Experiencia negativa: Because I complained online about the time they made me wait, on here. They sent me an email right away telling me they will no longer serve me or my kids because of false accusations on Google. Instead of fixing the issue they will throw you away. Glad too see how they solve customer reviews. I was not the only patient complaining about the time wait today.

Experiencia negativa: The only reason they have a 4.9 is because they make their patients give them a 5 star review when you walk out. The last two appointments they have made me wait 1.5 hours to see the doctor. Every time I ask they keep saying you will be in shortly and still wait for a long time while other patients go in and out. I get that some of the doctors are faster then others but if you know one doctor takes long please don’t schedule her appointments every 30 min she doesn’t make them on time. Today was the last time I wait for them. Switching doctors because they harrass you to see if you are coming to the appointment via text, phone calls but don’t take u in on time. I have a job I can’t take a whole day off just to wait for a doctor that can’t meet her appointments.

The staff was so friendly and patient, and they made the girls feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. My daughters actually loved the visit — from the gentle care to the fun and welcoming atmosphere. I’m very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend this office to other families looking for quality and compassionate dental care for their kids.

She made them feel comfortable, and her calm approach really helped ease any nerves. The cleaning and X-rays were done thoroughly, and she did an amazing job. Experiencia fantástica: Hello Good Day & Just had an appointment with daughter with this dentist location. Although there was insurance coverage problem we found a solution and it was resolved good. Teeth cleaning time, I as a parent am so grateful for (Yasmin) that did the teeth cleaning because she was so sweet and explained to my child every instrument and procedure calmly and nicely. I thanked her because I’m so grateful and appreciative. Also Thankful and appreciative for the dentist and staff, Great location super clean and loved the kids area. I am so happy and will come back for follow up appointments.

Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter here for a consultation in January for braces, I have called several times for the treatment plan only to be either on hold for a an extended amount of time, told that I would be called back, hung up on, that my insurance is not accepted then that it is accepted, but still no treatment plan to date. I went here because the orthodontist that my son sees works out of this office as well, and it’s closer to my home, my son originally went to a different location where they were much more professional.
