Fantastic experience: My wife & I continue to be impressed with the compassionate, quality care that we receive from all the staff at Lincolnville Family Dentistry (LFD)! The latest example: I was recently scheduled for a cardiac procedure 3 days prior to my next scheduled teeth-cleaning appointment. As my cardiologist would not want to risk infection due to the teeth-cleaning, I immediately reached out to LFD. That same day I was called back, and had my teeth-cleaning rescheduled for the following morning! I appreciate that, as busy as the staff at LFD are every day, they still found time to promptly address my important need! Thank you, Dr Landry and staff! Richard Dubocq Lincolnville

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this practice recently. I had signed up for the healthy smiles club (basically paying up front for 2 visits/year at slightly discounted rate) but had to reschedule my second appointment because I lost my childcare. I was told when I rescheduled that it was okay, and that they were extending the 1 year deadline for getting the 2 appointments in because they were so short staffed and booking out so far. I talked with them on the phone another time and they told me the same thing. I showed up today for my appointment (second healthy smiles club appointment), only to have them tell me that since I rescheduled my previous appointment they would not honor my healthy smiles club and I would have to pay out of pocket, because this appointment is past the 1 year deadline. I told them that I was told multiple times that this appointment would be covered as my second healthy smiles club appointment since they were booking out so far, and they said multiple times that it was their mistake for not telling me, however they said I would still have to pay. I asked them why I have to pay if it was their mistake, and they had no good answer and were unwilling to compromise. So basically, they lied and stole from me. They also did not have the forethought to call and tell me this before I drove in 50 minutes for my appointment. I spoke to the receptionist (who was very kind) however the manager was very rude. I asked to speak with Dr. Landry but she would not even come out to talk to me. I left without having an appointment because I am definitely not giving them any more of my money and am switching to a new dentist.

Negative experience: My daughter left school and was late as she got stuck in construction. She arrive 4 min past the cut off time and was turned away and treated terribly. We will be getting a new dentist.

My hygienist is great, no pain and the dentist is always friendly and genuinely interested in my dental health. As an older person, I feel seen and cared for, which is not always my experience in healthcare settings.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would! When I started coming to Lincolnville Family Dentistry I knew I was home. Every staff member has made me feel like family and I used to have such bad anxiety at the dentist and now I have none. Dr. Landry is so amazing and has always made sure I knew what was going on with every step of every procedure and happy with my result. You can tell dentistry is her passion along with patients feeling great! Dr. Pendleton is so impressive and beyond intelligent with her knowledge of dentistry, it amazes me every time! She also laughs at all my jokes! Every time Dr. Pendleton has worked on me I’ve been extremely happy with the result and impressed with how well Dr. Landry and Dr. Pendleton can take my teeth and make them look so great! (You should’ve seen what they had to work with ) Mayann, Jen and Jodi are hard working assistants who work great in the fast paced environment of a dental office and I can always joke with them or talk to them about anything which as a talkative patient, I appreciate. I never feel rushed out of the room and they always make sure I’m staying on track with my routine and dental care. Trisha and Emily are the amazing hygienists; these two are so attentive and care so much about patients and it shows in their work. I used to hate getting my teeth cleaned but now I can’t wait for the next! They educate me on flossing and brushing techniques and are always eager to help me learn new things about how I can take better care of my oral health, they’re so gentle and really gave me the best experience. Janie is part of the front desk staff and she lights up the office with her bubbly personality and if I felt nervous before it quickly melts away after talking to her! She gets to know patients and asks them about the things that are important to them like how my son is doing or how work is going and I feel like I’m visiting an old friend. Lincolnville Family Dentistry not only took my decayed teeth and inflamed gums head on, but I can proudly say they treated me like family, educated me and never once shamed me. I have no more cavities in my mouth now and my gums are healthy thanks to the amazing staff at Lincolnville Family Dentistry showing me how to properly care for my teeth. I truly love you all ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have yet to meet Dr. Landry, but think that she has done a terrific job at expanding the practice the wonderful Dr. Sloan started. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere remains the same, but the new staff and technology is truly impressive. Dr. Pendleton has now replaced or created three crowns, usually in one long appointment, and always without having to make a temporary one first. The staff also taught an old guy with bad habits how make his remaining teeth last longer. The front office billing and scheduling is also impressive.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at Lincolnville Family Dentistry! As a new patient I stopped in to be placed on a cancellation due to tooth pain. They were able to get me in 4 days later. All of the staff were accommodating to my disabilities and were extremely kind. Shout out to Jodi for keeping me company in between seeing the dentist; Frances Pendleton who was awesome and the hygienist Trisha who was so kind! All around great experience and would recommend this to friends and family who are in need of a welcoming dentist!
