Experiencia negativa: I had a tooth extracted today, So I had prescription sent to a pharmacy. They told me the two prescriptions should be there in a hour. My appointment was at 2pm, I left by 3pm. I get to the pharmacy by 4pm which they say they do not have my prescription in. So I contact Dental Depot which they said the Dr hasn't signed off of it yet and that we had wait for yet another hour. We asked again still nothing, so another called was made which the Dr still hadn't signed off on it yet they told us to wait. We waited 45 mins asked if the prescription was in still nothing. One more call to Dental Depot and they put us on hold then tell us they are looking for the Dr and the assistant manager would be calling. We get a call and he blamed the pharmacy saying it was on them which we already knew it was on the Dr from the first two phone calls. It's 6pm and I still don't have the medicine filled. This is is very unprofessional.

The fact of the matter is the two missing teeth never formed and we are going through ortho to make room for implants. It was an unnecessary comment especially to a teen that is already self conscious about her smile.

Experiencia negativa: Idek where to start. Used tribal health here. Up to $5,000! But was still somehow left with a $2500 bill for crowns I never received, incomplete work, and a tooth that will cost more than $5,000 to replace. It was definitely miscommunication. I feel that I was charged outside of what was in the treatment plan. I called them to make plans on how to rectify the situation. And was supposed to receive a call back, but only received the same bill in the mail. I really liked this place. It's very unfortunate, because now I'm stuck with a bill, looking for somewhere else to go, and will have to pay way more money to fix a tooth that was destroyed in the process, which is worse than where I actually started from! this has definitely changed my life.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff. The procedure was quick and nearly painless. The lady who gave me the numbing shots beforehand was AMAZING! I didn't feel anything! The doctor was really good, and had my tooth out in under 3 minutes. It took longer to fill out the paperwork then it took to pull my tooth.

Experiencia fantástica: The appointment went smoothly. I was there for a cleaning. Lola was my hygienist. She was very nice and patient with me. I would request her again. Also, I have an update from my first review. I would like to say that Dr. Billen profusely apologized for what happened after the first visit in early May. He explained what happened and took responsibility for the occurrence. He was very kind and understanding of my horrible gag reflex and worked with me. I will be happy to see him in the future for other dental appointment. I have not been able to say that about a dentist in many, many years. Dr. Billen is a great dentist. I would strongly recommend him for future dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: Waiting about 20 min after our scheduled appointment time to be moved to the back and then waited another 40 min in the chair. There was a waiting room for kids that we were not made aware of and it was away from the main waiting room. And the last disappointment was the train out front being caged off. On top of that, they can’t do anything for kids except cleanings. Would not recommend for kids.

Experiencia fantástica: We had to switch my childs dentist due to insurance changes and was able to be seen very quickly. My child needed some fixes done that they were able to do that same day. My child is also very anxious about the dentist and by the end of it rated the experience a 10/10 . Huge strides were made and we couldn't be happier about this office and staff members. Reception, hygienist, dentist all were great.

Went in on the 22nd of this month to have tooth that had broken off close to the gum line, it was infected, the doctor gone ahead and pulled it. I was very glad he did. He made sure I felt nothing during this time he was pulling it. It feels so much better. I will continue to use Dental Depot off Tinker Diagnol in Midwest City.

I have two boys on the Autism Spectrum and she is so perfect with them. I highly recommend Dental Depot because of her. The staff is as sweet as can be ! i want to make a special shout out to Amber, Christen and Brandi at the the front! These women are as sweet as can be and go above and beyond for every single person i have seen them with. We are never in here long at all they are so fast and caring I wouldn’t go any where else for any dental work! I also love how they explain everything down to the last detail. Also Dr. Raju is such a strong women and takes care of all of her patients so so well.

Experiencia positiva: Child went in for a tooth ache and cleaning. Needs 2 cavities filled on adult teeth(neither baby tooth has come out yet), and a crown on a baby tooth until adult tooth grows in. Maybe the dentist spoke incorrectly, but makes me question.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, just an amazing experience!!!! the assistant, Ashley, got me back super quick, she was very nice and comforting!! The hygienist Sherry was super sweet and so gentle numbing me, didn’t even feel it!! And Dr. Kouzbari was AWESOME!!! he popped my wisdom tooth right out, felt nothing at all, and everything is healing great! 1000/10 would recommend coming to see Dr. Kouzbari and his amazing team!!

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled cleaning for me and my son 2 months in advance confirm that appointment the week before and then to get a call in the morning of the appointment telling us it's canceled and they don't have anything else till October (it's March) this is a terrible way to do business I'll find another dentist the only reason you get two stars is because the girl that answered the phone was polite and had good customer service do better Dental Depot. Thanks for making me waste a day of my PTO for nothing.

I am scheduled to have my upper teeth pulled to prepare for an upper plate

Experiencia negativa: First of all I spend several hundred dollars out of pocket after insurance to get a cap that fits like a Lego is in my mouth, then I get that one fixed and all the sudden cold water is seriously bothering me with the new cap and he wants to charge me several hundred dollars for more procedures instead of just fixing the cap correctly in the first place. I also attempted to get a cleaning here and the lady explained nothing about what she was doing, gave me a really bad anxiety attack to the point where I told her to stop. I felt like she was breaking my teeth. Then proceeded to tell me that bc I didn't sit through it if they do a cleaning on me again it will be several more hundred dollars bc they now have to do it differently. The whole experience every time I've come in has been awful. I figured at least I'd get this cap fixed since I already paid for it but guess not since they wanna try to find more ways of getting my money . They don't care about how their making me feel , they roll their eyes at me when i explain i dont have hundreds of dollars to keep dropping on this 1 tooth.my front bottom teeth are shifting and I was told with the cap they wouldnt. Obviously time to find a dentist that actually cares and isn't just looking for my money.

Experiencia negativa: The REAL NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS ⚠️ Imagine coming to the dentist with ONE missing tooth just to leave with THREE missing teeth! Now I am originally from Dr Ashmore but moved to MWC so my children grew up in this particular office for 20 plus years, so this review only reflects the unprofessionalism of THIS office. I went in to get one tooth fixed and after researching the procedure they would have to do in order to deliver a bridge I Admittedly asked first, the assistant would my tooth that they would seemingly have to drill down to crown, would my composite tooth be sufficient enough to drill down considering it was a build up tooth and she assured me that it would be fine. So then to assure that her answer was correct I also asked the Doctor the same question in cocern and she also said yes it would be fine, so I was comfortable with going ahead with the procedure. The office financial arrangement came in with a payment plan for me to review and sign with me having to pay $440 outta pocket and what my insurance would pay. I signed the payment aggrement plan and they preceeded with the procedure only to crumble and dismantle the tooth that I was I was concerned and questioned them about! There only excuse was they had no idea although the x-ray should have indicated that that tooth was decaying. Now I have two missing teeth and one they shaved all the way down for a crown, just for them to tell me AFTERWARDS that my insurance had term, AFTER two payment plans one week apart I signed a second one after my secondary insurance kicked in Two payment plans later they tell me oh your insurance was term at the beginning of the month ! So they shaved and destroyed two teeth before realizing that my insurance was terminated. So now I have to come up with another $600 dollars to fix their mistake both the office and Doctor made! Every time I pull up to this place and leave in tears because one they did not listen to my concerns in the first place and the office financial adjustor dropped the ball on getting the correct information from my insurance. Now I have to pay for their mistake and unwilling to LISTEN to the client. A NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care. I've gone there for at least 10 years. I'm very please. There are multiple locations. Never a long wait to get appointment scheduled. Very little wait time in office. If you show up a little early you may actually be done with your appointment before your scheduled time. My main location is in Midwest City, but have gone to other locations for specialized procedures. All staff is awesome. You can get a free t-shirt if you ask.

I don't remember everyone's name , but I will say.... They were all so kind ❤️ My new dentist was so attentive ( I think her name is Dr Raju) and her assistant was sweet as can be. Experiencia negativa: I never leave google reviews unless I feel the need to express that the service has been amazing or it was very bad. Unfortunately it's the latter. I have been on a spinning wheel with this specific dental depot since August. The situation is that the insurance didn't cover a portion of my mothers teeth cleaning. That being said they have submitted a claim with the insurance company and continue to keep it going in circles. We went in November to settle the money and asked if we could give half the payment and then the rest of the payment later. A " manager" there said that the insurance company should have covered it and in a hurry to get us out of the office said that he would submit the claim again and we shouldn't pay anything. Yesterday, almost two months later we received the same bill! This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't want to keep going in circles to get this bill paid for. I am more than happy to pay the bill but if we keep getting told that we don't have to pay it and don't worry about it only for it to bite us in the back later it just seems redundant. Super unprofessional staff as well. When we asked about the bill they looked at us as if it was funny we couldn't afford the money that was being asked of us. When my sister also went with my mom to ask about the bill two of the front receptionist we're being rude and explaining the bill to her like she was dumb. I work in sales myself and would never imagine explaining a bill to a customer and making them feel put down. Horrible experience. This location has not been helpful at all! Unfortunate experience being that I have gone with them since I was little. Would give zero stars if google would let me.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in with some dental pain from a loose tooth knowing that that because the appointment was made last minute, they might not be able to pull it. Dr. Billen took a look at it and said he would be able to remove it that day. He was not only kind and understanding, but he was also compassionate about my situation. He, and the entire staff I dealt with, were amazing. It's been a very long time since I haven't been afraid to see a dentist and they made my visit comfortable and fear-free. Dr. Billen is definitely who I will be requesting for my next visit!

I had never been to Dental Depot, but I called on a Saturday, a semi emergency (no pain but broken tooth) and they got me an early appointment the same day. Although my issue has not been repaired, I was evaluated, x-rayed, and I have another appointment VERY soon. Update June 6, 2022 Staff is still friendly. Waiting period this appointment was longer than what I had expected, but I wasn't in pain so no big deal. The appointment went smoothly. A bit of a wait to see the actual dentist, but the dental assistant was polite and made sure I didn't need anything. She didn't just seat me and forget about me. I have another appointment soon. Update 01/14/2025 So I still use Dental Depot as my primary dental clinic. The staff is still friendly, even the personnel that seem sort with the patients. It is not that they are being short, they are just keeping things professional, not personal. Anyway I went in yesterday to request an appointment and was able to be seen later the same day. The dentist and his staff did everything necessary to help. Long story short. The issue & pain that I was having is gone with no chance of reoccurring. Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy of my choice before I left the clinic. Now I am just going through the healing process. Thank you Dental Depot!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: This has been the worst experience in my entire life. And now it's trying to be hidden. The wrong tooth was pulled first of all. People don't listen and in this case they needed to. I got my records to find out that they altered it! Yup! Whiteout! I peeled it off to find names! Now I'm more livid than I was before. They allow their dentist to mutilate my mouth, pull the wrong tooth,not give me a damn thing but a mouth full of blood when I left. No instructions not gauze! Nothing! When I called because I was still bleeding I was told by a Alex to use gauze! I had to go get some as I didn't have a way to go back that same flipping day! I bled for 4 days straight! Pain was and still is good awful! These people are terrible and super fake. The only and I mean the only one that seemed genuine and actually listened is the same one that my bestie sees. She's amazing! Dr. Raju! I still don't see me going back there to have the correct tooth pulled as this gave major trauma. I hated dentists to begin with and now I'm mortified! Glad no one else has a horror story but I do and here it is
