In the beginning I went to his office with a mouth full of years neglected gum & teeth problems Embarrassingly and feelings of overwhelming shame - but Dr Bivens and his staff assured me I was ok. They took great care of all my problems. Made me feel comfortable. Today all of those neglected problems were solved and I look forward to keeping my dentist appointments! Positive experience: The dental hygienist was very nice and did a great job. The dentist did not seem to be in a good mood. I got a night guard that wasn’t fitted properly and was causing my jaw to pop, misaligned my bite and was causing me more pain than I already had. I went back a month after getting it and was told it’s normal and that it “needs to pop back into place.” I thought it was to help me stop clinching my teeth so my muscles could get a break. Everywhere I look online it says that night guards don’t correct jaw misalignment so idk why I’m being told that it will. I’d rather not take the chance of messing up my jaw even more with a misfitted guard so I stopped wearing it. He asked if I had been wearing it and I said no and he just walked out. They have specialists for a reason, should’ve went there first that’s on me

Fantastic experience: This is probably the fastest I’ve ever been seen by a dentist. I chipped a tooth last night and they got me in the next morning……as a walk in! Incredible work! Fixed my tooth quickly and when he handed me the mirror, I was stunned that my tooth looked like it had never been chipped. Dental Assistant was awesome as well as the the receptionist. Just Awesome! Will definitely be going back. Highly recommended!

I’m so glad we have found a dentist office that very care about the patients. We walked in and right away the lady at the deck said, “you guys are new here!” And while waiting every person that came in she knew by name and always had a gorgeous smile! They really connect and care like a family and we are so happy to became apart of it! I had the pleasure of having Sam as my hygienist and she was just great and really communicated every step and explained everything. My daughter had had a young gal, I feel so bad but I forgot her name, but she was amazing too! The dentist, Shaun, did a great job at showing and explaining what was done and if anything needed to be done. Thank you to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I come in here with my three remainin' teeth, and I walk out lookin' like a dang ole toothpaste commercial. I don't even recognize myself in the rearview mirror. Scared the dog half to death when I got home. The missus cried. Fore he started workin, Doc rinsed my mouth out with what I can only describe as the finest corn liquor I done ever had. I asked him where he got it and, bless his heart, he says it was "medicinal antiseptic." Son, I have had medicinal antiseptic before. I'd get my teeth pulled and replaced again.

They are very caring and a couple years back I had breast cancer, I received a card from them with the whole staff signing it. It was so uplifting to me. During that time I ground six of my teeth to the point of breaking them from the stress. Dr Bevins and his staff have been more compassionate and caring than I couldn't have imagined. Fantastic experience: Great dentist! I originally went in to get bonding on my teeth but he explained that in my case it would just keep chipping and I’d have to keep coming in and getting it redone. He offered an alternative of shaving show my teeth, and I was worried It wouldn’t look good but he reassured me that it would come out great and it did. They also have great prices!

The staff at Dr Bivens office is second to none and regardless of how much grief I may give them. I would not choose another place to trust with laying down and allowing people to stick metal and needles and use an X-ray naxhine against my face.
