Experiencia negativa: absolutely ridiculous! my teeth haven't been clean in over a year and i had a exposed nerve that needed handled asap. on top of two extractions, i also needed root canals as well. and even tho most of the time the stint doesn't chip of or stuck in the tooth, it happened to me, there! they then referred me to two specialists bc they didn't have the proper equipment at this location. the first place they sent me said they took my insurance, but didn't. the second - which is in Anderson - also said they took my insurance, later finding out, they do but Urgent Sental Center entered the wrong codes and sent misinformation to the insurance company. So two weeks later, with a temporary filling already coming out bc of normal brushing teeth, i have a pea size whole in my front tooth that couldn't be taken care of bc of the issues and mistakes of Urgent Care. I asked for documentation and follow ups sent to my email so i can track when the claim but they brushed me off.i don't even know if they actually sent the claim in to be completely honest. also not only am i from Indy, i took off both my jobs that day to go to Anderson for this treatment, im out of $120 thats non refundable and more importantly, i have a whole damn tooth still unfilled in the front of my mouth - AND I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE- the front desk ladies both seemed rude, unprofessional and oblivious and careless on my issues when everything was literally this places fault. The stint being left in my tooth was preventable, the codes being entered and sent to the insurance company company could and should have been preventable and the referrals are not as they say they are. this place should be avoided at all costs unless you want the hassle, the embarrassment of a whole in your theeth, out of money, unprofessional and cluesss .

There was a small dental issue and he corrected it immediately. The staff especially the ladies at the front desk are very nice and professional. I give this office 5 stars. ❤️

Found Urgent Dental west & got exceptional service. He explained why things can and cannot be done during pregnancy. He made me feel heard & wouldn’t do anything that could hurt my baby in the womb. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be telling everyone I know to come here.

Experiencia negativa: Not a pleasant experience. I arrived early, completed the paper work (twice), and got called back on time. It was a struggle after that. I waited a long time to see the doctor ... saw him for about three minutes. He glanced at the xrays and did an extremely cursory look at my mouth. He told me everything was great. I then waited another hour or more to get my teeth cleaned at a very high cost. And the cleaning was not through. I am pretty sure they didn't even touch at least half of my teeth. If my car had been washed this poorly, I would be asking for a redo. The presenting problem was not addressed (or even examined). I was not asked to schedule a treatment appointment. Yet a 6-month follow up was scheduled with no input from me. Needless to say, I cancelled that! I can not recommend this dental office.

Experiencia negativa: The staff here are started off great but I had a extraction done today and they forgot to call in my prescriptions and the office was closed at 5 started calling at 4:45 to get ahold of them no one answered so I have to wait till in the morning to get in touch with them/I got in touch with someone and was lied too ! Asst. with curly hair told me I would get different meds sent to my pharmacy and the receptionist had the nerve to ask me was I in pain because they forgot to send I called today because still swollen and sore they told me to go to ER to fix their problem..Never again!

Got to the office they were still friendly ( my Alexis wasn’t there anymore) however it was still a pleasant experience. When Dr Issah came in it was the smile and the positive energy for me that made the whole experience pleasurable) although it was the dentist) lol however there was nothing going on with my tooth but I was due for my cleaning so that’s what I did and felt good! I would definitely refer that Urgent dental office to everyone!!!From Alexia to the nice gentleman in the blue scrubbs they all together got me prepared for the most gently kind dentist I’ve ever been too. Thanks Dr Esau ( butchered his name) but the whole experience was great in a good way !

Experiencia negativa: At Urgent Dental Center West, Dr. Naqash, DDS, was unprofessional and did not thoroughly relieve my pain during my dental visit. I use the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) insurance. This just covers cleanings and fillings for cavities for free. I'm very sensitive it took a week for my jaw to stop hurting. They made me wait an hour to get to see the dentist. We barely spoke before they were using a deep clean drill for my cleaning. I needed gel and novacaine and we argued about that. I felt the gel going on and she missed a spot. I think from now on I'm telling them I'm allergic to novacaine. They barely talked to me. If you ever go, be sure to have a meeting about your dental experiences before they start drilling. The dentist only talked to tell me I had an infection. I was told I would receive antibiotics this never happened. I called several times to get the prescription filled. They were just worried about closing for the day. I would end up going to the ER anyway. When I left I was not told to let the novacaine wear off before eating. I went out to eat and bit my tongue. A week later I had to stay overnight in the ER. They did like 8 wide-spectrum antibiotics were given to me via IV. I had an infection in my tongue a week after my dental visit. I still need some polishing, but I will not go back. Urgent Dental Center West failed me this year I've had better service in the past. My tongue was deeply wounded and is forever scarred. Don't eat till you can feel your tongue, even skip dinner or have a smoothie. Possibly wait till morning. You may be smarter than I.

Experiencia negativa: Numbed me up and put holes in the roof of my mouth, when asked about the pain, they said it’s a normal part of the procedure to poke and make sores. Dentist heard what she wanted to hear. Nothing worse than going to a professional and they already have a preconceived understanding of what my condition is or what’s bothering me. Didn’t listen, and then started alluding to the idea of me smoking while recovering , or should I say urging me to not smoke, which was never the issue. Pushed directly on the extraction site that had stitches less than 2 days ago that came out too early as well And said that the area was too sensitive and that she had to numb and give me anesthesia, which is what she wanted to do last time because I would squirm every time she poked the roof of my mouth last time I was there. Can’t remember the name of the dentist but she was indian Not helpful in the slightest

Experiencia fantástica: I had a 2 p.m. appointment to clean my teeth. They got me seated, took x-rays, cleaned , polished & flossed my teeth and I was done by 2:30 p.m. ! Way to go guys!! Everyone was pleasant & excellent customer service.

I have an irrational fear of dentists, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience today. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, all of them made me feel calm and safe. Assured me that there was nothing to be embarrassed about or afraid of. So I’m scheduled in a few weeks to get some major dental work done. Thanks for taking the time to go slow and understand that I was scared.

Experiencia negativa: Something is wrong with the Dental assistant. I shouldn't have to ask you to introduce yourself. I shouldn't have to tell you to use your finger tips instead of your nails. She continued to hold my cheek with her nail instead of her finger tips. I asked several time for her to stop. My cheek has 3 nail prints. She did an excellent job on my tooth but the inside and outside of my cheek is bruised and has seen better days.

Experiencia negativa: So my daughter went in for a toothache thinking that her tooth needed to be pulled but all she needed was a fill-in these guys want to charge her $463 out-of-pocket and I know for a fact she has insurance I don’t get it, but they didn’t get any great business or reviews today. Just a rip off.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was 10/10. Everyone was so caring and patient. The doctor was very nice and understanding, he made sure I was comfortable. The staff was even amazing, good energy, caring and so thoughtful. This was the best experience I’ve ever had and I have trauma from going to the dentist so it says a lot. I got teeth pulled and everyone made sure I was okay, I loved that. If you need a new dentist I would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Urgent Dental Care is a great place to go for your dental needs but the only thing is I was not aware of the payment plans and processing because I was set an appointment without being informed on the payment plan in which Medicaid didn't pay for so that was the only thing. But I was fortunate enough to have someone else assist me today which I believe her name is Alexis and she did a great job and was very patient with helping me through the process

Experiencia negativa: The dental assistants and receptionists were exceptional. They make you feel welcomed, answer questions, and do their best to make you comfortable. However, the female dentist was very rude. The first question she asked when meeting me is do I have Medicaid. I told her no, I have Delta but what would make you think that. Not only that the first question you think of. Not hello how are you? I will not go into details why. She was very rough during my cleaning. I have never had sore gums after a cleaning. You can tell it was all about money she tried to charge me for any and everything possible. To go the next day and the friendliest dentist had many options for me better options at that. I have never had sore gums after. Now I needed to return today and the male dentist was awesome. He seemed genuinely concerned. Very gentle and he actually talked things over with me about my care. He is great and so is the staff outside of my experience with the female dentist. Everyone else was awesome from the front to back and much appreciated. They really comforted my scary butt throughout a root canal. Thank you

Front desk ladies and everyone working there were very helpful and attentive in a nice peaceful way. The Doctor specialist was very professional as well as his assistant, they were able to take my wisdom tooth out without hesitation. I’m very happy I came across this Dental place after calling multiple places. It was the place meant to be!

Experiencia positiva: Was very nervous about a infected tooth extraction. Dr.Issa and Phoebe did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised with their efforts. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because web site said they had the option of having nitrous oxide. It was not available. You would have to go to an oral surgeon. A bit misleading website. However, I was already in the chair and Dr. Issa did a fine job.

Experiencia positiva: Everything else was a great experience, besides the front office lady that sits to your left when you first walk in the office. She had a very nasty attitude while talking on the phone when I first walked in. This was all due to her being upset over another office sending people over to this office. My appointment was at 12pm, I arrived at 11:51AM. I was called back to see the Doctor after 1pm. While being called back, the front office lady to the left, told a lie that I was late, she said I arrived at 12:15pm, which was not true-check your cameras if need be! She also tried to put one of her friends that she knew in front of me when I was called back to see the doctor. None of what the lady was saying was true, she just took her anger from the other office out on a client. I didn't appreciate that at all!

Experiencia fantástica: My doctor Yasir Issa did great work! He extracted my bad teeth and did incision and drainage very careful. I didn’t feel any pain. I like that at this place doctors can help with pain and urgent care ( not just the cleaning)

Took his time , but also was quick. I Didn’t feel rushed . When receiving my numbing shots he a way a very gentle and I barely felt the pain of the needle because he was so gentle . Every time he switched what he was doing he would tell me to help reduce anxiety . The assistant was amazing . And the staff very welcoming and bright ! Hands down best dentist very professional , personable , and reassuring.

Though dental service was good and the doctor was nice. The staff up front was terrible. They won’t even listen to what you have to say, instead they behave rudely.

Experiencia fantástica: A couple of weeks ago I was in horrific tooth/jawline/neck pain. I didn’t know about these Dental Urgent Care Centers, but after reaching out to my insurance, they provided a list. Fast forward, I was referred to this location and was able to get an appointment within hours. I ended up having to have an extraction due to old broken fillings, but from my initial phone call, to my arrival, then Dr. Patel… they were all compassionate, informative and welcoming. I’ve been twice, each time my anxiety was put to rest. It’s refreshing to receive smiles and no attitudes from those in service, especially when you’re in extreme pain. Add to the welcoming service, the office was clean!! Grateful!
