Fantastic experience: It is always a pleasant experience to go for a dental appointment at Main Street Family Dental in Birch Run. Today’s appointment was just for my 6 month routine cleaning with the hygienist. They are always prompt, never a wait. The office is very clean and has the very latest in dental equipment. I would highly recommend Dr Emily and her staff at Main Street Family Dental.

I have been going here for 3ish years now and have never had a bad or unpleasant experience. And I HATE dental work so this is saying a lot!

Fantastic experience: I was very concerned about being told I had infection in two of my jaws and wasn't getting the answers I needed. Dr. Emily explained everything to me very well, that it can take up to six months for the body to heal itself and everything to calm down. I was still having some pain in areas that had root canals done or next to a removed infected tooth. I feel so much better now after she explained it and looked at my x-rays. Glad someone recommended her to me! Thank you Dr. Emily!

Fantastic experience: I have bonding in my front tooth and it fell out! So I looked kind of like a hillbilly! My original dentist was unable to see me for weeks! Dr. Sauve was able to get me in that day and fix my tooth! She did it during her lunch break, and it looks great!! That’s dedication to your patients if you ask me :). Will now be switching dentists! Before coming to Main Street I absolutely hated the Dentist, ever since coming here I don’t mind going at all. If you are debating coming here..do it! I would give them a 10 out of 5 if I could. Negative experience: Doc told me to call back if my tooth hurt before I could get to see a surgeon when I called back. The staff berated me for not getting into a surgeon and said this will be a one time thing to give me the antibiotics I needed when I was told by Doc to call back in I would suggest avoiding her staff

Fantastic experience: It was a very good experience. Discovered I could get a Implant instead of Partial if all the requirements are met . Meaning if I have bones etc. To accommodate one. Everyone is very helpful and cordial. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I never had Noelle before not sure if that’s how she spells her name but She was awesome we had a nice conversation about weight and I told her about me me losing my only son 16 years ago and she comforted me and was giving me advice and made me feel confident about my age and trying to lose weight, I am looking forward to seeing her again in December

Positive experience: My kids loved coming here and it was a relief my youngest felt comfortable. Not happy they decided to tell me last minute and cancel her May appointment because they quit taking her insurance a couple days before her appointment. A little warning would have been nice!
