Experiencia negativa: I visited this office last week, and I want to start by saying that the staff made a wonderful first impression. The young woman who took my X-rays was kind. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I met the dentist with blonde. I waited approximately 30 minutes before being seen for my exam. When I mentioned the wait, I was told that the office prioritizes quality over time and that the doctor takes her time with each patient. However, that explanation did not match my experience. After recommending that I needed a deep cleaning, the actual cleaning lasted only about five minutes. For the cost and what my insurance was billed for, I did not feel the treatment was thorough or worth it. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of care I received. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff, I will not be returning to this office.…

Experiencia negativa: Me and my partner experienced something very uncomfortable. We waited an hour after our scheduled appointment. The lobby was hot and packed and lacked enough seats. Assistants were sweet but there was an issue with the work environment. We found it unprofessional on the doctors side to scold one of them very publicly. We as patients were able to notice it. Frankly, it’s disrespectful to us as well as the employees. Just a mess.

Experiencia negativa: Had a bad experience we made it on time for the appointment then waited 1 hour to be seen, mouth was numb so my client was unable to feel what was wrong until we got back 30 minutes away you cannot call direct, you have to go thru an appointment process with someone far away anyways DENISE made it worse she has bad customer service and treated us like we were a bother try another dentist these people dont care

Experiencia negativa: BUYER BEWARE/READ REVIEWS BEFORE COMITTING I can’t express this enough to Stay away from this dental clinic. Instead of me going in the clinic to address this horrible experience I’ll let everybody else know, just so the community doesn’t go through what my wife went through. First we get a quote. It was ridiculously high already. Day of procedure price went even higher. Over 2k My wife went for wisdom teeth removal and the surgeon was absolutely rude. He gets off on being rude to his patients. Then quits when he says he had enough. (In my line of work that means you don’t get paid for the job) He was suppose to remove 4 wisdom teeth and only completed one threw the tools on the table and said I’m done and then sent her out the door in tears. He acts like everyone should know what to do when wisdom teeth get pulled. Says to raise your hand when feeling pain then proceeds to say your fine when she did. Funny how you can feel what the patients feeling when your the one ripping out the tooth. I find this place very unprofessional. Should have stayed away when they said he only comes once a month. Then treats his assistant badly when they didn’t have the correct drill bit to his liking. Good Way to scare patients before starting the procedure. Then came to pick up meds for the one tooth, he didn’t sign any of the documents. looking at the reviews now they don’t care about people. There response to some of these are customer is rude and they don’t want the review. Overall horrible experience. Will be going somewhere else for REAL professional care not this joke of a clinic. Highly recommend going somewhere else for dental care.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service, this place is committing fraud to the next level. Have been on phone for hours since incident with corporate no one responds to you at office. People beware of what your paying. Went in for a service realized it was more so I called the office took over and hour to get ahold of someone. They made it clear they were aware and would correct the mistake. No refund done as promised or follow up by call/ email. I called corporate they sent me an invoice with the lesser amount which was correct but said their system showed that was all I paid I presented bank statement were it clearly shows they withdrew hundreds more and said they would reach out to the office manager again. 3 weeks later they cannot refund me. This is Fraud at its core. No one wants to be held accountable and I will now dispute with bank and report this to my insurance as fraud. I learned a lesson to always ask for an itemized invoice of charges and verify. Also know some services are optional they try to say it's an amount because that's what it cost. No it isn't you can have one service and not the other.

Experiencia negativa: My dad has come to this dentist multiple times now because the temporary crown they've gave him keeps breaking in half no matter what he eats. My grandma had also come here and she said the staff was rude and the doctor made her cry because they were so rough with her teeth when she finally got to go after weeks of going back and forth on the phone because they couldn't get her information together, just for them not to help her. She had to find a new dentist. My dad has had similar complaints that the doctors are rough and seem in a hurry rather than taking their time to actually check his teeth. The first temporary crown they put on him wasnt even shaped or anything. It literally just looked like they slapped a glob of material between his teeth and called it a day before it broke not even a week later. Safe to say they're never going back.

Ranging from corporate to this specific office location right here. You will be disappointed and frustrated!!! Everything the previous one-star reviews said, happened to my boyfriend at this sad excuse for a dental office!!! Also, look at the snarky, childish replies to the one star reviews simply stating the truth!! Thank you for proving my point, UNPROFESSIONAL. Experiencia negativa: First visit, my appointment was at 10:00 am. I was seen at 11:40. I got X-rays done and had to wait longer for rooms to be cleared to get a cleaning. After going to the room for a cleaning I was told they had to reschedule my cleaning. They didn’t have any openings for cleanings for the next two weeks. Decided that I’m not coming back to this place and definitely don’t recommended this place. Wasted my time

I know God put him in my path. The receptionists are so very nice and helpful too....FYI these 2 specialist come once a month they alternate, but go with the male specialist he's awesome♥️♥️

Experiencia fantástica: I called for a tooth and/or gum excruciating pain and they took me in right on the same day and the doctor diagnosed it quickly and prescribed me meds and doing ok for now. Thank you very much for helping me to rid of this horrible pain. Also they preferred me for a possible wisdom tooth excretion later. I will definitely be coming back here for my dental issues.

Experiencia negativa: If i could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience Ive ever had at a dentists office. I scheduled my appointment online through their website because nobody answered the phone in the office. When I arrived the lady behind the desk said they have my phone number incorrect so my appointment wasnt confirmed(even though I received a confirmation text and confirmed it) and I was told I would have to wait a long time if I wanted to be seen. Once I was brought back, the Dr was the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life. I told him where my pain was by pointing to the area it hurt and I said it felt "cracked" he then informed me I had the incorrect terminology (because thats whats important here) and the tooth was actually chipped. OK cool. Then he told me to raise my hand when I felt pain while he was examining it, so I did, he scolded me saying "that isn't pain, its sensitivity try again " it seemed like a game of semantics to him instead of worrying about the fact Im a patient literally in pain. He continued to go back and forth with me about whether im feeling pain/sensitivity (which im feeling both soo I dont understand that) and then he got mad and told the assistant to just send me to endo because he didnt know what the issue was. Safe to say I left immediately, the most unprofessional office in the valley FOR SURE. Seems anyone can be a dentist here.

Experiencia negativa: So I book an appointment for a dental emergency the next day with their corporate answering system just to be called back the next day and say they can't see me due to not being able to verify my insurance. Also, that they don't do same day procedures with the consult. That isn't handling dental emergencies then.

Experiencia negativa: They told me my insurance was approved my appointment was at 3 I didn’t get seen until 4:30 and they didn’t even do the procedure just blew air in my mouth that was all and later told me they weren’t sure if my insurance was approved or not

Yes the wait time might be a bit, but once it’s your turn you can tell they are working hard in the back. Everything went smooth from my x-rays to my check up with given explanation to my cleaning. I might actually keep up with my appointments because of them! That says a lot.

Experiencia negativa: It’s ok. First, the place was completely packed and obviously over booked. There was nowhere to sit when I got there. Lobby area is fairly small though. People that were already waiting kept asking when they were going to be seen. I waited there for a little over an hour before they called me over. The staff was nice but the place is dirty. When it was time for my cleaning I felt any questions or concerns I had, I was rushed through them. The dental hygienist that did my cleaning was nice but was not gentle at all. I’ve had my teeth cleaned by some heavy handed people in the past but this was rough. She sped through it, water was splashing all over my nose and a bunch water was spilling out the side of my mouth lol. I get it, it can be a little messy but this was more than that. There was some areas that were sensitive and painful because it had been a little while since I had a cleaning. She would ease up when I would wince in pain though. I felt rushed the entire time I was being seen. I definitely didn’t like that. Once I got home my teeth and gums were pretty sore which I expected some soreness but I had throbbing pain for a couple of hours after. Would I go there again? No lol I’ll be looking for another place. I have some friends and family that are pretty sensitive about their teeth so I wouldn’t recommend them going here.

So needless to say I was a bit apprehensive on going, but once I was in the back the staff answered all my questions and put me at ease, I had to have a deep cleaning which sounds kind of intence . But the tech did a great job! And I'm very satisfied with the job she did. The dentist talked to me and explained my options. So I recommend this dentist office and I'm looking forward to going back for my next appointment.

Experiencia negativa: I’m new to the area and needed a dentist. This place had great review and I could get the X-rays and exam for free. I did both. During the exam they told me I’d need a deep cleaning. The hygienist marked every tooth 2, 3, 4, or 5. I barely had any 4/5 that I remember. I didn’t know the importance of these until after everything was over. So they tell me I need the cleaning the dentist came in and it’s an old man who barely sticks the instruments into my mouth but does get a stick and I have one cavity. He didn’t talk to me other than hello. Not about my mouth or the cavity or the necessary deep cleaning—awful bedside manners. The hygienist tells me then that the cleaning and cavity would be $900. I’m like uh…for a cleaning and cavity? Mind you I’m not super educated on dental prices but that seemed high so I walked out and went to my car and called around. No one could tell me a deep cleaning price until the exam was done and there would be a charge for that so I just hit the bullet and went back in and paid the $900. The only one who helped me at all was the receptionist who showed me my teeth and explained why I needed the cleaning before I paid the bill. Then the hygienist went to work and I knew it’s be painful because they numbed my mouth but this hurt and I have a high pain tolerance. She too didn’t explain anything or go over anything other than a short blurb as to why I needed the cleaning and it was basically one sentence saying because of my gums. Remember the numbers? A gum disease chart was on the wall and 1-3 was considered healthy 4-6 some issue and so. So I’m not even sure I NEEDED that cleaning ie it was because I was a new patient. She or the doctor couldn’t easily explained that but they didn’t. Then she handed me some fancy toothbrush I said whoa whoa whoa did I pay for this she said I don’t know the girl said to give it to you. She didn’t say what girl but at this point I was just done and left. I’ll switch dentists the next time I need X-rays cause this place isn’t it. This review I gave—I paid for that exam in full. In March I’m still getting a bill for that toothbrush I never asked for, some gum gel, and a discount they added back. I’ve been disputing with collections over and over the girl who handles my dispute is no help so today I went to dispute with the office directly. My fault partially but a lunch sign from 1-2 was on the door it was 330 and me and another lady were waiting—they’d actually scheduled her an appointment. Finally we so see they are closed Monday but, what I hate this place. It’s going down Wednesday.

Experiencia fantástica: As a first time patient I was given an appointment quickly. I was skeptical at first because my first appointment they were not able to see me and rescheduled me. The 2nd appointment, I got to the reception table staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. They talk you through everything and tell you exactly what they are doing. They kept asking if I had any questions throughout my entire appointment. The dentist himself was very professional and so was Denise who took care of my billing. I will definitely come back again for my dental cleanings and treatment.

I had a dental implant and the office they sent me to never sent my prescription to the pharmacy and i couldnt even get in contact with them to fix it because they never answered the phone. I havent been scheduled a follow up appointment for the dental implant i had and its been over a month. Ive been charged for dental fillings and not even scheduled to have them completed either. This brident location sucks and i will probably have to walk into the office personally in order to have any of my concerns addressed. I DONT recommend anyone needing dental assistance to go here ever.

Experiencia negativa: I waited over 1.5 hours for the dental hygienist to tell me the dentist will be delayed for an unknown amount of time. It’s frustrating to make an appointment (months in advance) and wait over 1.5hours for staff to not only tell you it will be much longer, but to tell you they don’t know how much longer it will take. I decided to leave and not waste my morning any longer.

Experiencia negativa: They are rude and liers kept paying for treatment for my kids braces and they haven't been seen in 3 months which they were supposed to have been seen every month so I stop paying and now I am one month behind and now they are concerned about payments but told them about how my kids haven't been seen since January 2024 for follow ups and adjustments and they threaten me with how if I don't pay they will send to collections and about the contract they are more concerned about the money then the patients I had been calling to schedule appointments and all they said was that the Dr wasn't there it's been 3 months they keep charging but my kids don't get seen they are terrible... They are really good when you are getting the contract but once that is done they don't care anymore just the money

Experiencia negativa: Was there today for x-rays and dental evaluation, and lady in front desk, was not nice at all sad i took to long to fill up all paper work they gave so small letters to read to begin and they will only x-ray my teeth, and last time they kept changing my appointments. Will never come back to them.

Experiencia negativa: My experience was horrible, my appt. was at 12 for X-rays only and I did not get call until 2 hrs later. Once inside the thecnician was trrribly rude. She starting by taking my blood pressure, then I noticed it came out high. While I’m processing that information she called me and I didn’t answer her right away. She started to yell at me and speaking like if I had, a Mental disability. I answer her and told her why was she yelling I was not deft and I could hear her. She said nothing and proceeded to take the X-ray as she is doing it she kept hurting me cause she was in such a hurry that she just shoved the plate and as she turn around she hit the machine and hurt the right upper gum. This was Saturday I went home and I was in pain Sunday I noticed that my right side of my face was swollen and today is Monday and it is swollen still. If you are having X-rays done this is not the clinic to do them tecnician is xtremely rude.

Experiencia negativa: It’s real convenient that back six months ago I had a basic cleaning , and just had another one scheduled but since the dr took a vacation and had my apt out off for over a month and all of a sudden I have to pay for another type of cleaning . Something doesn’t add up here . My teeth were in worse shape before when I started with this clinic years ago. So now I have one tiny cavity and need a basic cleaning done ,the insurance will cover the basics but not this deep cleaning i don’t want and can’t afford . I am highly disappointed and now have to risk going to Mexico to get my teeth done . I took my original nice review off here . I contacted the corporate office . It’s just funny how I had one type of cleaning scheduled and he goes on vacation and comes back wanting to over charge me for something I do not need. What I need is a basic cleaning and this cavity filled . I can only eat on one side of my mouth . Just when I thought I could finally have faith in the medical system pooof it’s gone now . Y’all’s office was fine before when my teeth was worse . I will be attaching a video im going to post to you tube to share with everyone. I have had it with this medical system and will never trust it again.

Experiencia negativa: (2 years ago) 3 star visit Overall the staff did a great job with my cleaning. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because I had scheduled my appointment a 2pm and confirmed with the office that morning that I would be going. When I showed up at 1:45 there was a sign on the door saying the were out to lunch till 2:30. When the entire staff returned i told then I had been waiting for 40 mins since my appointment was at 2pm. She said she left me a voicemail. When I checked the had called me at 1:10. 50 mins before my scheduled appointment. Apparently they all went out to celebrate a coworkers birthday. I did not even get an apology. Very inconsiderate in my opinion. Second visit on 6/20/2023 1 star visit. Booked my appointment over a month in advance as there was no immediate availability. After showing up 15 mins early and waiting 40 mins in the lobby the receptionist asked if I would consider rebooking since the doctor was performing a procedure. I did not verbally express my disappointment but rebooked a few days later at 9:00am. I did receive a confirmation call to confirm my appointment but subsequently received a text message informing me my appointment was at 1:30. After reporting in at my scheduled time o was informed my appointment was scheduled for 9am. Apparently the office staff is verbally scheduling separately from their third party servicer. No apologies were offered but I have decided to no longer use brident dental as this is not the first occurrence with the office inability to properly schedule appointments.
