2 months ago Experiencia negativa: I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me in ongoing pain. Back in November, I went to this office for a routine cleaning and checkup. I had no pain, no issues, and no complaints at the time. I was told that a couple of fillings were cracked and needed to be redone, so I scheduled the work they recommended. After one particular filling was replaced, I immediately began experiencing significant pain whenever I bit down on that side. The pain was severe enough that I could not chew on that side at all. I returned to the office multiple times. Each time, they took X-rays, told me everything looked “perfect,” and continued filing the filling down, but the pain never improved. Eventually, I was told the only remaining option was a root canal and was referred to a specialist. The specialist did his own evaluation and told me he did not believe a root canal was necessary. He said he believed the issue was related to the bonding or dental work itself rather than the tooth needing a root canal. At that point, I had already missed multiple days of work trying to resolve a problem that did not exist before the dental work was done. Over time, the pain improved somewhat, but I still could not comfortably chew on that side. At my recent six-month follow-up, I returned and provided the referral paperwork from the specialist. The dentist decided to remove the filling completely and “start from zero.” Unfortunately, after the filling was redone, the situation became worse. I now have constant dull pain instead of pain only when chewing. On top of that, I cannot even floss properly between the treated tooth and the adjacent tooth because the contact is so tight. That seems like a very basic thing that should be checked before a patient leaves the office. I contacted the office and specifically asked to speak with a manager because I did not want to continue repeating the same unsuccessful process or continue missing work. I also requested to see a different dentist within the practice. I was told the office manager would contact me shortly, but days later, I still have not received a call back. I am now looking for another dentist while dealing with constant pain from work that began as treatment for a tooth that was not bothering me in the first place. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dental office to anyone.

4 months ago Experiencia negativa: Had a bad experience today. They don’t call to schedule u a 6month appt the computer does it. And they don’t verify your insurance the day before they do it the day of the appointment. I wanted to know if I had to pay something which I did. They took an hour to verify my insurance when I was the first patinet there. And they passed like 3 patients before me. Then when the dentist saw me she just checked my mouth just for an exam and they weren’t going to do my cleaning until I said something and I was already due for a cleaning. I thought Thats what my appointment was about. Then they said i had no cavities again until I brought up a complaint on one of my teeth then I had a cavity. The place a had a cavity was the place where the dentist had previously did a filling in. I payed more than 400$. She told me I got a cavity under my filling that she did because I had a gap and it was also getting my tooth floss caught. I feel like my healthcare isn’t being treated seriously. Now I have to pay all over again for a filling. This has happened before. I am considering switching dentist. I think this place is very unorganized.

6 months ago Experiencia negativa: I called to ask about repairing a permanent retainer that shifted slightly while I was eating and even though it’s a minor issue the guy on the line was incredibly unhelpful he kept saying the orthodontist couldn't help me just because they weren't the ones who put my braces on years ago which is a ridiculous policy for a clinic. I tried to explain that a retainer is just for maintenance and it's not the same thing as the active treatment itself I don't have braces anymore only the retainer but it seemed like he lacked the basic understanding to tell the difference between the two it's unusual to have someone who doesn't understand basic terms like this to answer the phone, It’s honestly disappointing that a simple repair is turned away just because I’m a new patient you just lost a potential customer because the staff apparently can't handle a simple request

8 months ago Experiencia negativa: I went to get my daughter a second opinion and I had already told them she recently had a cleaning and checkup and after a million phone calls, and texts I had already given them the insurance info twice and no one told me I was going to pay out of pocket for the appointment. That would have been nice to know before I took the time to go. I left very dissatisfied

9 months ago Experiencia negativa: I thought since it was well recommended I’d have a good experience but it was the complete opposite. I was the last patient waiting in the room to get an estimate while the whole staff was in the lobby making a marketing video.

Moreover, I received my cleaning the same day I had my checkup; again unheard of. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was truly a great experience. Keep up the excellent work.
