Dr. Robinette is the best for trying to make you as comfortable as possible. I have had a few root canals and they are never fun but Dr Robinette takes good care of his patients. He's busy but that means he's very good at his job and in demand. He has expanded his staff and all of them are the same. Dr. Humphrey is awesome. They are all highly skilled and personable. Teeth cleanings are a done with skill and the latest tools. Highly recommended.

The reception area features a coffee station and two beautiful, well-maintained aquariums that create a relaxing environment. Millie, my hygienist, was fantastic. She was gentle and thorough, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The equipment also appears to be newer and more advanced than at my previous dentist. Very happy I made the switch and found this office so close to home.

But I definitely found a wonderful replacement in Dentistry By Design! When I walked through their front door, it was a very welcoming setting.. I had read about their aquariums and they are beauttiful. The dental hygienist was Melissa and she was friendly and thorough. When Dr Humphrey came in to look ant my teeth, he spent a few minutes first for us to get to know each other. He was not pushy to rush into replacing some of my crowns that work for now but will eventually need to be replaced. I was happy to learn that they have a lab in their office so getting a new crown is done in one visit. I am very happy to recommend my new dental family.

Experiencia negativa: If you respect your time and you are looking for a dentist to respect you not book an appointment with this office. My appointment was cancelled 4 times in a row and when I complained about that I was told to find another doctor because the doctor does not want to see me. It took about 2month and finally I was not visited by Dr. Robinnette. I am so disrespected and regretful for wasting my time for him. Instead of apologizing for cancelling my appointments he preferred not to see me. The worst unprofessional way to treat a patient. People should respect themselves against unprofessional behaviour

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly wish I had before and after pictures to show the difference. My son recently got his braces removed and a ton of decay and staining was below the brackets that we weren’t aware of. His teeth looked AWFUL and my son was so self conscious of them that he wouldn’t smile. Although it took some time to get in, it was more than worth the wait. Dr Robinette did an AMAZING job! You never would have guessed how bad his teeth looked before because his smile is so beautiful now! Cannot recommend enough! 10 out of 10!!!

I was impressed when he sat down and spoke with me at eye level. He answered my questions thoroughly. Bonus points for the efficient and cheerful office staff. This is the swankiest lobby with not one but two aquariums to help soothe nervous patients! I highly recommend this dental clinic.

They were able to schedule me for a consultation the day after I called to get a quote, and after our consultation Dr. Robinette was able to get me in later that afternoon to remove the problem teeth. He explained everything to me thoroughly and is very experienced in wisdom teeth removal. I felt very comfortable with the surgery after hearing how knowledgeable he was with the subject. Their pricing was extremely fair, gave me a quote for the most my surgery would be, and ended up coming in at less than a 1/3 of the cost. Extremely happy I decided to do my surgery with their team and would recommend to anyone looking for a professional and reasonable Oral Surgeon. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been there twice now and I HATE dentist more then most people do. However this place is fantastic and Honestly they probably saved my life twice. The first time by refusing to do dental work until I spoke to a Dr about my blood pressure so I immediately knew their concerns were real and not finicialy motivated. The dentist talking to me made it clear how sick I was without me even knowing it. His concern was real and touching. The staff is far superior to any place I have ever went to in a medical office, Especially the front desk and dental assistants. The second visit was months later they took me in even as busy as they were right after a holiday. Because they knew I had to wait until my BP was under control. They immediately did the work I desperately needed and explained everything to me, were extremely fast, professional and AFFORDABLE I am a cash patient (no insurance) They did the work for a extremely fair price and did a over all AMAZING JOB! They also eliminated my fear of dentist that I have had for over 35 years. I will now have regular visits.
