Fantastic experience: Arrived for my appointment at 9.30am and by 9.35 was being prepped for installation of a crown. Doctor Thames and staff were very thorough and efficient and I was out the door in no time ⌚ at all.

Fantastic experience: Great people. Called Monday morning at 8:00 needing a crown (it had to be taken care of that day) worked me in that morning and took care of it. They weren't my dentists, but they are now.

Negative experience: I was a walk in to get a crown glued back in place. I was taken in quickly and the procedure was done quickly and very professional. My only complaint came when time to pay the bill. I was in the room about 30 minutes and the bill was $269.00. The rate of $500 per hour seemed outrageously high. I tried to ask for justification and the girl at the desk just said “That's what the charge is “. This same procedure was done a few years ago at another dentist and the charge was $60 I think.

Negative experience: The dentist only checked my teeth for 15 minutes, and then set up multiple appointments that took around 15 minutes when it could have all gotten checked in one appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Dr. Martin for about 20 years. He is the best dentist I have ever been to. Before every procedure he always ask how you are doing and if you feel like discussing any problems you may be having other than your teeth, he will listen and then ask if you mind that he pray for you and that the procedure is a success. For the same 20 years, I always see Kim for my cleanings. She makes you feel so comfortable and does such a great job. I have seen Melissa before when Kim was not available and she is very good too. Today was just a cleaning visit and updated my history, as I have been having some health concerns recently. After Kim was thru she called Dr. Thames in just to check her work. He was also very friendly and concerned about my other health problem. He also ask if it was ok that he say a prayer for me. These days I need all the prayers I can get. I am so thankful to have a dental clinic with awesome providers that are Christians and fantastic staff.
