Fantastic experience: Dr. K is the sweetest and most caring dentist around. He genuinely wants your comfort to be a top priority despite the circumstances of your visit. His assistant was intuitive and very helpful. Great work team!

Fortunately, I still have Caitlin as my hygienist as she does an excellent job every time. Dr. Buchanan did my exam and I was pleased with him as well.

Fantastic experience: Since moving back to North Carolina I have put off finding a new dentist, partly because of my fear of dental work. But after dealing with pain from an abscess all weekend I had to get seen quickly. This dental office worked me in to be seen today. The staff and dr Varela were great and they treat you like your family. I highly recommend this Dental group. The practice is Lane & Associates and are located in Roxboro nc. Thankful that I found this group.

Positive experience: I had a great dental experience here, the previous dentist and the dental assistants were professional and provided excellent care. However, my experience was marred by the billing process. The billing representative was unprofessional and dismissive when I spoke with her about my insurance coverage. While I highly recommend the dental team, I hope the office can improve its billing communication to match the high quality of their dental care.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Lane & Associates! Caitlyn did an excellent, thorough job cleaning my teeth, everyone is very friendly, and they took the time to go over my xrays in detail, explain things,and answer questions. Caitlyn is also adaptable to your needs, just let her know. I am claustrophobic and she did a nice job making sure I was comfortable during my xrays. I was looking for a new dentist to switch to close to home and I'm glad I found them!

Negative experience: I recently had my second dental cleaning at the Roxboro - Lane and Associates office. I had the same person both times. My appointments were six months apart as usual. My second appointment was the most painful cleaning I have ever had in my life. She was so rough on me. I take great care of my teeth, I have no fillings, crowns, etc. I hurt so bad that day and was sore for several days. I hope no one else will ever experience that. That was brutal! I have had wisdom teeth surgery and four teeth pulled at one time and went through braces years ago. The pain level this time was right up there with those. Have mercy…..

The girls always take the time to answer any and all of my questions with sincerity, and the treatments never feel rushed. My interactions with Dr Bayliff have been quick, direct, and to the point, but never unpleasant. The new renovations are looking great, very bright and not overwhelming.

Fantastic experience: I don’t give reviews often but, I have to give double Kudos to Lane & Associates Dental in Roxboro on Ridge Road. The entire team are awesome, appreciates their customers and shows it in so many ways. Dr. Baliff is first rate and I am proud to say he does great work. He is kind and understanding and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. If something is not feeling right after your work is done he will not stop until you are very satisfied with your results. Their prices are very competitive, fair and they even offer their own low cost dental plan and they service veterans too! My father, a wwII veteran would have chose him over his old dental office if he was still here.They also service our veterans too! I have found my favorite dental office close to home. Negative experience: I can say the only thing good about this visit was the Dental Hygienist. I took my 8 year old daughter for a cavity (which I could tell without a degree). I spent over $200 for them to tell me she had a cavity & to go see a pediatric dentist. They knew her age, knew her symptoms before we came. But I still had to spend over $200 for you to tell me what I already knew bc the dentist I trust is closed on Fridays. I expected them to do much more. I’m totally fine with the $63 X-rays you took. Thank you. But the almost $150 exam for you barely looking at the site that was causing pain, not acceptable. & then turning to look at me and telling me to go to the Dollar Store for some enamel covering to push in her cavity hole is total bull until she could see her normal dentist. I didn’t come here to spend over $200 for you to tell me to go to her normal dentist on Monday. I came here for you to help my child. Infected or not. I will NEVER come back here again. Thank you to the dental hygienist who was amazing to my little girl but shame on you for the whole office for making a mama think you can help her daughter before a weekend & keep her from pain (which she is in tonight). I will be back to our normal dentist on Monday. Minus over $200 for them to tell me to go to them anyways. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Negative experience: Unable to afford a simple crown is ridiculous. I work every day except weekends and pay insurance….. there is no reason my family should have to choose between a crown and food!!! Please look for a dentist that will work with you on prices especially when you know you are paying the absolute most for state insurance that you have only used twice (outside of yearly cleanings) since getting the plan 30 years ago!!!!! So freakin tired of paying a fortune for services and products that aren’t even worth basic prices!!
