Fantastic experience: When we started with Dr. Willis, I drove over from Troy, Montana with my children. They are now adults, but I still go to Dr. Willis. I’m actually moving across the state of Montana, but have already booked my next appointment with the office. Doctor is respectful and responsive, once consulting on my son while he was away in college! The crew is always amazing, friendly, and highly competent. I cannot recommend this office, highly enough!

Positive experience: Dr Willis is a great dentist and comfortable person. His assistant very competent and gentle, cleaner sweet and efficient. However it is his business and billing is a part of it. As it turns out I have issue with being told an certain amount by Dr for work to be done, come in with that amount pay (3 x’s) then WHAM out of the blue they find other charges at end of year ($210) when I have been told each time I was free and clear. On other hand my front cap came off during an excellent cleaning, a chair was set up and Dr put tooth back on immediately, which was greatly appreciated. I go out to make an appointment for fillings needed and staff member Desiree was loud and aggressive about paying the $48 left on bill and claimed I owed extra on exam, X-ray etc They would not be able to make appointment until paid. She did not need to make a BIG drama out of policy, there was a spare room with door open we could have discussed, as it turns out when I got home, I rechecked and cleaning, including X-rays and others were covered, she was wrong, all was covered but the reset of cap. . Which I am thrilled to pay. It is not the first time billing has been different than what Dr told me in the treatment room. I always ask if there are hidden costs.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for more than a decade. BEST dental care ever! Dr. Willis is very good, but I think his super power is his staff. Everyone here is helpful and good at what they do. My hygienist, Lena, has taken the time to teach me how to take better care of my gums and teeth - sharing with me new products and techniques over the years. And she makes my teeth feel SO GOOD when she's done cleaning them!

We have been there and have seen every single staff member over the years and have never had a bad experience. Friendly, efficient, and gentle! The dental hygienists’ upbeat and friendly approach to cleaning your teeth is very much appreciated and makes going to the dentist a positive experience. I usually see Lena for regular cleanings and I can’t say enough good about her gentle but thorough cleanings. It’s also always good to be greeted by Dr. Willis who always follows up with a review and his suggestions and/or referrals if necessary.

Fantastic experience: I drive 40 miles to see Dr. Willis and his staff. They are the best. I've tried several dentists in Sandpoint in the last 26 years. His practice is by far the most professional and he has all of the latest technology and knowledge to treat a variety of dental concerns.

Fantastic experience: They were all very friendly and the Dr. was so good to chat with about my options for a messed up tooth. Went in at 8am and they are fixing it same day at 2:30pm. I did not want to get a root canal and he was open to talking about extraction and was great at giving me his best advice. Definitely recommend them and will be coming for all future teeth issues/maintenance!
