be seen. I was buying their most expensive denture and after waiting 2 hours the tech guy said he needed me to wait while he had lunch before doing my impressions!! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!!

Experiencia negativa: I have gone here previously and it was nothing but a great and amazing experience. This time I went to get more work done multiple teeth pulled and jaw bown shaved down. Too get to the pharmacy to pick up pain meds and they gave me motrin! That's not even the best part the prescription was written wrong so they were unable to fill it. Pharmacy called to have it corrected that afternoon. It was not by the end of the day and now they are closed and have to make it threw the night with nothing but over the counter meds. No emergency after hours phone number. I was sent to a voice mail. It's the following morning now almost 11pm ive called and left messages multiple times and still have not be able to speak with anyone! I now will drive 45 min to the office to try and get some kind of help for pain

Experiencia negativa: WARNING: THIS DENTAL PROCEDURE CHANGED MY LIFE FOR THE WORSE If I could go back in time, I would never allow Dr. Michael Kimble and his team at Affordable Dentures in St. Charles to touch my teeth. I went in expecting crowns. What I got was five months of pain, stress, failed dental work, and a nightmare that still affects my life today. Within the first week, the crowns started falling out of my mouth. Not one. Multiple times. Imagine spending thousands of dollars only to have your dental work fail almost immediately. Eating became stressful. Talking became embarrassing. Every day I wondered what would fall apart next. The most frustrating part was feeling completely abandoned when the problems began. When I needed answers, accountability, and help, I felt like I was getting the runaround instead of solutions. Eventually, I sought another opinion from a highly respected dentist. After examining the situation, I was told the condition of my upper teeth had deteriorated to the point that repair was no longer a realistic option and that full extraction with implants was the only path forward. Let that sink in. I went in for crowns. Now I’m facing the loss of all my upper teeth and the cost of implants. The emotional toll has been devastating. The financial burden has been enormous. The physical discomfort has been relentless. What should have been a simple procedure turned into one of the biggest regrets of my life. If you’re considering treatment here, please do yourself a favor and get multiple opinions before making a decision. Read reviews carefully. Ask hard questions. Protect yourself. I can’t change what happened to me, but if this review prevents even one person from going through the same ordeal, then writing it was worth it. This experience didn’t improve my smile it destroyed my trust.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a customer for over 15 years and was told when i went in to have a tooth put back in my plate that "you must not have visited us in a while, I have no record of your account. I advised that I know and have worked with several people including the one standing behind her. I was then told that since it has been a while since I was there, the to fix my tooth, I will have to pay for an appointment - my bill went from $100.00 to over $250.00. This is NOT, let me say this again this is NOT the same place that has been in St. peters for the last 15 years, SOME of the same people MAY still work there, but the management staff is totally new and they suck. After over 15 years of service, I will be finding another place, and don't really care if they cost a little more... tired of getting screwed over for simple requests...Avoid this place like the plague.

Experiencia fantástica: I had implants done on Thursday and was very hesitant of how I would feel next day. Am very impressed of how I am doing. I have been doing what was recommended. I have been going to Affordable Dentures and Implants for a while and have a good report with the hygienist there as well know family members. This is the first time that Dr. Samaad has worked on me and I was very happy with the outcome so far. Will definitely recommend there office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Samad and her team were so welcoming! I appreciate her working with me when the surgeon in my office was in transition. She answered all my questions before my procedure, made sure I was fully numb before my procedure so I did not feel any pain, made sure I was fine during the procedure, and talked to me about the procedure and after care when it was over. Dr. Samad and her assistant made what could have been a painful, scary procedure a calm, pain free procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my dentures and extractions done. June 22nd to be exact. And I cannot give enough stars. From start to finish they are AMAZING. I cannot recall everyone's name but literally everyone I had helping me, answeing all my questions even if they were repetitive, and explaining the process were super super friendly and they took their time with me. I never felt like they didn't care. They truly care. You can tell that everyone from start to finish were there because they wanted to me. This is a life altering procedure and a procedure I was beyond nervous for. And they wanted nothing but the best for me. Thank you all for everything you've done to make this transition so smooth. I would suggest this location to everyone I know. Absolutely the best. I live in fairview and there is a location here but the reviews were subpar and quite concerning. So I went with my gut and im glad I made the trip. It was totally worth the drive and totally worth the time. I wish I could add a photo but I can't figure it out. I'm so excited for my finals as I am a little over a day out. But just 24 hours later I was able to remove my dentures and get a new pad placed and it's a new world. I cannot say enough good about my experience. Thank you all for being an amazing team!

Experiencia negativa: This is the fourth trip to pick up my son’s teeth and they still do not fit. Once I can understand but four times is unacceptable. We are going on two months without teeth at this point.

Experiencia positiva: I needed follow up appointments to have my implants adjusted and a hole filled in. I called for appointments and they never called back. After over a month I finally went in person and reluctantly received an appointment. I am needing more adjustments and running into the same problem. No follow up or help. This is at the St. Charles, MO office. Since this review the service has been excellent. An implant was replaced and fit was perfect. All is good so far with my latest implant. Have to try it out for a week or two.

Experiencia negativa: So far not a good experience, the dentist is no where involved and sits in his office instead of helping craft the dentures. Bunch of unsupervised people that do not know what they are doing. Brought my mom (Carol) who is the client, but I am her POA and responsible for her care to get top of the line dentures. The dentist came in and checked her gums and said she had a little inflammation but otherwise okay. (She was wearing old dentures till we could get new ones). The assistant took the denture mold and overfilled the mold with paste to take impressions of her dentures. She put in the upper and it squeezed out so much paste , it squeezed out the back and it made my mom gag. While she was telling her she was gagging, the assistant shoved the lowers in. My mom never had an opportunity to even bite down and make the impressions. She then pulled them out when my mom said she was gagging. I thought she was going to start again, but no, she sent us out the door and said wax was next week. When mom came in to get wax, the dentist only sat in his office and was never part of the process. They assistant put the wax molds in her mouth and asked her to bite down. She said she couldn’t because it was so sharp that it was cutting her gums. The dentist was no where to be found and did not leave his office. The assistant scraped on the wax molds but not a good fit. They want her to come in and get finals today. But the process is a mess. The people are untrained, and learning on my mother with NO oversight from the dentist that they pay to sit in the office. I called today to speak to the dentist about the process, and see if he could maybe get involved , and the front desk stated that “The dentist does not speak to the patients!” (Well now you know it is a farce! ). They took my number and said someone from corporate would call. There is no ability to speak to the dentist here? Really! I’m asking for a full refund and disputing this with my CCard company. For 3500 dollars you should get some sort of quality and service. I will also be contacting the BBB to discuss. In no way is this a 4 or 5 star experience. After getting off the phone with their home office, I was told they will process a full refund.

Experiencia negativa: Michael Kimble is a joke and very unprofessional. He lies on notes from the original consultations. I had four implants put in and a month later two fell completely out. I hired an attorney, but because he lied several times in my file or went back to edit what we originally spoke about. It was his word against mine! So frustrating that a so called professional can get away with lying and not be held responsible for his dishonest procedure. Beware he is not to be trusted. Lesson learned

Experiencia negativa: This started out with a convincing story of what my daughter needed along the lines of replacing her 2 front teeth with a simple bridge until we could get her two front teeth replaced implants costing about $8000. All of this was acceptable until she came in for her appointment to have the bridge set . Traffic on 270 was stopped running her 15 minutes late. They refused to see her ( they always seem to be short of staff) and put her off for another week ( making 3 weeks total with no front teeth) They bridge was finished but the receptionist was mean, denigrating and so disrespectful of her that she was in tears. I called and she hung up on me. My daughter is a professional and attending meetings with no front teeth is damaging to her career. The bridge was made and in house but she wasn't allowed to simply go back and have it put in. The bully of a receptionist would not allow us to speak with a Dr. She has $8000 of implants being done in the coming months but due to the absolute disrespect, disregard and rudeness of this receptionist we will be having the work done elsewhere where they care and respect their patients.

The lab guy I think his name is Jamal I'm bad with names but he got me in and out and I wasn't there an hour thank you! I didn't know what I was going to do with my front tooth missing. Experiencia fantástica: ⸻ I am extremely happy with my experience at Affordable Dentures so far. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain every step of the process in great detail, which really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Kimball was quick, efficient, and professional. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. The facility itself is very clean and well organized, which added to my overall sense of comfort and safety. I am currently on day three after 16 extractions, and my swelling and pain have been minimal. I was provided with ample antibiotics, pain medication, and steroids to help manage swelling, and everything was clearly explained ahead of time. I took a pill-form sedative prior to the procedure, and it worked like a charm—I slept through the entire thing and felt nothing. They even numbed my mouth before the initial numbing injections, which made a huge difference. The entire process was as painless as it could possibly be. I was given choices for tooth color, and I specifically requested that my canines be made slightly pointed so my temporary dentures wouldn’t look fake, which they happily accommodated. That detail meant a lot to me, and I greatly appreciated them listening to my request and making it happen. Even though my dentures are currently ill-fitting due to swelling and I have not had my first adjustment yet, my smile is the best it has ever been, even at this early stage. I am very grateful for the care, professionalism, and support I’ve received from the entire team so far. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me, and I feel confident that it will only continue to get better as I move forward in the process. I look forward to updating this review as I continue my treatment.

Experiencia positiva: Ive used Affordable Dentures since 2016. They were always great. Now not so much. I went in 6 months and 2 days ago because I had a chip in my upper from dropping in sink. The quoted price for repair was 225. The cost of new denture was just over 300. So I decided to get new. The new denture cracked in half last night, while I was eating. Thankfully I had my old uppers which Ive had since 2016. Took the cracked ones in today and because Im 2 days out of warranty I have to pay for repair. Meanwhile my 10 year old uppers are just as strong as they were when I purchased them. Im guessing they are using lower quality materials. Dentures shouldn't crack in half after only 6 months and there shouldn't be a repair fee 2 days out of warranty. However overall the experience with the company has been ok. Responding to Affordable Dentures response........yes the repair for the new dentures that were cracked in half was in fact 115.00. However what I was referring to in the first paragraph was for my original dentures. The repair for those were 225.00, or 325.00 for a new upper. So I got a new upper. You repaired the old dentures for free (small chip). I appreciate that though it seems odd you would quote me 225 for a small chip and 325 for new. But whatever. My only gripe I have is you charging me 115 to repair a denture that is 2 days out of warranty and that in no way a 6 month old denture should crack in half

From the start of my treatment plan, they have been thorough, informative and sensitive to my process and decision. Having been to numerous appointments, I have been called back within 5 minutes of arrival each time. The ladies (staff) have always been welcoming and personable. I have had an exceptional experience and am so excited to see the end result considering I am more than happy with my temporary set. I will continue to recommend Dr. Kimble! Experiencia negativa: Do not go to this place for dentures. They made my Dad’s dentures incorrectly 3 times and then refused to make them right. The last visit the woman even yelled at him. This is no way to treat anyone, much less an elderly veteran. Their work is shoddy, customer service is awful and their guarantee is worthless. I called and left a message and no one called me back. Seriously DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AFFORDABLE DENTURES.

Experiencia negativa: Don't call with an emergency that they caused during the holidays. They will make excuses and tell you that you can spend the holidays not eating because they don't have 20 minutes to make a small adjustment. Ridiculous, I will just shave it myself, glad I bought the 5 year plan, super helpful

Experiencia positiva: Everyone at Affordable Dentures is very nice and friendly. They work extremely hard to make sure you are satisfied with whatever service you are receiving that day. Also, the prices on everything are very reasonable and they accept insurance. That being said, I have been there at least 4 times lately, and every time, I have been in the waiting room for anywhere from at least half an hour up to almost 2 and a half hours. I understand that things beyond their control happen sometimes, but when I have a 2 o'clock appointment, to try in a wax denture, I dont expect to leave at 5 o'clock. Other than the wait time, I highly recommend Affordable Dentures for their commitment to doing everything they can to please their clients and the very friendly staff and doctors.
