Experiencia negativa: I've been going over Orthodontic Treatment with DentalWorks for about 24 months now. The original estimate was 18 months for Cleararc Orthotondistic Treatment. The first 8 months of the treatment were outstanding, but once they let the first Orthodontist go, I began to have several issues with them such as 6 months treatment interruption between first set and refinement set, no replacement of one attachment during the refinement without any information at the time about compromising the treatment and/or possible additional costs. Finally, they informed me that if I wanted to continue the Treatment and have my teeth aligned, I would need to pay more which I refused to do so. Person on the front desk told me she would get in contact with the Office. I'm still waiting a reply which I didn't get to this day. Unfortunately, that leave no other option but informing Better Business Bureau and pursue my goal which is aligning my teeth with the method I've chosen with or without DentalWorks - but I'll definitely check my rights as a consumer.

Experiencia negativa: unprofessional and unreliable I’m pissed, cancelled my appointment on two different occasions each time the day of mind u I’m calling off work to even come to my appointment the first time December 30th 2025 was because they said my insurance wasn’t verified which is bs because they asked for that before I could even finalize the appointment talking about come back after returns from vacation on the 5th then today Jan 6th I’m getting voicemail to reschedule because they are understaffed…… so I called placed on hold for about 10minutes then the phone disconnected so I called back she goes “I’m sorry we have to reschedule almost 2 weeks out like I’m pissed I’m not even going to go to them anymore

Experiencia negativa: THE WORST. This place is disorganized and unreliable. My first appointment for a cleaning was canceled the day of the scheduled appointment because the hygienist was sick. Today was my rescheduled cleaning appointment. I received a telephone call asking to move my appointment to an earlier time slot. I declined to move my appointment because I had a scheduling conflict. I received another telephone call stating the hygienist would not see me unless I treated with the expert she referred me to more than two years ago. I was only scheduled for a cleaning. This information or prerequisite should’ve been communicated to me in advance not one hour before my appointment. I’ve never had this much trouble trying to get my teeth cleaned. Do not waste your time and energy treating here. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: I HATE THIS OFFICE! They are sooooo rude and unprofessional and will be hearing from my attorney!!!!!!! My Ortho plan was only 2 years and I’m like at 4 years cause they seem to not be able to keep an Orthodontist which is not the customer fault but yet we’re being penalized for it by our dental plan being extended!!!! I absolutely hate this office and will be reaching out to my insurance company to see what can be done with going somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Complete waste of time. I spent at least 15 mins on phone creating appointment and doing intake. Attend appointment on time (after filling our forms) gave my insurance info. When I arrived they needed the card, no problem. They had to then verify my insurance. After 20 mins I asked when the appointment would begin. A hygenist came to get me. I said I wanted to know the cost before proceeding (they were still trying to get that info) All in all, a call center makes your appointment who may or may not verify so you lost time when you get there. They DONT tell you that your first visit can be an EXAM ONLY. So if you need a cleaning and exam BOOK ELSEWHERE

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional! Scheduled an appointment on Monday to come in for an exam/cleaning, confirmed my appointment on Tuesday. When I arrived at 9:00am on Wednesday, all of the doors were locked. When I called the number the receptionist then informed me that both the dentist and hygienist were not coming in and that we needed to reschedule. Due to weather conditions, I could totally understand but I should have been given a phone call the day of or the day before as soon as they knew the appointment was cancelled. Will not be coming back here!

They had me in the chair to be seen by the dentist who was Dr. Rice at the time back in January, the receptionist was new and did not know how to process the insurance, I raised a concern about being seen without having my insurance processed and my benefits were not reviewed with me, it seemed like they were quick to take my money without even considering what my insurance was going to cover. I will never return to this dental office, inconvenient, unprofessional, dishonest, and a train wreck. I spoke with my insurance and the dental office does not even have the proper charges listed and continuing to send me bills.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT SEEK SERVICE HERE (or any DentalWorks practice for that matter). High provider turnover, disorganized staff, service detrimental to health. My child had braces put on in Jan 2024 and, in the last 23 months, has only been seen EIGHT times due to cancellations and rescheduling by the office. On our fourth Orthodontist in that time. Had to seek second opinion with another provider, told my child needs another year in braces. I now have to pay out of pocket for care that should have been rendered and complete already. Filing complaint with insurance company, MI Dental Board, and attempting to get partial refund for care. The most frustrating healthcare experience I've ever encountered. Avoid at all $costs$.

She encourages me and educates me how to take care and keep my teeth. First time some one actually took the time to educate me and explain in detail why to do the things she tells to do. What a gem?

I made an appt on a Thurs for following Monday, they call on Monday to tell me I have to move my appt because person will be at lunch. I reschedule for 2 days later, they call me a little while before my appt and they tell me they don't take my insurance. They are listed on my providers list with 4 providers. They neglected to keep their info current with provider, they neglected to check it before my first appointment and they neglected to check it until right before my rescheduled appt. I had to make arrangements to get out of work and my appt is time sensitive because I have a broken tooth. Can it get much more unprofessional than this? This makes me seriously wonder about their competency overall.

Experiencia negativa: Disingenuous business practices and poor time management. I was double charged for a regular cleaning that should have been covered by my insurance (2x per calendar year verified and showed to them!). My guess is they coded the 'regular cleaning' incorrectly for whatever reason, even though they confirmed that the regular cleaning code is an option in their system. I booked a cleaning. Please do not switch that up and code in something not covered by insurance. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

I’ll summarize to this- over billed by 000s, could never get anyone on the phone, scheduling nightmare, 2x had appointments and arrived to find location locked up and empty… and so much more. Luckily and to our great surprise, they have a new practice manager and a new doc. Zaire is awesome. He listens, he remembers, and he cares. Dr. Kang is also a huge improvement over the prior doc we saw. Up until a couple weeks ago- this would be a zero star review with some scathing comments, but Zaire has turned the place around. I hope they compensate and treat him well, because if he leaves, I imagine it will crumble back to the worst medical practice experience I’ve ever had.

Experiencia negativa: Before the “owner” of dental works replies to this review with some trite, canned response, don’t bother. There is nothing you’re doing to improve your business except lie and sell to your customers for profit (really, your “patients” but certainly no one could think this is a professional medical facility). And from the look of your reviews, the following should demonstrate to all prospective victims that I’m not alone. I have a laundry list of complaints about Dental Works, from the quality of their work (poor) to the quality of service (poor). You cannot get in touch with the Royal Oak staff, you’re immediately re - routed to the call center that does not have their orthodontist schedules, only to maybe be called to tell you they are booking out four months. It is a revolving door of war worn, inexperienced, clueless employees who did not do anything wrong except choose a company that threw them into the fire with no fire blanket. In the time I’ve been there I’ve seen three separate orthodontists, the first who shaved a bit of my tooth down only to create a lopped look (fixed elsewhere - thanks for permanently changing my smile) to another that I saw maybe once, to another that tried to fit retainers in my mouth that didn’t fit. At one point, they expressed I paid a bill in full only for them to send me a nearly $300 bill that they refused to comp, especially after two separate people told me it was an insurance error and a literal email that said I’m paid in full. I sucked it up and paid it because who wants to go into collections over something that is unresolvable short of small claims? No one. And before you think my complaints are limited to the orthodontists, I tried to have my teeth cleaned here and they wanted to dedicate an entire appointment to consult on what type of cleaning to do. A scam. Please just clean my teeth, like others have done for the past nearly 40 years, people. A scam. A waste of time. Most recently a tech did a retainer mold and put the top mold into my bottom teeth, and he was reprimanded literally in front of me - “don’t do it that way again.”Lo and behold the retainer (as mentioned) doesn’t fit and the second retainer was never ordered. I had to go to Allen Park where their actual digital scanner is … they have it together more than Royal Oak but most likely still suffer from upper management that I’m sure is greedy and disinterested based on my collective experience of poor service, poor everything.. Still no retainer and still no call to set up a new appointment, years after I bought into Invisalign system with them. In fact I’m wondering if they burned some bridge with Invisalign as they are sending molds to some lab that probably does off market junk for Pennies on the dollar. In short - I am honestly shocked this place has customers at all, except people need dental work yesterday. I guess. Heed my warning - Go elsewhere. Beware.

Experiencia negativa: This place is HORRIBLE and AVOID this office. I do not write reviews online but this time I genuinely want to save people from a horrible experience. My wife scheduled an appointment for her tooth having a tooth pain and discoloration, the call center handling appointments scheduled her for 1:30 today which was during lunch hours for this place and the main door was locked. She had to wait more than 2 hours for her appointment and had multiple other procedures scheduled including a cleaning without anyone addressing her initial tooth concern. I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm on Thursday for myself through the call center and I received a call today informing me my appointment was done at the wrong time and I needed to be re scheduled. During my wife’s appointment scheduling and at the appointment, the office took our insurance information, checked our coverage and proceeded to tell my wife she was in network. Just to clarify both the front desk and the scheduling call center checked her insurance information and told her she was in network. After spending 2 hours at the office and not getting anything done except an x ray my wife decided to leave, she was asked to pay for the X-Rays even though we were assured over the call center phone line, that our visit was covered and it was in network with our provider. Please read this whole post and avoid this place.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment on July 18 and when I got there the office was closed and no one notified me about the office being closed - when Dr Smith left they never told patients he was gone or that he was leaving - the front desk people change with the seasons - every six months there are new staff - Tracy, the hygienist is the only consistent employee and she’s very pleasant and considerate and she does a great job with cleaning your teeth - idk what’s going on over there in royal oak but they need to do better.

It has been nearly six months, and this dental office has still refused to provide my medical records, violating my rights under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Despite multiple documented requests, they have been noncompliant and evasive. They also fabricated a warranty replacement crown but refuse to install it or even release it to me so I can have it placed elsewhere. Not only have I filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), but I’ve also begun preparing for legal action due to their clear pattern of misconduct. This office pushed unnecessary procedures, showed no concern for informed consent, and treated a legitimate medical need like a hostage negotiation. Beware—this provider does not respect patient rights, medical ethics, or basic professionalism. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values transparency, accountability, or lawful medical care.

Experiencia negativa: Stay away! This place has gone to the dogs. I went in for regular cleaning which should have been paid for by my insurance, they decided to do this two minute add on procedure without my authorization. I just paid 296$ for gingival irrigation (4 quadrants) with medicinal agent. I will protest with Delta Dental as they only authorizes 14$ per quadrant if it is covered. In the first place I should have been told that this wasn't covered, I would have never authorized it. I wish this was the first time something like this happened here, I am a slow learner...

I have been trying to get an ortho appointment for months but the Manager Robyn above the office manger never replys to emails, nor does she return calls from patients. It is ridiculous and absurd. This company is unprofessional and I do not recommend this place!!!!!!

They were not opened for business April 24, 2025 at 8 am I called & went up there to request a refund !!!! I’ve even placed a complaint with Delta Deental with them -.

Doctors is a good doctor, but I have nothing but problems and issues scheduling billing all different kinds of problems delay in their progress over six months delay every time they canceled their appointment or reschedule it the worst corporate management office I’ve seen in my life. They change my doctor twice and the management three times so many mistakes in scheduling, I had paid full amount upfront for their braces when I’m asking for a refund they said they can do it I definitely don’t recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a professional dental practice. It was my very first visit, and I went in for a regular check-up. However, I was required to undergo X-rays, despite the fact that they were not necessary for the routine appointment. The dentist did not perform any examination of my teeth, and instead, she merely gave me some basic home remedies and instructed me to come back for another visit. I was left feeling that the appointment was not only unnecessary but also unproductive. Additionally, despite having dental insurance, I was handed numerous receipts for charges that seemed excessive and unreasonable. The prices were outrageous, and I feel that I was overcharged for services I didn’t receive or need. This experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed, and I will not be returning to your office. I expect better care, transparency, and professionalism from healthcare providers, and this visit did not meet those standards.

In short, all I can say is Once you know better you prefer better. Dental works (royal oak) has raised my level of expectations so high that I’d rather take the long drive. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in there’s a great energy! Very clean! Very patient, very understanding! And up to date tech!

Appointments are mysteriously changing without my knowledge, online forms I submitted aren't showing up causing me to fill them out again when I get there, and in the past couple years I've felt like there's a sales pitch for something each time I go in. About 6 months after my appointment for a cleaning where I presented my insurance card and was told it was in network and fully covered, I was sent a bill for $300. I called and let them know they had the wrong person, but then they never fixed it and sent it out to collections. I called the office multiple times and was unable to get in touch with anyone to fix it. Every time I call, the central phone line says the office is on lunch, no matter what time. I had recommended my husband go to this office before this happened, but glad they messed up his appointment time and he ended up not going.

Experiencia negativa: This is a real review. DO NOT TRUST!!. There is always different staff nobody stay here. The quality of service is poor. Xray are taken 3+ times due to errors. They will not bill your insurance. They will not forward medical records per your request.

Experiencia negativa: This has been the worst experience with any medical facility! I’ve been a patient with Dental Works for over ten years and have never been so disgusted with the service. I originally started going to the Dental works in Sears in Westland mall, then to Canton and now Royal Oak. I’ve recently been having billing issues and have constantly been calling but have not receive a call back and the issue has not been resolved. I’m receiving bills from the collection agency, because of their error and I’ve never had anything ever sent to collections! Whenever I came for an appointment no one was ever in the office to take my copay, or any payment because of their staffing issues. Then I started receiving bills. When I would call there was no one available to take the payment. Finally had someone call me back to take a payment, however the collection agency has sent three letters since then saying that it hasn’t been paid. Please beware when coming here, you will most likely have billing issues and no one who cares enough to take it serious. I originally gave this office a 5 star because of May and Dr Rice, but after this experience I’ll have to find a new dentist. I take My credit very serious and would expect after being a patient for so long that they would take this matter seriously. I guess I’ll try calling again tomorrow.

I even stoped in the office and left a message with an employee and still no contact. I also paid for the gumx treatment in full and never started treatment and requested a refund because I will not be moving forward at Dental Works Royal Oak for any treatments, and have not heard anything from them at all. I called their customer service twice and no response from office. And after saying I would never come to Dental Works again, the agent asked me twice on same call if I wanted to schedule an appointment for me or a family member??? Wtheck! At this point I have to reach out to corporate I guess, hopefully they are more together. Not to mention they only keep hand sanitizer in the bathroom, no soap..yuck New post* called and actually got the dentist that was taking calls that day. She took my info informed me someone would be calling me back because the office manager or something was coming in. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM THEM STILL! Avoid Dentalworks, save yourself the headache. My insurance and HSA are gonna get involved next, cause they haven’t refunded for services I did not get, glad I contacted them both.

The dentures can't cut into my food, I'm not able to chew my food. The bottom denture cut into my gum, hurting my mouth. VERY BAD JOB ON MY DENTURES. I WILL ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK.

Experiencia negativa: I have been trying to get in touch with the billing department for MONTHS about an appeal or claim resubmission that the they TOLD ME they would do because of a denied claim. There has been no appeal or resubmission to my dental insurance by this company even though they told me to they would. I think it's funny how they can keep sending me a bill but can't answer the phone when I call with questions about said bill. Everytime I have called the office I get connected to an alternate line that says the office is closed and they will send the office an email to get in touch with me. No has ever gotten back in touch with me. This office has no BUSINESS being in BUSINESS.

Experiencia negativa: I tried calling to schedule an appointment three times in two weeks and each time I would get forwarded to the office only for the original person to tell me that the office is closed or they’re not responding and that they’ll leave an email for them to call me when they’re free and nothing. I went to the office when they were “open” and the door was locked and inside was completely dark like no one was there (the “open” sign was on too).

They have a call center, so you can never talk to the office and arrange to reschedule, ask a question or get a call back. All the hygienist's have left and the front desk sometimes has no one there !! The took a good place and made a big mess.

Experiencia negativa: I am completely mortified by how trash this company is. The dental hygienist and dentist are great at their job but anyone that worked billing has to be incompetent. I have been trying to get a bill sorted out with them for about eight months. I foolishly paid it when I have insurance. I have asked multiple times to speak to a manager or someone higher up who resolves conflict. Per staff they cannot provide that information to me but that individual will contact me. No one ever did. I just called and now they do not have a manager or anyone with a job title that can help me. I have been a loyal patron of the dentist office since I was eight years of age and now I take my kids.Its disturbing how they have completely went down as a company. I forecast a lawsuit or closing of this company. After reading these comments one could assume fraud is within this establishment. May the culprits be exposed and may you be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Experiencia negativa: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE since they’ve joined Sonrava or whatever family group! STAY AWAY!! I had been going here for years, and the wonderful experience I used to have didn’t just slowly go downhill, it tanked overnight and I’ve been struggling with them for a year. I hoped it’d get better, but it remains the same. For a long time, every time I would go to leave the office for a visit, which I was there quite often for my braces. I would stop at the front desk and ask if I was all set or if I had any balance that needed to be paid, but they would usher me through. They would tell me that I was all set. After several months of being told, I have no balance, I start getting collection letters in the mail. I am guessing that my balance was finally high enough to trigger being sent to collections. I guess a five dollar co-pay adds up overtime and eventually flag the system. It took me almost 2 months to finally sort that out and get it paid. Again, I receive an another collection letter in the mail and I am receiving invoices that just say past due balance on them. So before leaving my most recent appointment, I stopped at the front desk. They tell me I’m all set, but I tell them that I am not that I’ve been receiving collection letters again. Just another repeat of what happened before. Every time I try to pay a bill in office, I am either left with no one is in who can take your payment or they cannot tell me what I am being billed for. They will tell me that someone who handles the billing on the accounts will call me back, but they NEVER return any of my phone calls. They promised me in person that someone will give me a call back when they’re back from lunch, but that never happens. No matter how many times we call and reach the call center and no matter how many emails the call center sends to their office asking to return our phone calls, we never receive any phone calls. If you go here, expect to just pay your balance in full and not even question what they are billing you for, especially if it is far more than you were expecting. I rarely get invoices in the mail for some reason, and when I do, it just says past due balance. This is the second time I’ve been sent to collections by them, and have absolutely no explanation for what I owe them. I’m not saying that they don’t properly send me invoices. It’s very possible that they could be getting lost in the mail; however, when I request a proper breakdown of my bill so I can understand why I am being billed so much, they should be complying. I’m not going to just give them money for fun of it.

Experiencia negativa: The office billed me for a service that they never submitted to my insurance. Then tricked me into paying for the service by saying the total amount due was for a different service. I paid the charge. They didn’t give me the itemized receipt until after I paid and I noticed they included the charge that was never submitted to my insurance. The claim was finally submitted to my insurance and paid in full. They were paid twice. Once by me and a second time by my insurance company. 6 months later they still haven’t refunded me. I can never speak to anyone in billing. The ladies in the office aren’t helpful at all.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to Dental Works for years and with the exception of the 1 time they mixed up charts and almost gave me a deep gum cleaning for gum disease that I DON'T HAVE, I haven't had any issues, until today. They had called me as a reminder back on July 11th of my appointment the next day. I informed them I would have to reschedule and did for August 22nd. I called ahead today to give them some new information and the lady informed me that I don't have an appointment for today. I explained what had happened and informed her that I do in fact have an appointment for today. She proceeded to tell me that I don't and that she didn't know who I spoke to but I could reschedule because I don't have an appointment and they already have someone confirmed. I explained that I already did and that it was negligence on their end not mine. She just proceeded to act like I was in the wrong and said "we can continue to argue about this or you can reschedule". So it's my fault they rescheduled me for today but didn't put it in their schedule. Not once did she offer to try and fit me in or anything, not even an apology for the mix up. Their service has gone down immensely!! Make sure you call ahead and confirm they did their job and put you on the schedule!!!!

A year later after I left there office for that reason I get a bill in the mail for somthing they didn't do. This place I do not recommend. I see now they are permanently closed and I see why

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled a new patient appointment at this location and it was an all around terrible experience. Receptionist was rude and did not communicate anything with me. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. No one told me what was going on, in fact, all the people working in the front desks left and I couldn’t even find anyone to talk to for 15+ minutes. When they finally called me back I told them I had to leave as I was there on my lunch break. They barely gave an apology and didn’t offer to reschedule. I do not recommend this location.

As a night shift worker who travels extensively to reach your facility, this has been inconvenient and frustrating. Additionally, I have noticed a high turnover rate among your staff, which seems indicative of unsettled office dynamics. In particular, a staff member named Veronica regularly takes extended, two-hour breaks during which she turns off the office phones, effectively crippling communication and diminishing the overall patient experience. These issues have left me thoroughly dissatisfied, urging me to no longer seek care within your establishment. I strongly encourage you to address these matters promptly to improve your services for your future patients and restore your professional reputation.

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this dental office by any means. They seem to have major staffing issues causing long wait times. They performed one deep cleaning due to supposed “gum disease,” of which I was told at subsequent appointments that it wasn’t getting much better, and I would likely need more deep cleanings. I switched dentists because I didn’t buy what DentalWorks was telling me. I was indeed informed I had zero gum disease. Do your teeth and your wallet a favor and consider a different dental office.

You call, they don’t answer or they’re “busy” handling other customers. Calling several times, I end up speaking with several customer care persons & they could not even really assist bc the front desk does not answer the phone. This office is very unprofessional. I have called repeatedly, regarding my retainers & when they would be ready but as I said, the front desk does not answer the phone. Do not waste your time. Even scheduling an appointment is a hassle.

Experiencia negativa: I went to a dental works branch for several years before it closed. Never had a problem. Since it closed, I went to the Royal Oak place once. Months ago. And my teeth still hurt. Before I sat in the chair, I didn't have issues. Afterwards, it's been months since I could eat anything cold without pain. They told me I had exposed roots, but I hadn't had a problem till I sat in the chair. The hygienist wasn't all that nice. More like she was taking out some aggression on my teeth. I've never bled so much in my life. I won't be going back. I would going anywhere else. Caring isn't in this dentist or hygienists forte or vocabulary. Only person who cares is the office manager.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a 0 star I would. I was a patient here for about 1 year, the doctor is fine. However, the billing department is a mess, and Tania is very rude. I have been getting a bill for 1 year, and each time I call they tell me I don't have a balance but that they ill place a ticket to review. I continue getting the bill every 3 months for no good reason. Each time they give me the same explanation and yet I keep getting the bill. Tania would cut me off and put me on hold to avoid listening to my concerns, and she finally hung up on me when I was still talking. i called back and they won't answer the phone. So if you can, avoid this office because it is particularly annoying to deal with them. Sadly, because the doctor is nice.

They told us the day of. Made us switch location to Royal Oak which added 40 minutes to our trip. We confirmed an appt. The day of his appt they never called to tell us his appt had been cancelled bc the Dentist had left the country! My son has braces & has gone 3 months without being seen. The work they are doing is terrible! Would definitely want to see another dentist but his braces are already paid for. This company is definitely very unprofessional. Very upsetting! Do not recommend to anyone!

Experiencia negativa: I've had horrible experiences with dentists in the past but this was by far the worst and I left in tears. I have anxiety and at one point while they were taking x rays the older lady moved so quickly she didn't realize it was aimed at my head instead of my jaw. I was upset just voicing my concern and how am I supposed to know that little radiation wouldn't effect me? I was brushed off and felt like I wasn't being heard, just trying to get out why I was anxious. The Dr then comes in but just came off extremely rude and told me I get more radiation from the sun. There was no reassurance, it felt more like your stupid just shut up. Th bedside manor wasn't there. This was my first time coming here and I'll never go back. But I'm sure they could care less.

Received service in 2021 and at the time paid my portion that they indicated was out-of-pocket after insurance. I kept receiving incorrect statements so called back the office numerous times. The office managers/representatives indicated for me to be reassured because the billing was incorrect and took time for corporate to readjust their books. I still called multiple times from 2021-2023 to sort this out but received the same response - to disregard the bill. It is Feb 2024 now and I got a new bill that is now adjusted. Spoke to new office manager and she is now trying to submit an inquiry to corporate for me. Their business practice is questionable and highly unprofessional. Highly recommend to find a different provider. I regret using their service.

They gave me a full explanation of what was going on as it was happening and what to expect with my braces. Highly recommend them. They also take Medicare (for dental only, not orthodontic work)

Experiencia negativa: They tell you they accept your insurance, you make appt for exam/cleaning; you ask for your x-rays and records and they never give them to you; you ask again and they never give them to you; you call to speak with manager- nobody returns your calls; you go there to speak with someone and the person at the counter knows nothing about anything and says you need to contact the manager; you get billed over $900 and you dont understand how/why; .... you contact your dental insurance and come to find out this dentist never completed their submissions of treatments for payments; you call again to find out how you are being being billed when your insurance covers exam, x-rays, and cleanings... and no one can answer you but they sure do send you bills. Their 380 x-ray machine is broke although they try to bill it to your insurance company.. so when the insurance company asks for copies of the records/x-rays this dentist does not send them because they are committing FRAUD... on both ends. Do not waste your valuable health, money or time with these crooks ... The place is filthy - always dirt on the floors. First time I noticed it, I thought 'yeah, ok, it happens' but then when you go back and realize that a different room has the same dirty floors/walls you realize its not by chance... and bathroom wreaks of urine!

Experiencia negativa: Seems like a facility in decline. I had good experience while I used to go there for over 5 years. But I stopped visiting the facility after I moved out of Michigan and they send me bills now even after meeting deductible. I have been trying to get a call with the manager to talk about the bill. The person I talked to took my name and number and told I might get a call back within 2 weeks. Won't recommend unless you want to get into issues with billing. When I asked how they didn't know that when they rescheduled me, the woman calling me was extremely rude. Do not recommend trying to become a new patient here.
