1 month ago Experiencia fantástica: Ok I been going here for a few years now and when I tell you when you walk in there the coustmer service will let you know that’s the place to be so that says alot itself the ladies at the front desk are amazing you rock ladies and then all the staff who help Dr. make sure you will be getting the best care possible is amazing as well and let me tell you about my dentist I can’t put in words on how you’re as a person and making sure your patients are getting 110% of you so on that note this will be last dentist office you will ever need to go too!!!

3 months ago Experiencia negativa: If I could give it zero stars, I would. Always expect to wait 1.5 hours, at a minimum. The oral surgeon, Pasha Sanders, refused to see me because I got frustrated after waiting to see her over two weeks and 2.5 hours the day of. All they did was give me a list of other names, and had the manager say that the surgeon wouldn’t do any work on me. When I got there, the appointment was wrongly labeled as only “post op care” rather than the correct “post op and extractions”. The manager said it wasn’t because I was upset, but the surgeon refused to do any care after almost three hours of waiting, and she couldn’t be bothered to tell me why. Even though I insisted we tried calling all med centers, and found nothing in our network, all they did to help was give me a piece of paper with more names. Thanks for nothing.

4 months ago Experiencia negativa: I went to this office the first week of March 2026. I’m a disabled vet and was sent to this office by the VA because I had a cavity and they didn’t have any available appts soon enough. The dentist was very nice and explained that he would need to replace all 4 of my front teeth with crowns. That meant fixing my cavity would be pointless if I was getting crowns. He said the approval process takes about 3 weeks and the VA is very slow about it so they have to call or message and stay on them. This was important because the cavity was bad enough for my tooth was falling apart. I just called today (approximately 9 weeks later) and the that answered the phone said they sent it over that day and they’ve never received an answer. I asked if they ever followed up and she said no they don’t do that. Now my cavity is so bad that my tooth is falling apart and I’m going to have to go pay out-of-pocket instead of receiving the benefits that I earned.

4 months ago Experiencia fantástica: First tooth was pulled end of March, Dr Aguirre. My second visit was with Dr Sanders for consult and extraction of 4 wisdom teeth today. I wish I would’ve gotten them done when I was younger, but I’m glad they’re out now. The procedure went fast, and I’m looking forward to not hurting. Pain is definitely 10/10. Highly recommend this office .

4 months ago Experiencia negativa: Worst dental care. It was my first time here. I’ve never had this happen ever. They took me back to do X-rays and exam. Then they came to me and explained that they didn’t have a hygienist so they would have to reschedule the cleaning. The hygienist left before I even got there so they took me back to be able to bill for the 2 services even though they knew they weren’t going to be able to perform a cleaning. Very poor medical care!

5 months ago Experiencia negativa: Went for a general cleaning but was told before they could do a general cleaning they would have to determine if I need a deep cleaning. Which every time you will. Cause they get a lot of money from that. I was informed this has to be done or they could not help me anymore. Seems they all sell this service wether you want it or not. If this is your thing fine. It's not mine and left. Will find a dentist that doesn't have to deep clean in order to continue to help me.

5 months ago Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. However, after X-rays and a couple other things and telling each person who asked why I was there, I said for a cleaning, it wasn’t until the end that I found out I had to make a separate appointment for a cleaning. That makes no sense. This now causes me to take more time off from work.

5 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I had ignored my teeth for way too many years and knew I had some issues that I needed to address. I looked around at different places that took my insurance and came across Willis Point. Booked my appointment and everything went well from the start. Of course, I do have some problems but the Dr was very clear and told me what I needed and the cost was not as much as I expected. The staff is friendly and they got my 2 procedures scheduled back to back and I was in and out in less time than expected. Pleasantly surprised and glad I decided to try them out.

6 months ago Experiencia positiva: Well the staff was wonderful, very kind and made me comfortable. Only problem was once in tne chair they told me they did not perform biopsies, which is why I was there 10 days to get the appointment. I had plenty of time to check my insurance which covered it but they neglected to tell me don’t bother to come in. We don’t do that procedure here. Kind of weird upset me greatly I won’t go back but other than that I guess is regular dental clinic. They’re OK. I don’t know. Anyway everyone encountered was very nice and apologetic but none of it made any sense to me so check your peas and cues. Cross your tease and dot your eyes before you go in for anything.

7 months ago Experiencia negativa: This was one of the most upsetting appointments I have ever had. I went in for a cavity on a front top tooth that had chipped and been exposed. Zero pain. This doctor comes in an hour late, and tells me I need a root canal and a crown. I said I’m not prepared to do that, can you just fill the cavity? He said no it won’t last. I said again I’m not prepared to do that. He said ok. I said so you aren’t going to do anything? He said, no. So I got up and left. The lack of compassion, empathy and basic communication was shocking and deeply upsetting. I understand a filling may not last, but I have spent thousands of dollars over the years on crowns and root canal’s and they haven’t always lasted. He was cold and rude when he didn’t get his way. I went right up to East Creek Dental and had a much better experience.

7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: The staff here is fantastic. From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist, everyone is a pleasure to work with. I had a crown put on and didn’t feel a thing. Not even the numbing shots. They are also extremely accommodating for me. I’m a c5 quadriplegic and cannot transfer out of my chair in that kind of setting, but thankfully my wheelchair leans back and reclines enough to allow them to do their work. If you’re in a wheelchair, make sure you consider the functions of your chair based on this review. 10/10 would recommend this place based on my experience so far!

8 months ago Experiencia negativa: My wife scheduled me an appointment for January 1st on the website. She received a confirmation email and Text. We arrived 30 minutes early and the door was locked we assumed they were gone for lunch. After waiting 30 minutes we finally called them and was sent to the answering service where we were informed they were closed for the holiday. I understand them closing but they should have made it to where nobody could make an appointment and get a confirmation.

9 months ago Experiencia fantástica: When I first went in it was for tooth pain/consult on fixing my smile. The staff is all around amazing. I expressed my fear and anxiety and the whole team was very understanding, sweet, and cared about me genuinely. My second visit was for the actual oral surgery and again had an amazing experience with the staff. The dentists, the techs, the office manager, all of them are truly great. I had all teeth on my top arch extracted, plus all 4 wisdom teeth. The dentist made sure I was numbed up, stopped to make sure I was doing okay, kept me updated through the whole process and was just an absolute pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone. Im so glad I came here bc they made me feel like I mattered. They will be my dentist from here on out.

10 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Great office. Friendly staff, prompt and very gentle. I have been coming to Willis Point Dental Care for over a year now. I drive over an hour to come. They accept Cigna and not many GOOD dentist accept my insurance but they are a gem. Book an appointment and go get that dental work done that you need. Love them all.

The hygienist that did my cleaning was very thorough and very friendly. And they accept TRICARE, which its very hard to find providers for active duty members and families when not close to a military base. Overall an awesome experience

11 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Willis Point Dental Care is like your hometown dentist. They schedule appointments individually not multiple people at the same time. We were treated right away at our appointment time. Everyone is nice & polite. They do not try to talk you into a lot of treatments you don't need but would cost a fortune. I returned to have a cavity filled & it was the least painful experience I have ever had. No pain whatsoever. I would recommend Willis Point Dental Care to anyone & in fact already recommended them to my mother. A++++

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: The staff was very nice and helpful however I was wrongfully told that I would need my wisdom teeth removed in order to stop the pain I had been dealing with previously over the last week. I went in to get it checked out here at Willis point dental and the dentist told me (after already visiting 2 other dentists and not receiving a clear answer) I would need my wisdom teeth removed for the pain to stop. He then recommended I see a sister location of theirs in order to assess that, that is the procedure I would need to go through with. However at the their sister location their dentist made me aware that I needed a root canal. I called back the Willis point dental office to set an appointment for said root canal and they told me I would need to go in for yet another exam in order to assess if I “actually needed” the root canal. (Im sure you can imagine how frustrated I was being that I had an appointment with both of the locations on the same day and when I called back to get what I needed scheduled I was told I would need another exam and that I would be able to schedule for one till mid September) My only concern was getting my pain to stop and I made that very aware at each dentist office I visited including Willis point dental, the Willis office was able to prescribe me pain medicine and antibiotics to help but did not assess me correctly for my pain in the end. I am now with another location that was able to get me in the next day to assess my pain and scheduled in less than a week for the root canal. I will also say that the location that was able to get me in was able to tell me within 10 mins of being there what I needed done. I visited 3 dental offices before them (including this one) with no clear answer on what the pain was, it felt like a miracle when they got me the answer I needed. Dentists of magnolia is the location I am referring to, hope this helps anyone.

Myra the xray tech was thorough and concerned about my comfort throughout the process and Angie, the hygienist was excellent. All in all, a great experience.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Be careful, this is a very shady dentist. They will send you a bill and say you don’t have insurance when you do. Then you can’t get ahold of anyone and they will have strangers calling you to pay the bill. You can’t speak to anyone in the office over the phone and billing will hang up on you. There is no real person to speak to but they will try to scam you.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I had my first experience here today and the staff and dentist were amazing. Not only did I not feel one poke to get numb, I found the dentist to be extremely gentle and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I have severe anxiety and had a slight attack at the end of the procedure. The entire staff made sure I was okay, took things at my pace to finish up and were very caring. I'm so glad I found them. Will definitely be a long term patient.
