Experiencia fantástica: I never like to go to the dentist but we all have to go. I have had many dentists due to moving around and being unsatisfied with their practices. This is the best dental office I have been to. I don't feel like they try to cheat me or scare me into getting unnecessary work done which has happened to me several times in the past. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Everyone is kind and friendly. I absolutely love their big open exam rooms! I drive from Savannah and switched to Godley Station because of the care they gave my mother. She was 90 with Alzheimer's and started having pain in her jaw which I knew was Trigeminal Neuralgia because almost everyone in my family has it. But the way the system works is you have to get it proved that it is not a dental problem before a neurologist will take over treatment. Having Alzheimer's made getting X-rays a challenge to put it mildly and other dental offices failed. But Godley Station handled her with care and patience and got all the needed X-rays without tears and set up her appointment for the next step. I changed dentists on the spot for both my son and myself and we haven't regretted it. My son is on the Autism spectrum and they do great with him even getting fillings. (Other offices have just tattled to me that he was difficult). They have also managed to get him to brush much better by showing him less sensory sensitive ways to brush. The simple fact that having an appointment doesn't stress him out shows how good they are. This is the best office I have been to in over 50 years.

They did not make me feel uncomfortable or less then because of being someone young with a denture. I was not pressured into doing some kind of crazy dental work I could not afford either.

Experiencia negativa: I feel GS at times are more concerned about esthetics of teeth rather than health of them. Also, during this visit, I was asked if I wanted fluoride. I was not informed of an additional cost until after application which is deceitful practice. Please ensure patients are made aware of additional costs prior to moving forward. I will not be visiting this dentist again.

I went to a highly rated office in RH and I was told I had a cavity as a first time patient. I was also told the cavity may not be covered by insurance bc it was located on front, rear of my tooth ??? After switching insurances I returned back to Godley Station for a second opinion and I didn’t have a cavity after all. I’m thankful for honest second opinions! I love this office and will be staying!

Everyone from the dentist to the hygienist was friendly, and check-out was a breeze. During checkout, I received a comprehensive treatment plan with pricing. When they discovered my insurance was in-network, they called me about an hour after my appointment to inform me that the price had changed, demonstrating their due diligence in ensuring both my needs and theirs were met.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

She explained everything and went over my daughters images with her (she’s 10 ). Sara at checkout was very knowledgeable regarding insurance coverage. She explained all the different options for all treatments needed. Thank you Godley Station for your great customer service.

Experiencia negativa: This place is great other than they didn’t tell me until AFTER they had done my cleaning, that they don’t take my dental insurance (which they make you provide when you book the appointment, so surely they would have checked/known this in advance?)

Experiencia negativa: Spoke with them on Monday and sent insurance information. Spoke with them again on Tuesday to confirm my appointment and made sure they had my updated insurance information. I wait 45 mins only to be told I’m actually out of network, I must pay in full and see what I get reimbursed. Very unsatisfied on the lack of communication or follow up that should have been done 48 hrs in advance to my appt. I had to call out of work to keep this appt since my insurance is dropped on 3/31 due to a job change. Will not recommend to anyone unless you keep up on your insurance information and specifically asking them if they have filed/have checked if they’re in network before your appt date. I am not upset over the change in insurance. The discontent comes from the lack of communication or follow up given when I checked Monday and Tuesday regarding my forms and insurance to assure it was all ready. Then I sat for an hour only to finally be told I would have to pay up front. I missed work for this appt and I had prior engagements I missed by 14:30. Overall very upsetting with the insurance department specifically.

She was very kind to me. Dentist was also very kind. For the first time in my life, I am not nervous to go back in 6 months for my cleaning.

Experiencia negativa: I found the office to be very pleasant when I walked in and the staff were kind as well. My issue is they seem to be overly aggressive with work that needs done, charging thousands. I know two people that went who ended up needing a bunch of work done per this office and almost a year later are still paying it off. That by itself didn't alarm me, and when I moved from the islands out here I didn't want to commute an hour to my old dentist so I thought I'd try them. When I was seen by Godley Station Dental they said I needed crowns and honestly tried scaring me into getting them. I thought it was crazy that in the past 4 years I haven't had a single new cavity yet I suddenly need crowns? I decided to get a second opinion and the other dentist said I had nothing of concern on my xrays and he said I was not the first person that's happened to that he's met. My experience in conjuction with the other people I know all needing crowns when no prior dentist has mentioned it is why I'm giving the 1 star.
