Fantastic experience: There the best! I don’t like the dentist,but this one makes you feel right at home!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, awesome dentist. I’ve had a tooth bugging me for several years and not only did they see me day of call on very short notice, Dr. Horasanian explained everything to me step by step before the extraction so there were no surprises as well as calling the next day to check on healing. He totally reset my fear of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mike and his team were excellent. They fitted me in at short notice for emergency treatment and were kind and efficient. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: First dentist who ever sat and walked me through my X-rays. Seems like a nice honest guy. Also: got me Invisalign. I've been very very happy with the results on that. Did braces as a teen and that was miserable and didn't work. Invisalign was easy and effective.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in the Foothills. He cares about good dentistry and will get your mouth healthy again. His staff is fantastic! They go out of their way to give you excellent care. My cleaning was totally pain free; the hygienist was amazing and pretty quick. I have already recommended this dental office to three different friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Horsanian is the best dentist I have ever been to and I have been to many in my life! He asks questions about the issues you have. He actually listens to what you have to say. He is genuine, kind, and knows what is doing. I dreaded going to my first appointment. I was happily surprised to leave that day feeling hopeful and relieved. I looked forward to the next appointment, a first for me. The dental work fits so incredibly well. And looks better than I ever hoped for. I am 100% happy. The office staff is great. The place is beautiful & feels like home.

Positive experience: Dr Horasanion explained to me a the pros and cons of doing a root canal ,or having the tooth pulled. Having it pulled would be faster and easier and cost alot less, but it may also let the upper tooth become out of line with the lower teeth and give me problems. I decided to go ahead and have a root canal, and crown.

Fantastic experience: Had a crown fall off on day 4 of an RV trip while I was in Yosemite. I asked the office staff there who would they go to and 2 of them said Oakhurst Dental center. They got me in that afternoon and fixed me up. Very quick, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Horasanian has been my dentist for over 20 years. Best dentist I have ever had. And his staff is friendly and professional. I moved to a new home last year. I prefer to drive 2 hours from our new home for dental appointments with Dr. Horasanian. He is worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: Loved the mountain environment. Everyone was exceptional. And wait.... The best part was talking to a human! No automated robotic nonsense over the phone. It was cash pay and was affordable.

Positive experience: Good dr. Very professional. Explain everything well and took his time and waited for the right time to pull my tooth so I didn’t feel any pain. The only thing is that they did not prescribe medication and didn’t give any of the extra material they said they were going to give me to help with the little bit of bleeding after. They did give me an ice pack though. Id recommend him anytime. I will now see how he does with some of my other teeth.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Mike and his staff was awesome. He filled a small cavity and it took less than 40 minutes to see me fix it and send me on my way.

Fantastic experience: I bring my mother who is 100 yrs old to Dr Mike. He takes very good care of her and he gets a hug when he’s finished. lol !

Fantastic experience: I had a crown fallout and needed it replaced. It got done in about 25 minutes start to finish. They took the x-ray they needed, the doctor re-machined the crown, and cemented it back in place in one visit. He was clear about the fact that it may or may not stay in place because it had fallen out and was an old style crown that wasn't as good as current, but with my approval went ahead and got the job done. They had my insurance information still on file I didn't have to fill out a ton of paperwork, because I had already done that. All in all exactly what I want from a dentist, quick work no fuss no muss. Very happy!

Fantastic experience: Michael C. Horasanian's Dental Practice is by far the best. All the staff are so polite and thorough. They do their work beforehand, so know you're walking through the door and expect you. The Dental Assistsnts are learning, but on top of it. The Hygienist is by far the nicest I have ever met! I love her. And Dr. Horasanian is always in a great mood and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone each time someone says they need a dentist!

Positive experience: These 4 stars represent my previous satisfactions in dental care. I'm a 70 year old man with 3 permanently fused cervical vertebrae, among other spinal issues, with evidence to prove so. On 1/23/24, I sat in the chair requesting a young lady to supply my usual support pillow. It never arrived! The Dr eventually came in, leaning me back into the chair. I reminded him of my cervical spine condition, & he said this: "You should move your neck to make sure it stays flexible!" I reminded him once again that my neck is immobile! He then said: "Rest your head into the seat where it's made to rest." I did so, enduring pain. After the cavity filling was complete, I ended all future visits! Physical disability disregard, I do not tolerate!

Fantastic experience: Thanks. Dental hygienist was so personable. Great feed back on how my brushing was doing. Also I had a failed implant from another dentist. Dr. Horsanian removed the implant and added more bone. He and his staff completed the surgical removal flawlessly. Great expertise!

Most dentists just tell you what you need but here they explain what they are seeing as professionals and why they think you need it. Besides all that I've never been to a medical facility that was so warm and kind to every single person I saw come in. Reception to assistants to hygienist all A+ service. Felt like family.

Fantastic experience: The family and I cam e to Yosemite for a reunion. An unfortunate experience with a Gummy Bear resulted in a crown popping off. So, while my wife was off galivanting on Half Dome, I took a drive into Oakhurst on the off chance that I could find a dentist with an opening in the schedule. Dr Mike's staff told me to come back in an hour. When I did, Dr. Mike took a look at my tooth, talked about what he saw, and cemented the crown back on. In and out in less than an hour. The staff is great. And Dr. Mike was both knowledgeable and entertaining. If I'm ever back in the area with a dental emergency, this is where I'm going.
