The staff at Naylors were professional , friendly, punctual with my scheduled appointment time especially since It was on a work day along with explaining everything thoroughly so that I wasn't left with any questions about my visit on that day.. They made me feel like I had been getting dental work done there for years.They even provided me with a detailed breakdown of the dental procedure along with dental treatments like adding fluoride or not pertaining to my next dental visit which they also factored those options into my payment or excluded those options if I chose, so their would be no out of pocket billing surprises with my next scheduled visit. I'd know exactly how much I'd be billed .I even received a one on one tutorial on the proper way to floss which I can clearly say, I've never had a dentist actually show me the proper way to floss.... I called him that evening, and I appreciate how quickly they got me in the next morning, after my crown came out. My negative would be that this is the 2nd crown that has come out, and I also had to pay. I believe that if that happens to a crown a dentist installs, there should NOT be a charge to the customer.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, they did not do a good job on dentures; we had to get them adjusted and redone here for several months, but they were still not comfortable. If you need dentures, I highly recommend you go to a Prosthodontist who specializes in making dentures. I would not recommend this practice for dentures at all!! This is not their specialty.

Mary is, without a doubt, the most efficient yet fun, yes fun, hygienist I’ve ever had. And that goes back about 55 years. She’s smart, actually was teaching a per hygienist something while using a laser on my gums. She’s a treat of an employee. I want her every time I go to Naylor Court Dentistry. Oh, the dentist was. Also quick and efficient when he came in to check me out. Highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia negativa: Not happy. I had a crown done and now my retainers no longer fit. So, I they charged me $200 to replace my top retainer. The replacement retainer fits like a mouthpiece (does nothing for my teeth). This was not my first crown that was done by them. I didn't have an issue with my retainers when they did my other crown. I believe they should have replaced my retainers at no cost to me. Now, I have received a bill for an additional $132.67, not sure why. I reached out to Naylors over a month ago and never received a response.

I recommend Naylor's Dental because this family business is a gem in the Pikesville community. I'm adding to my review, today I had a regular cleaning appointment something I've never done in the past, kudos to Naylor's , I love the follow up cleaning and the level of care is outstanding. Now I'm trying to direct my wife to become a Naylor's patient, I know she'll love Naylor's. 03/27/25. 6/26/25 Second cleaning, I'm doing better cleaning my teeth thanks to the helpful advise of the technicians at Naylor's. Had major fears significantly reduced concerning permanent replacement surgery and maintenance afterwards. I do believe I'll try to get implants and I hope Naylor's will be involved in that process also. Thank you Naylor's Dental.

She has a nice touch; so cleaning was not a painful experience, but rather a pleasant conversation. Christene is a charming, receptive, efficient technician who gets the Xrays right the first time. She is sensitive to the patient's concerns and the limitations of the Xray tools. Sarah is very conscientious about ensuring that crown fits comfortably and securely. She’s the consummate professional. Dr Vermani is cordial, interested, and highly efficient. He goes above and beyond. When my tooth broke two days before leaving on a trip, he made room in his schedule to diagnose the situation, then squeezed me in the next day to put in a temporary crown. Then he called later that evening to find out how I was feeling.

I had this happen at least 3 times since the year began. I strongly suggest this you lady get a customer service refresher course. I gave my visit 1 star. My mom had no idea that she was gonna be charged over $3000.00 before her dental necessities were completed

Experiencia fantástica: It’s a 10 for how much I dread dentists. It is also a 10 for the care I have received at this office.There is nothing enjoyable about going to the dentist. However, Dr Vermani and his partner wife make visit as easy as possible. And , in terms of the end result, I can’t imagine trusting any dentists more. The last time I was there , the hygienist did not come in for some reason and Dr Jen did my cleaning herself. I had to have some cosmetic dentistry done and am very pleased with the results especially because it was in the front of my mouth. I haven’t been to another practice since I found this one about 7 years ago.

Experiencia positiva: This really sucks to write because I used to LOVE coming to Naylors Court. It used to be so easy and professional, but over the past year it's been.... Not. I really feel compelled to write about my recent experience due to the almost-issue related to HIPAA. I worry that someone else who doesn't work in healthcare and knows these laws might have been denied their records. I called to request a copy of my records, as I'm trying to switch for a new dentist. I was only sent images of my last x-ray, which is not what I would say encompasses the fullness of my dental records. I replied to the email requesting a copy of my most recent progress note and dental history, and their response was that they don't share doctors notes. I called their office and was told again, they don't share doctors notes. I quoted HIPAA law regarding patients' right to access PHI and that got them to get some other folks on the phone and consult with a manager. They told me they would charge a fee -- again, I had to quote HIPAA and point this out as an unnecessary barrier to accessing my PHI before that was taken out of the equation. I honestly don't care if this was incompetence or intentional, if you work in healthcare/dentistry, it's your responsibility to know and follow the law. My (admittedly, more petty) other complaints over the past year or so: They employ at least one dental hygienist who wants to chat, but can't talk while she works, which means she is always running behind, I get seen late and my appointment takes twice as long as it should as I sit there with my mouth hanging open and this woman telling me how she read about microplastics on Facebook this morning. After my first experience with her, I requested a note in my chart to never be assigned to her again. My next visit, she was my hygienist and it was a similar experience. Front desk staff are unfortunately incompetent around gender diversity. The conversation I had with front desk staff to ask for my pronouns to be added to my chart was like talking to a wall, super uncomfortable. I do not recommend them for anybody who is gender non-conforming. Feedback is weird. I get a text with a request to fill out a feedback form after every visit. At one point I filled out a feedback form about the last two points and checked the box request further contact regarding my feedback, and wasn't contacted at least to my knowledge. I also wasn't asked why I was switching to a new dentist when I asked for my records. Which is fine if they're not trying to be nosy, but getting a message asking for feedback after every appointment while not following up on things like this just feels inconsistent. When you sit in hold with them it is non-stop annoying advertisements for cosmetic procedures which just makes me want to bash my head against the wall. I will say, the Drs. Virmani are awesome and always treated me kindly, professionally, and with great expertise, but the rest of it kept piling up and making me not want to go anymore. I'm glad I finally got my records, but the runaround to get them felt way more difficult than it should have been. Hopefully they update their practice policies to align with HIPAA, but regardless, that is the main point I want to share with others. EDIT: Dr. Mo followed up with me on this and provided assurance that procedures for transferring records have been reviewed with office staff which is great to hear. I was informed that the MD board of dentistry allows offices to charge a fee for sharing records - while I would argue this is not aligned with HIPAA, I can't really argue with the board of dentistry. He also acknowledged and validated my frustrations with adding pronouns to my chart and the distress due to running late with the hygienist. Overall the follow-up I got from Dr. Virmani showed a genuine desire to improve the practice, and he also offered any other help I might need to transfer to my new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I had awful experience at the place. Dental hygienist I had, hopefully not all of them like that, does touches all items around in gloves which are contaminated with my blood, computer mouse, pen, etc... so she obviously did it before me and It's very risky. When leaving the chair, I noticed dry blood spots on the mashing which holds the instruments, addressed the issue of someone's blood, she cleaned it with a tissue from tissue box, no gloves, no special disinfecting wipes, and continue to prepare instruments for the next patient. Very stressed and scared after that incident.

It starts with the intake staff (everyone I've encountered in two years) immediately acknowledging your arrival with a warm welcome to confirm your appointment. Next, is the short wait before another smiling face appears calling you back for service. Whether it is a dental assistant or a hygienist, the treatment is the same--- personable, professional, with a splash of humor, which is great for de-escalating anxiety. Lastly is the standard of care from the husband and wife dentist team. From a layperson's POV, their practice runs like a well-oiled machine: phone calls, reminder texts, checking patients in/out, moving files, processing payments, etc. All the while, both Dr. Virmanis seamlessly apply their dentistry expertise to maintain, diagnose, and improve oral health, to manage pain/discomfort, and to restore smiles. My root canal was a piece of cake--- Okay maybe cake isn't the best reference for a dental procedure? You get the point. At any rate, Dr. Mohit Virmani called me later that day to check in and see if I was alright or had any questions! Some may feel my experience should be the expectation. Sadly some dental care providers view patient satisfaction an option not a priority. At Naylor's Court Dental Partners, you matter!
