Fantastic experience: Dr Chase and his entire staff are always so sweet and accommodating. Im a baby when it comes to needles but they are super sweet and helpful about it. Warm blankets, little 3d printed toys for the kids and a comfortable waiting area with kids books and toys and a great private nursing room. Dr. Chase and his entire staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, skilled, comforting, and professional. Even when I have needed a filling or crown, the care I received was surprisingly pleasant and I felt that I was being well taken care of. From the time I was a child, I have been terrified of getting dental work done. Gratefully, that is no longer a problem. I highly recommend this practice. Their outstanding Biodental procedures and expertise are what inspired me to consult with Dr. Chase to begin with. Fantastic experience: We had been noticing some difficulty with our 3-month-old’s bottle latch, along with her only taking small amounts at a time even when going 2–3 hours between feeds. Our lactation consultant recommended Tooth & Co. after noticing a possible lip and tongue tie. After we saw our lactation consultant, I called Tooth & Co., and they were able to get us scheduled for a consultation very quickly. At our appointment, Dr. Chase identified a significant lip tie and moderate tongue tie and was able to release both that same day. We are so thankful to say that we saw immediate improvements in our daughter’s feedings! The difference was truly amazing, and we are so grateful we were referred to Tooth & Co. I cannot recommend Tooth & Co. enough! Their entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional from the moment we called. Fantastic experience: Dr. Chase and the team are cream of the crop. Their approach towards dental health is insightful and it’s honestly refreshing. Genuine is a word I would describe their practice and values. Though, we didn’t get treatment (due to our child needing sedation) we did get pointed to the right pediatric office (Fairhope Children’s Dentistry). We, however will become patients at this practice.

From the moment we walked in, the front office staff, nurses, and Dr. Chase were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to answer every question we had, made us feel comfortable, and genuinely cared about our daughter and our family. The entire process was great start to finish. They got us in quickly for first appointment, performed the procedure without delay, and had us on our way without spending forever in the waiting room. As parents of a newborn, we truly appreciated how organized and respectful they were of our time. Our baby had a tongue tie, upper lip tie, and both cheek ties released with the laser, and we noticed an immediate difference. Her latch improved right away, she had much better tongue and mouth movement, started gaining weight, and she became noticeably less gassy with much less spit-up. It has made such a positive difference for both her and us on our nursing journey. Fantastic experience: We drive over an hour to see our dentist, and I can honestly say he is worth EVERY mile! ❤️ He is absolutely amazing with kids, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. He did my newborn’s tongue-tie release with so much care, and today he pulled my daughter’s tooth—both experiences were absolutely wonderful. I cannot recommend him enough! Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Upon discovering I had a cracked tooth, I needed some immediate dental attention. Called 3 places and one could get me in 2 weeks later, another never called me back, but Tooth & Co was able to work me in the very next day!! Delightful, informative staff answered all my questions and sent paperwork digitally so I wouldn’t have to do that upon arrival. Dr. Chase and Betsy were both PHENOMENAL. They are pain management specialists and I was never in any discomfort during the procedure. Dr. Chase is not only efficient and adept, he is also a perfectionist. I was in and out in a flash and got right back to normal activities. Office is immaculate and feels more like home than a cold clinical space. Best experience ever. 6 out of 5 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband (and I) had a WONDERFUL first time experience with Tooth and Co.! From the warm greeting as we walked through the door...to Paige explaining the procedure and taking time to answer our/my plethora of questions with her wealth of knowledge...to Dr. Chase making us feel comfortable while carefully explaining the cone beam scan results while discussing our options...to the nice office girl who also didn't make us feel rushed through the process, we felt as though the team really cares about people!! Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Tooth and Co. I had 3 amalgam fillings replaced. Dr. Chase and his assistant took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The procedure was safe and painless. They have a special room and equipment to remove those kind of fillings. The office has friendly and inviting atmosphere. Everyone is very kind and professional.

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience. Knowledgeable and engaging team willing to take the time to answer our questions. Quick procedure. They showed us the proper stretching process. After a week, we saw significant improvements in breastfeeding and bottle feeding. Many weeks in, the issues we were having are pretty much resolved. Thank you.

Everyone was so kind, they allowed him to take his time to get used to everything, even gave him a toy to keep! He LOVED it and is excited to go back! In addition to that, they took a wholistic, comprehensive approach to my son’s dental health - assessing his airway, helping us understand underlying issues & natural ways to begin to help him. We drive an hour to take our kids to the dentist here and will happily continue to!

He’s done everything from crowns to procedures such as tongue and lip ties for my family. He will always be one of my top recommendations. And not only that, his staff is always kind , sincere ,and personable when you come in. Thank you Dr Chase !

Negative experience: I did not have a positive experience here. This is an understatement. I think my story should be heard as this office may be touted as "the best" and may keep patients from a thorough assessment before treatment simply because of word of mouth. Pros: 1) They got us in fast Cons: 1)Overly rough on procedure and caused major mouth aversion for weeks. He was visibly scared of things going in his mouth, breast bottle.anything. 2)No parent allowed during the procedure for comfort and support. 3) The dentist spreads himself too thin. He had too many patients. This makes for a long wait, little time to make a decision, and a delay in the procedure which caused my son to have to cry longer. 4) insensitivity. The dentist made remarks about how long it took for my baby to feed and calm down. I wonder why? Whose fault was that? He actually recommended against using Tylenol, saying that babies cry about everything. 5) The office is tiny. I think the room where he saw us felt like the size of a tiny bathroom. 6) the cleanliness of the office was wanting. Since I just had a baby. My family has been completely at home. This is the only place we went and I and my daughter came back with strep throat. Visibly it looked a little relaxed, not recently cleaned even though it was Monday morning. 7) Expensive. Advanced dental and Pace only cost $500 out of pocket. This place is a riot. They must be getting tons of money with how many people they rush through there and getting everything out of pocket. 8)I expected to have a very knowledgeable dentist who could take his time to check my son and then tell me what all saw and then give me all my options. I feel like the feedback was very lacking. "He has a posterior tongue tie and lip tie. He needs a revision before he develope bad habits." My son was nursing when we arrived at that facility, he wasn't nursing fast but he was still nursing 95% of the time. When I left, that nursing relationship ended. I was told this was normal, I was told that I just needed to meet with a lactation consultant and that I would need to figure out why. Why. I know why he stopped nursing, this dentist was overly rough with him and it was too soon to get the revision done. Infants need 6 weeks to learn how to nurse, my son was only beginning and because of this rough procedure he did not want to put my breast in his mouth again. He barely took a bottle. A dentist who has done this procedure many times should have known this and could have told me. I feel like he was financially motivated since his office was packed full and because he rushed my appointment. I don't feel like this is a good choice for anybody. I wish I hadn't gone here. My son would still be nursing now. I had to get a later revision done on my son as his tongue reattached. I feel that the overly difficult stretch program wore me down and because of it it reattached. I also was not getting timely feedback. I really feel like they took my money and just put me on the back burner. I ended up getting it done again at advanced dental concepts and he barely cried. I wasn't pushed into it, I was given lots of time to think and lots of information to understand what/why etc, and the assistant was very compassionate and took her time to make sure I felt heard and understood how everything worked. Tooth and Co revision took 6 stretches spread out, Advanced Dental took 3 daytime only. My baby's revision is perfect now and whole process complete by 5 weeks. I am now able to breastfeed my son a little but the damage was done. I am a pumping mom despite wanting to be exclusively breastfeeding because the procedure was advised before our nursing relationship was established. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience with Tooth and Co. As first-time parents, having our baby’s tongue, lip, and cheek ties evaluated and released felt really overwhelming, but the entire team made us feel comfortable and cared for from the moment we walked in. They were incredibly patient, explained everything thoroughly, and took the time to answer every question we had. The laser procedure itself was quick and much less stressful than I expected, and they handled our baby with so much gentleness and compassion. Since the release, feeding is an absolute breeze now. We’ve noticed such a huge difference in his latch, comfort, and overall feeding experience. You can tell they truly care about both the babies and the parents going through this process. We are so grateful for the care we received and would absolutely recommend them to any family dealing with ties or feeding difficulties.

Fantastic experience: Holistic dentistry? I didn’t even know that was a thing, but I was desperately looking for a second opinion. The first dentist I took my 3 year old to wanted to do 12 crowns, which would have required putting her to sleep. That just seemed a little excessive to me. I typed “holistic dentistry near me” into ChatGPT, and Tooth & Co was at the top. Dr. Chase agreed with me that 12 crowns was excessive for a 3 year old. We came in today to have two small cavities fixed, and I was super impressed with the laser method. 10 out of 10 recommend Tooth & Co!

As a mom, they made an uncomfortable situation feel a lot lighter and took a lot of stress away. Knowing that they’re only a text away is a huge relief. We recommend Tooth & Co 100%.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chase and his staff, gave me the most personable dental care I've ever experienced. I was made to feel welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. There is a small refrigerator stocked with water and healthy drinks, in the waiting area, free of charge. I was called back in a timely manner, I was offered a blanket, and given headphones and the remote, to control the TV which is mounted on the ceiling, and I was offered a pillow, and was given safety glasses to wear during my procedures. They have top notch dental equipment. They even x-rayed my sinuses and airway passages, and determined I have a narrowed airway, and explained that because I am mouth breathing to compensate for that, it is contributing to my dental issues. Dr Chase explained it well and discussed ways to correct the issues. I had been experiencing bleeding gums caused by terrible inflammation. Dr Chase recommended a deep cleaning to correct that. I'm thankful I had it done, because my gums feel so much better, and the bleeding has completely stopped. I also returned to have a cavity filled a few weeks later. It was the most painless filling I've ever had. Paige gives excellent shots, and Dr Chase did a great job. He also made sure I wasn't feeling any discomfort, while he was doing the repair, and even text to check on me later that evening. If you want a wonderful dental experience, I highly recommend Tooth & Co. I'm 60 years old, and have had more dental work over the years than I like to think about, but never have I had a more enjoyable dental experience, with such good results, as I have with them. Thanks Dr Chase and staff for your excellent care.

Fantastic experience: We are so incredibly grateful for Dr. Chase and Toth & Co.! Our little girl is a heart baby and would not take bottles for over five months until we realized she had a tongue and lip tie. Her team of doctors and cardiologists suggested the laser correction as opposed to snipping at an ENT due to her diagnosis. Our experience was seamless, quick, easy, and wonderful. Healing process was so easy. Highly recommended!!

A week or 2 after their procedure they were nursing pain free! His team made my dream of being able to nurse my twins come true. They were all super nice and informative!

Also, we’ve had negative experiences at a previous dental office that created a fear in our daughter, but Dr. Chase is attentive and has made her feel comfortable and safe. No tears and she is getting the dental care that she needs!

Fantastic experience: Today i had an appointment with Dr. Chase of Tooth & Co to get a tooth extracted. I was very nervous as its been years since ive been to the dentist. The staff made me feel very comfortable. I told them, my biggest fear was receiving shots before the actual procedure. Amazingly enough, i didn’t even feel anything at all….. totally painless!! I even asked, have you even given me the shot yet? He said yes and his co-worker said “see, i told you he was good” As he was examining before the extraction, he noticed that i actually had 2 abscessed teeth right next to one another, he said im gonna take this one as well at no extra charge! The whole process was completely pain-free! Thanks so much to Dr. Chase & his staff, as now im no longer paranoid about going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Need a holistic dentist who cares about the whole body in relation to the mouth? He's it! Need a tongue tie/airway assessment? He's it! Need a tongue tie release in the most comfortable environment? He's it. Our 3 year old had a great first dentist visit AND a tongue tie release at a later date that went fantastically! Fantastic experience: Dr. Chase did a crown on my lower left molar. Cara his assistant got me right back and set up for the procedure. She is very friendly and a very good assistant. Dr. Chase and Cara made me feel very comfortable. He gives really good anesthesia injections. Gentle hands. The crown prep went well and I went back about two hours later and got my new crown cemented in. Same day! I’m very happy! Gwen at the front desk is very friendly and helpful too. I’m glad Dr Chase is my new dentist! I recommend him. Great Biodentist and I’m grateful he’s in south Alabama.

Dr. Chase was very thorough and informative! Brought my 8 week old baby girl in for lip tie evaluation. Fantastic experience: I just had to share that after years & years of a SEVERE dentist phobia I will only get my teeth cleaned at one local office..I’ve been going for about 6 years now. After I had my baby in October I had a tooth that was bothering me, and my dentist recommended that I see about removing or a root canal….well I am absolutely terrified of a root canal I went to Dr. Chase at Tooth & Co. to see if he had any way to save the tooth and avoid pulling it or doing a root canal. He actually did my daughters lip & tongue tie release 2 years ago! I had a consultation, he was super thorough & told me he was confident he could save it I got the treatment plan that day with detailed pricing & I made my appt two weeks later. My appointment was today, I went in so nervous but I was ready to get it fixed. I was TREMBLING, like full body shaking and I was so embarrassed because I am 26 & still scared of the dentist but the entire staff is the sweetest & I already felt better after I sat down for a minute and talked with them. I got a huge blanket, glasses on & they have a TV directly above & they gave me the remote to turn on whatever I wanted & they put headphones on me to drown out the noise. This is the first time I have had work done in forever besides a regular cleaning and the FIRST time I haven’t had to have anything to ease anxiety or any gas, I was trying to be a big girl I never ended up needing anything. I never even felt the injections! They do their best to make you 100% comfortable & they are all so sweet I am going back to let him do my gingivectomy soon, I got the treatment plan for that today!! Between him, Dr. Hale & Strickland Orthodontics I finally am about to have my smile how I want it❤️ If you have dental anxiety and want a more holistic approach- I highly recommend going to him!

Fantastic experience: We were so happy with the care, attention, and results our 8 month old daughter received. Dr.Chase heard all of our concerns and was very personable! He reached out the first night post lip and buccal tie release to make sure my daughter was doing well and we were settled post op. At 1 week and 6 weeks he followed up, in person and hands on, to ensure proper post op care, efficient healing, and best results. Within 3 to 4 weeks we noticed much more efficient lip seal, decreased oral spillage when eating and drinking, complete spoon clearance, and an increase in babbling with bilabial consonants. As an SLP at Honey B pediatrics, not only do we trust Dr. Chase with our patients, we trust him and his team with our own babies as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chase and the staff at Tooth & Co. were extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. We saw them for a tongue tie on our baby and found out there was also a lip tie and two cheek ties. The laser surgery cut the ties was fast and had little to no affect on our baby. They were informative about the follow up care needed and were very responsive to any questions we had. We went from having a constantly fussy and gassy baby, waking up several times per night, to having a baby that nursed well, and only woke up when we needed to do the mouth stretches in the middle of the night. It’s truly been a 180 degree difference in our baby’s demeanor since visiting Tooth & Co. We highly recommend them.

I've been waiting for holistic dentistry to make its appearance around these parts, and boy am I relieved to be a patient here. I met Gwen at the front who checked me in and made me feel welcome and offered a lovely assortment of beverages to enjoy in the lobby. It's a small detail but it has been staying in my mind because I cherish excellent hospitality. Confession: The staff here is exquisite. I first met with Carmen who is a fabulous asset to this practice - Teeth is her passion and she is brilliant at her craft. I've never been measured for pockets (it's a dental thing, IYKYK) and she was adept at collecting information and her bedside manner was out of this world. You know how your BP can increase when you're in a medical setting? Well, that didn't happen to me because Carmen commands a calming effect due to her warmth and impressive proficiency in the tooth world. My next visit I got to meet Kara and Ashley. Kara assisted Dr Williams during my second procedure and I felt safe to be in such capable hands. By the way, there's a smart tv on the ceiling and I was given a warm blanket and headphones to listen to whatever I wanted to watch while I was being treated. Oh my lanta! What life is this? I was too dazzled to process this setup like a normal person, but I blissed out hearing a baking competition show while feeling zero anxiety. If you decide to become a patient here, you may find yourself wrapping things up getting followup instructions in Ashley's office - who is absolutely savvy and smart as a whip and will ask you to contact her if you need help with anything after your visit. And of course, Dr. Williams himself is quite the bright spot in the field of dentistry. He's modernized and approachable and highly skilled. To be honest, I have had terrible experiences with mean ol' stodgy dentists in the past so I just quit going years ago. I knew my best bet was holding out for a holistic dentist to arrive around these parts. Recently, I couldn't take it anymore as I was getting older and I worried I might have cavities.. so I had decided to travel to another state to see a holistic dentist for my teeth grinding and sleep apnea issues. But I was like - whaaaat?! Fairhope got the dentist I've been waiting around for?! I live in Mobile, so it's not too far away at all! I was super excited when I saw that Fairhope had gotten blessed with Tooth and Co. a couple years ago. I missed that memo, but I'm thrilled I was accepted as a patient when I reached out. WoOoO HoOoO!! I'm probably blathering on but I'm almost finished. So anyway, I completed a sleep study and I just got scanned to get a custom oral appliance so I can breathe properly at night. I'm so excited to improve my AHI score. There's a really cool poster in the waiting room about how treating root causes of disease is preferable over treating symptoms. That resonated with me. Fantastic experience: I had a cavity and toothache that I delayed for a long time until the pain got worse. Dental offices usually have long wait times. This one got me in and out in 2 appointments back to back with a 2 day turnaround for a big procedure. They have state of the art technology and feels like you're in good hands. I thought it would need to be a root canal, but luckily only needed a crown, which they make there. So glad this is taken care of!

Negative experience: The staff is super sweet, so not knocking anyone but be aware of the cost of EVERYTHING. I bought a membership($495), that comes with two cleanings. Well, if they think you need an SRP? cleaning then you must do that first ($1500) which is not included in the membership that you buy. Oh and they no longer offer memberships, so no worries on buying that thinking you are getting a better deal. Just very disappointed that it was not explained better.

Fantastic experience: I had my third child in April. We struggled with nursing due to latching issues, so I started exclusively pumping. That in itself is a full-time job. I knew we might have a tie since my second did, and we had a great deal of symptoms. We saw Dr. Chase, and sure enough, my guy had a lip and tongue tie. We had the procedure the same day as the consult. I had to bring all 3 kids with me, and no one batted an eye. They offered them drinks and had entertainment options. We had excellent follow-up care in the 6 week post-op period and are now exclusively nursing. Fantastic experience: Tooth & Co Review We have two daughters - both of them were born with all four ties (both cheek ties, lip tie and tongue tie). With our first daughter, we spent 13 months trying to figure out why she struggled to take breastmilk bottles, sleep, eat solids and more. We quickly began doing our own research and traveled to Tongue Tie Center in Pelham (an incredible place with amazing people) to have hers corrected! The results were NIGHT & DAY! Unfortunately it was too late for her to breastfeed but she began sleeping better, eating more and her weight gain began to increase! The weight gain was huge because she had always been 1% in weight on the charts! Fast forward, 3.5 years we knew that Dr Chase had opened his practice and planned to immediately have our newborn assessed and corrected if she had any! At 6 days old, Dr Chase’s office had our newborn assessed and performed the procedure to remove the ties! Now, she has a great latch, she sleeps well, experiences normal weight gain and so many other improvements! So many times we were postponed or delayed with our first child, but with our second, we had the knowledge and knew this was the root cause of so many immediate symptoms she was experiencing post birth & with Dr Chase support, technique and hospitality made this breastfeeding journey a success story and provided so many other improvements that come with correcting the ties early! The mouth is the main input function of the human body and should be paid more attention. Teeth are circuit breakers and govern our health. Fantastic experience: We live in Pensacola, FL, and it sometimes feels like we're in a desert when it comes to (capital H) Health and Holistic, especially in Dentistry. That said, finding Tooth & Co. in Fairhope, AL feels like we came upon an oasis in the middle of the Sahara. It's well worth the 1 hour drive from where we stay to enter a non-traumatizing dental space where the whole team (from receptionist/Gwen to assistant/Paige to Dr Chase himself and Ashley for billing/scheduling) start to finish, feels like a mix of family and friends. Happy we were led to them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chase, Paige, Red, and all are very warm and go out of their way to deliver the best bio dental care, in a cordial, clean environment. I waited three months and drove almost four hours to have our initial consult. They discovered my crown was improperly formed and installed, creating a ledge and pinching my gum, for three years, resulting in bone loss. This was installed by my now former dentist who did not detect any abnormalities though I've been visiting every six months since the crown was placed. Even I knew my gum tissue was inflamed. Dr. Chase, Sarah and Red removed, created a new crown and installed the following day. I also have a tongue tie that may be the cause of chronic pain in my neck, and migraine headaches. I am beginning myofunctional therapy prior to having it released. I have high hopes. No other dentists offer comprehensive care in the region. This care is worth the investment of time and money. Fantastic experience: Got up at 5 am and Drove 2.5 hours from the panhandle of Florida in hopes that my shy 20 year old could see a dentist who would explain really what was going on with his mouth. Our local dentist just wanted to do multiple root canals. Have gum graphing done. Have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled along with multiple crowns.
