Fantastic experience: So far so good. Dr Childress saved me from loosing at least two teeth. . I have a lot if work to get done. She has watched every step of it. I feel safe and confident that my teeth are going to be saved. I love the comfort pup!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, best dentist I've ever been too. I don't think I could speak highly enough of this place. The place: Clean, cute, up-to-date, great therapy dogs, wonderful environment! Communication: From start to finish it was spectacular! Omg I was given compliments and praise on my teeth! Everything was explained in depth. Dr. Childress was patient and kind. She absolutely has a passion for dentistry which is incredible! Seriously, don't be afraid to ask! She and her staff are great talkers! Pressure: None! 1 cavity (how rude of it) was found and SHOWN to me. Never had that done before, more dentists need to. Again explanations were given to my questions. But there was no pressure for me to do anything about it. At least not anytime soon. Not saying they didn't want me to take care of it bc of course they do. But it wasn’t like other dentists who see it and strong arm into something immediate. I was asked, without any expectation, if I wanted to schedule it. It was honestly shocking how thoughtful they were about possibly not being able to do it. At least right now. Understanding: I told her I had a past of sensitivity in my upper front teeth and when triggered the auto response is to grab my dentists wrist. (It was very common with my orthodontist in particular while getting the cement off ) She joked about it, but was most likely a little afraid which is sooo understandable. Understanding pt2: I was asked about why I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile and I was honest. Money and insurance (lack there of). Now that my partner and I were doing better and have insurance we made it a priority. There was no shame given to me about it. Only complete understanding. They knew it was hard and dental insurance is never great even when it's the best insurance possible. The financial understanding and acknowledgement without shame was lovely! It also sparked another great conversation. Cleaning: Best. Cleaning. Ever. Painless, fast and no sensitivity occurred. I kept waiting for it. Nothing. The staff: Everyone is fabulous! This is going off my spouse's experience too. He tells me everyone he meets, he's getting more extensive work done, that they're all great. I really can't say how highly I respect and love this place. I used to love going to the dentist as a kid bc my teeth would feel so clean. I fell out of love and began to feel uncertain about going bc I had a lot of dentists act so coldly. Now, I am back to really loving to go to the dentist! Keep up the fabulous work ❤️

Negative experience: In my opinion, this practice is not patient focused. It is very regimented and refuses to work with the client on pacing treatment to allow for budgeting care. I have decided to go elsewhere for treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Childress and the WHOLE team at Warrrenton Dentistry are Outstanding (Espiecially Robin, Cesar, and Sarah)! If you have any type of anxiety, they are very patient and do everything possible to make it a good experience. Also, I needed a cap replacement, and Dr Childress made sure I was 100% happy with the color and feel before permanently cementing it. It is a nice family practice where you don't feel like just a number. And my Kids love their sweet therapy dog who greets you and the cool prizes they get at the end. Thank you Dr. Childress!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Warrenton Dentistry highly enough! As a child, I suffered an injury that left me without my two front teeth, so finding a dentist with both exceptional skill and genuine compassion was incredibly important to me. Dr. Childress placed two porcelain crowns on my front teeth, and the results are nothing short of amazing. They look so natural that no one would ever guess they aren’t my real teeth. She took the time to explain every step of the process, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was completely comfortable along the way. Her attention to detail and commitment to perfection truly show in her work. The entire office is top-notch. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, welcoming team that genuinely cares about their patients. A special shoutout to my dental hygienist, Sarah, who is absolutely wonderful. Fantastic experience: Just want to take the opportunity to express appreciation to Warrenton Dentistry for their excellent care and compassion! Have always had anxiety and alittle fear going into the dentist and Dr Childress and Michelle and Cesar have always been patient and understanding and given me solutions to help overcome my anxiety. Through the cleanings, cavities, and crowns their skill and compassion have made something I dread into something I know I can trust their expertise! The front desk and insurance support from Heather and Taylor has been so helpful by answering our questions about coverage and scheduling! As a patient since 2018, I am so thankful to them all for their professionalism, skill and responsiveness!! ♥️

Negative experience: this place is disgusting, first they do not care about anyone but them, they sent me and statement for 5 dollars and some change and they have charge two no show fee that we have not received paper statement or text about, they have a stupid policy of 48 hours for cancellation witch i find it kind of ridiculous, I work in medical field too and we have to understand pt with kids in high school and sick kids, my older daughter was going to paid her no show and I told them i was going to pay the rest next week because i get pay them, and they went ahead and charge my daughter cc the hole amount, this people are a thief, they do not know what her situation to being with and please do not own them 1 dollar because they do not care about people they, and they also threaten me to pay or cancel my younger child app and they were going to charge me another no show for cancel app for not paying, no thank I do not want to be treated this way and no one should be treated on any type of way because i never disrespected them I went and agree to pay but they disrespected what i have plan to do and went ahead and did what they want because this is to show you that they do not care about no one.

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience with Dr Childress!! She was very patient and explained everything to me so I understood the plan.

Negative experience: If you’re searching for a new dentist I would NOT recommend them. My husband and I were looking for a dentist in the area so we didn’t have to commute for our cleaning’s anymore. Warrenton dentistry accepts our insurance, so he set up a new appointment for me. He communicated to them I’m pregnant and don’t feel comfortable with x rays while pregnant , they said they couldn’t do a cleaning without them (that’s fair) but they could get them from our current dentist, and they scheduled my appointment. I show up to my appointment and fill out a bunch of paperwork, including the cancellation policy and sign , while I’m in their office. The hygienist calls me and we go to the cleaning room, she’s asking normal questions, and I communicate to her, I’m pregnant and don’t feel comfortable with X-rays right now. She says they have my X-rays from the other dentist and they COULD do a periodontal probing and cleaning. (Awesome that’s what I’m there for) she says she will talk to the doctor and come back. When she returns she tells me she misspoke and they did NOT have my X-rays so they couldn’t move forward. I ask if they could call my previous dentist so they could get them. She tells me the front desk is busy so they couldn’t call right now, plus it could take a while for the other practice to send them. The doctor NEVER once came to speak to me, The hygienist said the best thing to do is reschedule for after delivery. I agreed, and left. Two days later I get a text saying I have a balance of 75$ I need to pay. When I called for clarity the front desk told me that is for a cancellation/ no show fee. I neither canceled, nor no showed. I asked to speak to the managers which is the owners, I was told they left for the day. She took my number to call back the next day after saying she would talk to the doctors at opening at 8am. I had to call back at 11:04 am and the front desk told me after talking with the doctors they agreed there was miscommunication (not sure what the miscommunication was - since they told my husband they could get the X-rays, if they couldn’t do what they said for the appointment THEY scheduled me for, they did have my number on file and could have called before I drove to the office , saving both of us time) and they would waive the fee as long as I never came back. If I wanted to come back after delivery I would have to pay the cancellation fee, for the appointment I showed up to. Mind you, the doctors themselves that decided this couldn’t call to communicate that. Customer service from the doctors (owners) I would give a zero if I could.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d compare the Ritz Carlton to a dentist office but, Dr. Childress & her staff make you feel like you’ve checked into a fancy hotel. Starting with the front desk where they greet you by name. I had a crown procedure done and Dr. Childress literally made the entire procedure a breath of fresh air ( I did not even feel the needle while numbing) you can truly tell she cares so deeply about her work and her patients! If you’re in the market for a dentist don’t think twice!

Fantastic experience: Warrenton Dentistry is by far the best I’ve been to. We had appointments for my three boys today, ages ten, four and three. Never in a million years did I think that they would sit still long enough for their appointments, but that all changed today thanks to their new friend Ginger. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Garris for being so GREAT. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Wish I had found it sooner.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Warrenton Denistry for a couple of years now, and it's an excellent experience every time. The whole staff is always wonderful, but Sarah is especially fantastic! She's so kind, thorough, and I always enjoy chatting with her during my cleanings. Knowing I'll be having an overall lovely experience definitely helps keep my pre dental appointment anxiety down! Highly recommended Warrenton Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: It took a long time to find a dentist I love… says a lot from daughter of a dentist myself (my dad now retired). I’ve had a mouth of issues and I’m so grateful I found Dr. Childress to take care of me throughout. She’s kind, patient, excellent bedside manner and very thorough. My dad says her work is impeccable (he’s super impressed when he saw my crowns… all 5). And I’m very grateful how they run the front office with scheduling and such… I never wait and they are very helpful with insurance and billing. All that said… I love them! Had to change insurance and they are out of network now and I’m choosing to pay more just to stay here! Happy teeth happy person!

Fantastic experience: We had such an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made everything feel so comfortable right away. They even have two sweet service dogs that snuggled with my boys during their appointments—which made it such a fun and calming experience for my 2 and 4 year old! The hygienists were so patient, gentle, and great with kids, and the dentist was truly wonderful—so kind, informative, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel at ease. I’m beyond grateful for such a positive first experience for my boys. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a caring and kid-friendly dental office!

Fantastic experience: Reception was good. The hygienist was very good and friendly and professional. Dr. Sarah was good with the exam. Hygienist, Sarah took some x-rays All went well. At the end, Cathy explained what I was going to be billed for. I had good people working and helping through all parts of my dental appointment. Thank you very much. I appreciated all the people I dealt with during my dental appointment.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr. Childress and Cesar for a chipped front tooth and teeth whitening trays. They were AMAZING! They communicated everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I even got to hold both therapy dogs, Charlee and Ginger, the entire time. Dr. Childress not only fixed my chipped tooth and made sure everything was perfect, she also got off 10-year-old cement leftover from my braces! They both went above and beyond and I will definitely be coming back for any and all dental needs.

Negative experience: Dentists and techs are great but those in charge of finances and speaking with you about appointments, not so much. Their MO is to reprimand you, given the opportunity, even when they have made errors. If it wasn't for them, I would have given a much better review

Fantastic experience: Just joined after my last dentist didn’t accept delta dental anymore. Office is very clean and modern. From the front desk to the chair the staff is great.

Positive experience: They have been great since I was little. Was a little annoyed at my visit today when the hygienist left me after asking for a dentist to come over. I enjoy talking to them while waiting on the dentist. Overall a great dentist, and I love the doggie!

Fantastic experience: I switched to warrenton dentistry about a year ago when our insurance changed. I chose them because I get severe anxiety at the dentist and this place has a therapy support dog that will sit with you during the appointment and it helps me so much. The staff and doctors are so empathetic and understanding of my anxiety, they don’t talk down to the patients. The place is clean and fancy and doesn’t feel clinical and austere. When I’ve had bad tooth aches pop up suddenly they’ve been very accommodating, fitting me in last minute. I really recommend switching to this dentist!

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice! Everyone is always so friendly and kind. What really makes this practice stand out is how well they communicate and are organized. I've been to other practices over the years where they "forgot" to call me about a scheduling or insurance issue, or where I've felt like I was always correcting things. But here, the folks just get it and have things down. I never had an issue. And the dogs definitely help. :)

Fantastic experience: Staff here is amazing. Starting from the front desk with Taylor, Heather and Robin to my cleaning with Caitlin the experience was phenomenal. I have truly never had a better experience and felt more relaxed at the dentist than at Warrenton dentistry. Coming from someone with a fear of going to the dentist I have lost that and truly enjoy going. Negative experience: Loved this place growing up because Dr. Murray ran it. Such a nice and funny guy. Apparently, he was pushed out by the protege he trained for years, Dr. Childress. I was disappointed when I went back to this business to see he was being sidelined/pushed out for health reasons. Gotta side with Dr. Murray on this one, especially after the experience I will relate to you... They called me after 16 years of zero dentist visits. They convinced me I was due for a clean. It is important that I mention that I have never had a cavity and always brushed my teeth twice daily. The following clean I received seemed harsh and destructive on my teeth, but I assumed it was normal. 6 months later I was to have another check-up. 6 months later, they found 3 cavities. First cavities in 37 years of my life. I wonder now if these plaque-scraping sessions cause damage and allow cavities to form. During the session, she damaged the nerve in my tongue and that horrible, tingly feeling? IT NEVER WENT AWAY. (The numbness was extreme and covered my entire left face/some of my neck). The worst part of all is how she reacted when I called to ASK her if this was normal and what I should do. She absolutely yelled at me that I was supposed to call in a prescription of some sort if sensation never back. She absolutely never talked to me about what to do in this event. This was a lie to protect herself when her patient/customer was scared and basically in pain. She ended up sending me to an orthosurgeon who administered nerve stimulation at her expense but it never worked. I once called her back to ask a follow-up question and I heard her sharply direct her receptionist to tell me that I should not be contacting her about this because the orthosurgeon would be handling everything. Her tone was not nice. Left side of my tongue is still incredibly tingly and doesn't feel like it it a part of my body. I should have trusted my instincts when I first walked in. Everything is tense.

Fantastic experience: They are great at what they do and have a great clean environment- very friendly and great experience!!! I had Caitlin and Heather! Both were freindly and professional. We will definitely be back and they were great with my five year old !

Fantastic experience: I've had extensive dental work done throughout my life, and I believe that Warrenton dentistry does some of the finest work. The staff is always so kind, considerate, and honest with how they handle you. When checking out Robin does a great job at making sure you have everything ready for your next appointment. Also the service dogs really are great for any extensive procedure or operation you might have.

Fantastic experience: Excellent visit. Dr Childress is outstanding. Today was my first visit switching from Woodside,Sentz and Associates due to their insurance policy. Wish I would have made the change years ago. Cesar went above and beyond with his care and professionalism. He explained the procedure and future treatment plan thoroughly. Fantastic experience: I can’t say having 2 crowns done is ever pleasant, but Caesar and Dr Childress made it painless and I was in and out in less time than was scheduled. Plus they are very personable when I’m able to talk during the breaks of the procedure.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for about 10 years or so and I love the dogs, I usually have both on my lap. The office manager, Angie, keeps everything running in order an is always so helpful and kind. The office is always so clean and everyone is so warm and polite. The office always seems to be happy and the employees laughter can be heard while with their patients. They seem to enjoy their day. I would recommend this practice to anyone that needs a dentist.

Fantastic experience: This dentistry is one I’d definitely recommend. They always ensure to inform me. Making me feel reassured that my teeth are in good hands. The staff there is very hospitable. When I walk into the waiting room, I immediately feel at ease. The ladies at the front desk, Angie, Taylor, Robin, and Heather, make the time fly. They’re very tidy, friendly and helpful. Ginger, one of the therapy dogs that they offer to patients, helped ease my daughter through her root canal.

Dr. Garrison is very good at what she does and the whole practice has created a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic experience: I love everything about this practice! I am extremely afraid of the dentist and EVERYONE at this practice is wonderful. The check up, the cavities and the crown replacement was done with care and efficiency. Dr. Chase is so engaging and knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job. His dental hygienist Katie is the best. Every time she greets me with a smile and her informative and caring approach made me feel at ease through all my procedures. Another hard worker at this office is the service dog Ginger. Ginger sat in my lap (upon request of course) and deserved a ton of treats for her hard work. Thank you Warrenton Dentistry for helping ease my anxiety of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Love this practice! Since coming three years ago, I have undergone several corrections to previous dental work that was in fact, not done well. Dr. Childress is amazing at her job and does all she can to make the patient feel comfortable. The office is beautiful and the staff is incredibly welcoming and they truly care. Robin at the front desk was full of smiles and so helpful! You are more than a patient here, you are family. The therapy dogs are the icing on the cake! .

I have had some horrible experiences with dentist in the past causing major anxiety however since switching to this practice the difference has been such a POSITIVE experience. They take the time to listen to your concerns. Kaitlyn is extremely gentle and kind! Dr. Childress of course is nothing short of AMAZING. And Robin and the other ladies at the check out area are always kind, smiling and willing to answer any of those complicated insurance questions! I used to HATE visiting the dentist but now I certainly dont! I've switched my entire family here with only 1 regret that we should have switched sooner!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her teeth, cleaned here and the front desk was so sweet and kind. The dentist and the hygienist are very professional and enjoyable to be around. Heather at the front desk was such a pleasure to work with! And the little dogs they have there are so cute!

Fantastic experience: The only dentistry I will go to! Everyone is extremely kind, professional, and caring. Make sure you request Sarah as your hygienist if you have kids! She was very patient with both my children, made them feel comfortable, and answered all of their questions. So thankful for this small town dentistry!

As a new patient suffering from dentist-phobia Dr. Childress and Cesar are the best in helping me with my fears and anxiety not to mention the excellent dental work. The front staff is top-notch providing a pleasant and warm greeting. Very nice to actually have you in the chair within 5 minutes from arrival. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Charlie as I understand she is retired, but I tell you what that Ginger is one hard working little , so soft and cuddly will put you right to sleep. I have found my happy dental place.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first dental appointment at Warrenton Dentistry and was very impressed by the experience. The office environment was very comforting and the staff were all friendly and caring. Being a new patient, Dr. Chase Garris gave me a comprehensive dental examination and prepared a detailed personalized treatment plan. The proposed plan identified my current dental needs and potential future needs that could be phased over several years. Dr. Chase took the time to clearly explain his treatment plan which helped me make informed decisions with respect to phasing. It’s my opinion that this dental practice has the high level of professionalism, experience, and technology required for high quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient at Warrenton Dentistry, the first thing I noticed is that they are truly a team. The staff rapport, their friendliness towards their patients and each other is very refreshing. Shoutout to the receptionist Taylor who greets everyone with a smile and is super helpful. I saw Dr. Sarah Garris and she and her dental assistant, Becca were very professional, yet warm. Dr. Garris explained, in depth, the treatment plan that she recommended and it was the most thorough dental visit I have ever had. I highly recommend this practice and feel confident that they will be providing excellent care for me in the future.

Negative experience: Update: Please see photos of email and Facebook post from owner. She will trash you online if you speak your mind. I visited this practice as a first time patient back in March. After xrays and an exam I was told that due to the state of my gums they would not give me a cleaning. Instead they said I needed a deep cleaning, which would cost almost $1,500. I was quoted almost $7,000 in treatment, including a deep cleaning, multiple cavities, fillings that needed to be replaced, and a crown. After paying $427 just to have xrays and an exam I left feeling defeated. I recently got a second opinion and surprise surprise I received a normal cleaning, and a treatment plan of only $650 worth of work needing to be done (cavities only, no replacements or crown needed.) If you do not have dental insurance avoid this practice at all cost, they will take swift advantage of you.
