I got on their parking lot in 19 minutes. And they told me I have to reschedule. I should reschedule when I called them at first place . Now I will go some where else . I cannot control traffic in surprise or prevent accidents on road to be treated like this .

Experiencia fantástica: First experience was for an emergency crown. I had just moved here and broke an old filling. I was flying out in 2 days for a 2 week vacation when I came to them and Dr. Todd Garrett was able to expedite the crown and get the permanent one seated before I left on vacation. Throughout the process they took everything in stride. Since then, I have gone in for a cleaning and now they are replacing an older crown which was starting to have issues (around the bottom.) Every person, from billing, to hygenists, to the dentists, to their assistants have been pleasant, kind, considerate, professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend this team!

Experiencia fantástica: Speaking as a busy surgeon who has done many operations on others, I was SO IMPRESSED with Garrett Family Dental Care. I have always been terrified of going to the dentists and have not gotten a cleaning in 3 years. I decided to come here when I was in town for a conference after finding out they take delta dental PPO. I have summarized a few points why I think everyone should come here: 1. Amazing attitude From the moment I walked into the office, the ladies in the front were nice and efficient. They greeted me with the biggest smile and helped me fill out the paper work despite the many questions I had. Dr. Garrett is also the most cheerful and funny dentist I’ve met. 2. They CARE about their patients Health care in general is a business and time is money but they took the time to make sure I was doing ok the whole time. As a patient who struggles with sensitive teeth and periodontitis, the dental staff made sure I was extra numb before beginning the deep cleaning. Throughout the entire cleaning, Dr. Garrett and his staffs checked in on me multiple times. Even when I asked to have a quick break to take some work phone calls, they were so understanding about it and never rushed me. 3. Professional work Before the cleaning, they showed me X-rays of areas that I need dental work. I asked multiple questions and they answered all of them professionally. You could tell they really know their stuff and are trust-worthy! After the cleaning, I could see that my teeth is whiter and overall I feel a difference. I also had colleagues asked me the following week if I got veneers because my teeth looked so nice! In summary, I highly recommend this place if u need any dental checkups or work.

Experiencia negativa: I don't understand this office's high rating except maybe people just believe what they're told. When a professional tells you something you can trust them right? NO! Run and get another opinion. These people lie to sell you on "deep cleaning", "crowns" etc. and use scare tactics. It was impossible for my gums to go from 1's and 2's to 7's and 8's. I questioned it since I'd never heard of anything higher than a 4. I questioned how there could be such a drastic change in just 1 year. They don't like being questioned. I got my husband out of the chair during his "deep cleaning" that he agreed to because he believed them too and walked out. We found another dentist and NOT surprisingly found that our teeth were great. No deep cleaning necessary, no crowns needed. Find an honest dentist, it's not here. Wake up people, listen to your gut.

Experiencia negativa: I would rather sit through a timeshare presentation than ever go to this place again. They refused to do a routine cleaning because I "qualified" for a deep clean. The last time I was at the dentist, about a year ago, I did the deep cleaning process. I spent over an hour with them today taking x-rays, hearing how if I didn't do this or that my teeth would fall out, etc. I brush every day with a sonicare and water floss every day as well. I politely told them the deep cleaning would be fine in the future but a routine cleaning is all I needed today. They refused, twice. Already scheduled elsewhere eith a company that assured me I wouldn't have the same experience and would indeed receive a routine cleaning while discussing possible future deep cleanings. It's that simple.

You're in-and-out but don't feel rushed at all. And they really do seem to care - they helped fix the texture of a crown of mine that was improperly polished by a previous dentist. I must have brought it up to 3 other dentists in the past and not a one wanted to touch it. These folks immediately set out to help me and then didn't even charge me a dime.

As someone who dislikes everything about any dental office other than the cleanings, I was very comfortable compared to how I normally am when being "stabbed" in the gums and have teeth drilled on. Communication about insurance and cost was extremely effective. My primary contact throughout the procedure was with dental assistant “ Nique”. She is talented and thoughtful. Great experience.
